The staff were very helpful. Our initial room was quite dark (which may be great for some people), but the staff were able to help us move into a similar room with more natural light. The front desk clerk who helped us with that was very kind and I’m sad I can’t recall her name! This hotel was excellent value. I have no complaints!

The room was large for a European hotel room and everything in the bathroom worked well. We took advantage of the minibar-- wish there had been a mini fridge too. The location of this hotel is excellent-- close to everything you want but the street is quiet at night. I would stay here again.

I loved the bathroom amenities, they really went one extra step to provide literally anything you could need, even band-aids! A special remark to the staff, everyone was kind, sweet and helpful. Everything I needed help with during my stay, they would solve right away so I'm thankful! The location is prime, close to restaurants, the main sightseeing spots, etc. I would definitely recommend, it's truly a boutique hotel and I would stay here again if I return to Vilnius. Nothing to dislike.

Ina (10/5): Overall, it is an absolutely amazing hotel if you want something with character instead of a generic - Artagonist is a cool place to stay right in the centre of the Old Vilnius. The artsy vibe makes it stand out from typical hotels; each room has its own style. It’s clean, and the staff are nice and helpful. Location is superb, you can walk pretty much everywhere. The room was spacious and cozy. Breakfast was great.

Juozas was incredibly helpful and informative, making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself smells amazing and our room looked beautiful—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The beds were so cosy it was genuinely hard to get up in the morning! Breakfast was another highlight—the lovely ladies took great care of us, we had a nice chat, and the food was absolutely delicious. The location is perfect too, with everything just a short walk away. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back 🤍
Indre (9/5): Great staff and comfortable hotel - The hotel is in a great location, stylish and very cosy. Staff were very professional and friendly. They offered to change my room, when I had issues with the WiFi. They packed my breakfast to take away as I had to leave very early and I had prepaid breakfast. The Internet was not working in my room, only in the corridor.
stoffer (10/5): Central hotel - Wondefull hotel direct in the center within walking distance to all the attractions. We stayed in the business room on the third floor with double windows and view to the pedestrian street, which is quiet in the night. The bed is huge, there is two chairs a small table and a desk with coffee/tea facilities ( The coffee could be better and there is only one bag pr. day which is hardly enough for a one cup) The bathroom is huge with two sinks, lots of shampoo, soap etc, excellent shower and fresh towels every day ( which I don't like for the sake of the environment) . The bathroom has a glasswall which can be blinded with a curtain. I had rather had a "normal" bathroom, but it worked out fine for the couple of days. Three is a minibar, which we did not use. Rather pricey. Breakfast is in the cellar downstairs and is and good choice for the start of the day. Orangejuice could be a better quality. Bread, eggs, cheese fresh fruit, salmon and good coffee. The staff speaks English and is very helpful. If I ever come back I won't hesitate to stay here again in the same room. Bus 88 from the airport stops 15min walk from the hotel.

Sandra (9/5): Hervorragend! - Das Zimmer war geräumig und äußerst (!) sauber – sowohl Bettwäsche, Handtücher als auch das Bad. Täglicher Handtuchwechsel und ausreichend Handtücher waren vorhanden. Ein Raum zur Gepäckaufbewahrung nach dem Auschecken ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die zentrale Lage im alten Stadtzentrum ist ein großer Pluspunkt, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war ordentlich, frisch und gut bestückt. Dennoch habe ich lieber außerhalb gefrühstückt – in Cafés wie Prezo oder Kmyninė bekommt man günstigere Angebote und kann lokale Spezialitäten wie Kibinai und süßes Gebäck genießen. Der blumige Raumduft im Foyer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, besonders für Gäste mit empfindlicher Nase.

Vaiva (9/5): Cozy hotel in the very heart of Vilnius - We always enjoy our stay at Artagonist - the location is very central and minutes away from everything in central Vilnius. Also, give Juozas a raise! He is always extremely kind, polite and help with anything we ever need. Other staff members are also great, but Juozas is exceptional! Chinese honey - are you guys okay?? Lithuania is a country of beekeeping and honey and you serve your guests with a honey from China? I am referring to the honey available as part of tea/coffee selection in the room.

Lilia (9/5): - Unkomplizierter check in, das Hotelzimmer war sehr geräumig, es gab einen Wasserkocher und man konnte Kaffee und Tee zubereiten. Der Safe ist im Zimmer und kostenlos. Die Minibar (in einer Schublade) ist sehr üppig bestückt, allerdings nicht gekühlt. Eine Wasserflasche kostet 4 €. Eine Wasserkaraffe mit einem "Kohlestick" steht kostenlos bereit und wird jeden Tag neu mit Leitungswasser aufgefüllt. Der Zimmerservice war jeden Tag da, hat die Betten gemacht und frische Handtücher gebracht. Und die Klimaanlage und die Lichtanlagen funktionieren über ein Touch-Panel. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr modern und funktional. Frühstück konnte individuell dazu gebucht werden. Wir haben es leider nicht geschafft, die eingestellt Zimmertemperatur von 22° C zu verändern.

Ena (8/5): Nice Hotel - It’s a very cute artistic Hotel. Room was clean and the staff was nice and helpful! They are playing lounge music the whole day in the hallways, that goes off only around midnight. It is pretty loud and you can hear it inside your room with closed doors. I found that very annoying since I couldn’t relax until it was off. The restaurant downstairs ran out of food an hour before closing, so I couldn’t order anything.

Nastassia (10/5): - Wonderful hotel right in the center of Vilnius. It's located in the old town, so there are many restaurants, stores and activities right near the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice and stylish, with very nice and welcoming staff, so thank you! We also enjoyed the room which was spacious enough with everything we needed and a very comfortable bed. Thanks again, we'll come back for sure! -

ponaire (10/5): Superb boutique hotel - This is an absolute gem of a hotel. We stayed 5 nights & honestly couldn't fault it. We took a bolt from the airport (a great, easy, cheap way to do airport transfers). The location is in the old town - fairly close to the Town Hall where a lot of the guided walking tours start - and in the other direction at the end of the street is Cathedral Square. So it's a very good location but really quiet. The hotel is boutique style, modern, clean with some quirky artwork. There's a lovely light scent in the air which greets you upon arrival. We had a standard room. I was prepared for a small room but ours was very spacious (maybe we were lucky), clean, comfortable & well-equipped (electronic safe, touch lighting,hairdryer etc). The shower was easy to use, powerful & there was no shortage of hot water. There was also a stocked minibar which we didn't use. Breakfast was good in what look like old cellars downstairs which have been modernized. For a fairly small hotel there was a good selection of fresh hot & cold options. However, what also made this a great place were the staff, always friendly, helpful & super efficient! There was a problem with our hairdryer & Reception said they'd be up in a minute. I presumed I'd be waiting maybe 10 minutes but honestly within a flash, there was a knock at the door! I also asked for restaurant recommendations from the Receptionist, he gave us a few recommendations & we chose one - and the food was delicious with a lovely ambience. Could anything be improved? Maybe if it's busy a second coffee machine or hot water urn at breakfast - also there are tea/coffee making facilities in the room but milk sachets would be a nice addition - but to be honest it's very rare to find that in European hotels! Vilnius itself is a lovely destination - probably often overlooked. We found it clean, felt very safe & has an interesting history. Makes for a great city break.
