Guest Reviews
- Eily (10/5): - Lovely & quiet
- Hillary (8/5): - Staff is good. Hotel is a bit far from downtown but there are buses running every 15 minutes. The hotel is very simple, but if you are just staying the night and spending the day at the city is ok.
- Jasmitha (10/5): - Great stay!
- Kenny (4/5): - Rooms were too warm, ran out of bacon and the hotel was in the middle of an industrial estate. The cleaner walked in on my other half getting changed! (Did not knock) We got offered a free breakfast as a sorry
- Sebastian (10/5): - nice hotel
- Robert (8/5): - Breakfast was fantastic hot foods as well as breads and pastries
- Sequoia (6/5): - It’s a place to stay. Located in a pretty industrial area, over a grocery store. Lots of large trucks moving through the area. The hallway outside the room is very unassuming, and the room is simple. Not bad, not fantastic, just average. 10 minute walk to a train station, which is nice.
- Sandra (10/5): - Nice hotel.
- Daniel (8/5): - Worked well for us. Close to bus line, so easy access to Innsbruck. Plenty of parking. Supermarket under hotel.
- AHMED (2/5): - The room view was bad
- Fareen (6/5): - Need to walk a good 5-7 minutes to bus or train station. Nothing to beat nearby at night. Grocery store closes car 7pm
Found a dead roach in the bathroom. Bathroom could have had sufficient towels and toilet tv paper. No one after 7
- Andy (6/5): Nice hotel - mediocre service. - The hotel was ok. Saying it is in Absam is a bit misleading as it it is in Hal in an industrial area.
The staff were ok, a bit abrupt. I ordered beers for my son and I and mine was one third froth, when iasked for a top up the staff member made a point of putting a absolute minimal splash in it with a sarcastic smile. we were then told to pay up as the bar closed at 8pm with nothing around the hotel to go to, this was very disappointing.
The breaksfast was good was a nive selection fo foods on offer.
- Alistair (10/5): - Unfortunately we arrived late and had to leave early but very clean, great shower and easy parking. Just off the motorway as well which was great for us!
- Md Rashed (10/5): - Nice stay
- Fozia (10/5): - Amazing
- Tabatha (10/5): - This was a great hotel for visiting Innsbruck. The train station is a short walk away and the train ride is less than ten minutes. There’s a grocery store and restaurant attached to the hotel and a gas station that has ice and snacks. The Italian restaurant nearby is hidden but it was the best Italian food I’ve ever had. The pizza place across the street was great too. Overall a solid spot to stay for a vacation. We even walked about a half hour to the next town of Rum and had a gorgeous view. Be sure to ask for a ventilator if your room gets too hot and the front desk will happily oblige.
- Juan Gabriel (4/5): - Not a very good experiencie
- Rachel (6/5): Basic - Basic square box rooms. No kettle or vending machine so no chance of a hot drink after 10 am. Was not particularly clean or comfortable
- Eily (10/5): - The room was clean and spacious
- Will (8/5): - Small details we haven’t found in other hotels we found here. Multiple garbage cans, a soap tray in the shower, and a good view from the room were all appreciated
- Reinhard (6/5): - It was rather noisy.
- Rafael (10/5): - Super nice place for the price
- Oleksandr (10/5): - Just great
- Kim (10/5): - Great staff
- Hermann (8/5): - No phone in the room but the let me call Canada from the reception for free.
Breakfast good but on the expensive side.
Free bus pass for the area!
Good english!
- Niels (10/5): - Fabulous hotel for a stay over during our journey to Italy. Highly recommend and will surely return.
- Marcia (8/5): - This property is a good place to stay if you have a car. It's far from the centre of town so it is not for backpackers. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We stayed here with our children and it suited our purpose. Breakfast each morning was totally well set up. We would stay here again.
- Anna-Lena (8/5): - Since we booked via Hotels.com(expedia) the hotel got the bookings separately and therefore our rooms ended up in each side of the hotel.
Nice personnel in the reception, and we got free transportation with the local buses.
- Hyeyoung (10/5): - Family four
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great stay. Nice rooms and staff were great
- Michael (8/5): - It was nice but the area is secluded and industrial.
- Jack (10/5): - Hotel was nice, check in was with machine that had options to check in in own language. The room was nice and even though the weather was hot we stayed cool. Room was fairly plain and inoffensive which was good considering the fairly low price. Definitely would stay again
- Zachary (10/5): - My stay was amazing. Not only were they very accommodating and helpful for a check in after hours, the facilities and rooms were impeccable. Although it is outside Innsbruck as well as a little outside the centre of Hall in Tirol, the train station is within walking distance and only takes a few minutes either way.
Would recommend this place to anyone coming to the area.
- Mario (8/5): - The room was quite hot the ac didn’t seem to be working. There was no tea making facilities. The reception was quite welcoming with the late check in
- Nicolas (8/5): - Concern about parking as it is the one of the supermarket and risk to be fined
- Wei (10/5): - none
- Kirsten (10/5): - Ok
- Andre (10/5): - Trotz der Lage an der Autobahn sehr ruhig. Tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Sehr sauber.
- augusto (10/5): - Easy access from highway and from cities (both Innsbruck and Hall), large room with all that is needed for your stay
- Remco-Jan (8/5): - Prima.
- Josef (8/5): - War OK
- Anish (6/5): - Zimmer hat gestunken nach Schweiß.
- Brian (10/5): - First time in Innsbruck for a long time and pleased I got to stay at this hotel. Ease of travel to city was very good and I was given a bus pass for the duration of my stay. Particularly enjoyed the trip to old town Hall. Would stay here again if ever I was to travel to Innsbruck. Overall very pleased with my experience.
- Armita (6/5): - Location is in industrial area. We reserved mountain view but it is partial view. There's a train station few minutes walking distance
- Jéssica (10/5): - Muito linda a região. O a apartamento é lindo e confortável
- Anna (10/5): - Väldigt fint och mysigt ställe! Frukosten var 10 av 10
- Gabi (10/5): - Das zweite mal da. Sauber, ruhig, freundlich, gute Lage. Gerne wieder
- Michael (10/5): - Perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.
- Colette (10/5): - Staff very friendly.
Breakfast was fabulous
- Jochen (6/5): - Hotel in Summe okay.
- Patti (10/5): - Nice stop over place.
- Angelo (10/5): Una notte ad Innsbruck - Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Hotel a 15 minuti da Innsbruck e ben collegato dai mezzi pubblici. Personale cordiale e disponibile
- Federico (10/5): - Buen lugar, limpio, agradable...
- Fredrik (8/5): - Excellent hotel. Facilities is new rooms were big enough. Breakfest was also good. The only problem is hotel's location. You have to walk around 200-300m to nearest bus stop.
- Uwe (8/5): - Für Durchreichende gut geeignet (neben der Brenner-Autobahn)
- Malene (10/5): Good value for the money! - Great stay and amazing value for the price! It was fast and easy to check in and out and the rooms were very clean. Beds were nice and we all (party of 3) had a great stay.
- Harry (10/5): - We reached late and check in was closed. But no worries, everything was arranged and we received our room card with a code from the locker. Good and ray service. Room is clean and the Hotel is very good located.
- Louis (10/5): - A great experience, the hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast. Parking is easy.
- Greg (6/5): Rooms too warm during the night. - Overall a great stay but the rooms were way too hot which ruined our stay, woke up shattered.
- ALEX (6/5): Touring Europe - We arrived due to our flight, the receptionist was very rude saying we could have our room at 3 , she gave us no information about where we could wait , we left our bags behind the desk . At 3 we asked if our room was ready , she looked at her watch and said yes and just gave us a key , again no information. The room was the farthest away , very basic 1 small bottle of water left . Towels were not changed in 4 days we were there, they just emptied our bin .
- David (6/5): Stay with unpleasant surprise - The hotel was comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is litle far from Innsbruck, we spend more than expected with bus and train tickets daily to travel to Innsbruck and back to the hotel because the normal 24 tickets from Innsbruck was not valid to the hotel. After spending three nights there on the check out I had unpleasant surprise. The hotel was offering free ticket to Innsbruck for all days of our stay, BUT on the check in they just "forgot" to tell me this and send me the ticket at E-Mail. The guy on the check in asked me two times if I m arrived with car and I denied this. On the same day I asked many times for Bus and train information and try didn't tell me about this guest benefit this is unacceptable.
- Razvan (10/5): - Good for the money
- Tran H. (6/5): Near Innsbruck - Located near industrialized area. Good if you have a car. Plenty of EV charger outside and in car garage. Comfort level just acceptable as the amenities are just a grade above motels. Reception closed at 8pm so no night guard or services.
- Ebraam (8/5): - Good for short stays
- Dolores (10/5): - For short stays, great hotel.
- Allen (10/5): - I loved th stay but I wish it was closer to Innsbruck. Believe the ht staff before you believe Apple Maps, the staff were on point
- Gustavo (10/5): - Great overall hotel for a big family with kids... we stayed in one of those 2 connected rooms and it was perfect for a family... very clean and only 5 min walk to the train and/or bus station (9 min trip to Innsbruck city center). I would definitely recommend it if you are trying to visit Innsbruck but not break the bank.
Camere spaziose e pulite. Molto buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.
- Nikki (10/5): - Good clean comfortable hotel close to Innsbruck. Staff are helpful.
- Robert (8/5): Good location, inexpensive - Convenient hotel a short distance from Innsbruck, with a view of the mountains. Free Parking in front. Room was serviceable but lacked a safe and refrigerator. Attentive staff. Hall in Tirol old town well worth a visit. Good value.
- Xiao Hang (10/5): - Room can have better air circulation
- Tiffany (10/5): - Nice. Would stay again.
- Avishag (6/5): - Average hotel, wouldn't recommend for a long stay. The staff at the reception were not nice. The bathroom had mold and silver fish.
- Victoire (8/5): - The overall experience was great. However as someone who was travelling from a different country, I was not expecting the hotel not to have an iron. It was a bit frustrating not having that as part of the amenities.
- Megan (8/5): - Great hotel, weird location.
This was a really nice, comfortable hotel for two nights while travelling. Easy access to Innsbruck by train and the rest of Austria via motorways.
Rooms were spacious, comfy beds, nice bathroom. There’s a snack and drink machine that has beer and wine.
The location is odd. Just off the motorway with a great view of the mountains - but also next to a tyre place and a large yard full of giant skips (dumpsters). Light industrial area.
Supermarket downstairs (closed Sunday as they all are in Austria) is very handy.
- SHAWN (2/5): - No front desk staff after 8pm, very inconvenient for travelers. We arrived at 9pm and ended up with having to find another place to stay for that night.
- CHRISTY (10/5): - The staff were very helpful
- Brian (10/5): - I loved that they had a secure biccycle storage space in the umderground parking.
Staff were very nice.
- Jess (10/5): - Great location about 10-15 minute bus ride from Innsbruck.
- Maria Teresa (10/5): - Near the highway, Easy tò parking and nice Hall in Tirol where you can find a really good tipical restaurant
- Ying Xin (10/5): - The hotel looks very new and we had a very comfortable stay. Hotel staff also friendly and the breakfast is good. Thanks!
- Julie (10/5): - This was a great family stay, as the connecting rooms were very well laid out, and perfect for us. The hotel staff member we spoke to was fantastic as well. There wasn't much in the area within walking distance, but a short drive took us to everything we needed.
- SUNG (8/5): Good place to visit again - Not much concerns! Good place to visit again!
Due to a staff mistake, check-in was uncomfortable. However, I believe it was very isolated incident.
- Suraj (4/5): - Reception desk and response was not acceptable. Air conditioning was not at all working in our family room
- Jérémy (10/5): - The hotel experience here is great, but be advised that it's in a industrial area, therefore, it gets loud early in the morning. Since there's no air conditioning, you have to leave your window open so you have no choice but to hear everything that's going on around the building. Additionally, it's paid parking 8.50€ per night which came as a surprise to us.
- Robyn (8/5): - The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. They were helpful with public transport into Innsbruck. Not the most lovely location as a tourist, but a great hotel nonetheless
