• Nemanja (4/5): - We liked proximity to the beach and ot was generally quiet & peaceful if that’s what you’re looking for. Rooms were spacious with great sea view. Food was okay but repeated, but in accordance with price. Front desk (reception staff) was very kind. Spa & hamam experience on site was also great & as well as pool. Food offer should be more versatile(speaking from day to day) & refills should be done if it’s still time slot for a meal without guests asking for it. Kitchen staff and busser was alright, but the older man serving at the bar was very rude & unprofessional - it seems like he hates this job and bothers guests with eye rolling & unnecessary rude comments & behavior, with waiting for like 15 minutes in average(waiting queue only made because there’s nobody in bar). Suggestion for busser staff would be to maybe catch up with basics of english, they don’t speek english at all, not even word. Cleaning staff yelled at us to get out of room at 8 am on our last day, even when check out is scheduled at 11 or 12 am. Please consider possibility of doing floors everyday because of sand.

Klima ve duşta sorun yaşamadık. Fakat otelin yemekleri lezzetli değildi ve çoğunlukla öğle ve akşam yemekleri aynıydı. Et türü yemeklerden uzak durmaya çalıştım. Bar çalışanının hizmet ile ilgili eğitim almaya ihtiyacı var. Güler yüzden yoksun, hizmet etmeye yüksünen bir çalışandı. Her şey dahilin içindeki Soft içecekler soğuk değildi. Zaten barmen yüksünerek veriyordu. 3-4 gündür dışarda bekleyen kolalar gazozlar veriliyor.

A szoba megfelelt erre a néhány napra, bár kisebb voltak kényelmetlenségek. A délutáni ingyenes bár is jó ötlet, hangulatos volt kiülni és két fürdőzés között hidratálni. Az all inclusive ételek változatosságának hiánya! Ettünk jókat, de túl sokszor volt csirke, első reggelinkkor volt palacsinta, akkor nem ettem mondván majd másik nap, de többször nem volt így erről lemaradtam! A választék első 1-2 nap még bőségesnek tűnt a végére nagyon egyhangú lett.

The rooms are relatively small which isn't really a problem since you have a bed, air conditioning,an old tv,a fridge...a balcony even, these are the good parts when it comes to the room however in some cases there are problem with the AC and shower... also the fridge is not working in some of the rooms but we solved that after we notified the staff , they fixed it so that's good too. The food is also great from times to times , nothing to complain about if we are to take into consideration the price that we paid for this hotel... The beer is also great ... The one thing that isn't woking here is part of the staff.. The very arrogant man from the bar is ruining everything.. he is rude , unprofessional, you can say hi,how are you ... ? Thank you .. he will never respond and he will treat you with disrespect everytime..as if you did something bad to him... Please get rid of him , everybody is sick of that guy , all the people that I talked with from the hotel had the same experiences with him.

We will never return to Turkey for a holiday, especially not to this hotel. - The first thing that greeted us was the receptionist (with short hair, not nice guy with long hair) who pushed, tripped and KICKED THE HOTEL GUEST. - The rooms, corridors and the hotel in general are very dirty. - The restaurant stinks. - The food is terrible, three combination dishes are rotating. - The food is often rotten, especially for dinner. - When we arrived, we got a room whose lock didn't work and the room door couldn't be closed, and the aggressive receptionist didn't want to give us another room. I couldn't sleep all night because of fear. - The rooms are rarely cleaned, but if you put a Do not disturb sign, the cleaners will still come in and wake you up around 9AM. - The beds are very uncomfortable. - Most people praise the location, but it is not good at all. The beach is close, but the best part of the beach is in the center, a 20-minute walk away - It is good that there is a Migros market less than a 5-minute walk away so that you can survive, because there is a low chance that you will eat in this hotel for 10 days. - The only good thing is the staff, apart from the aggressive receptionist. Lista zamerki je duga, a naš odmor je bio traumatičan. Nikada se nećemo vratiti u Tursku na letovanje, a naročito ne u ovaj hotel. - Prva stvar koja naš je dočekala je recepcioner (s kratkom kosom, ne fini s dugom) koji je gurao, sapleo i ŠUTIRAO GOSTA HOTELA - Sobe, hodnici i hotel uopšte su jako prljavi. - Restoran smrdi. - Hrana je užasna, tri kombinačije jela se okreću. - Hrana je često pokvarena, posebno za večeru. - Kada smo stigli dobili smo sobu kojoj nije radila brava i soba nije mogla da se zatvori, a agresivni recepcioner nije hteo da nam da drugu sobu. Cele noći nisam mogla da spavam od straha. - Sobe se retko čiste, ali ako stavite znak Do not disturb , čistačice će svejedno ući i probuditi vaš oko 9 ujutro. - Kreveti su jako neudobni. - Većina hvali lokaciju, ali ona nije dobra uopšte. Plaža jeste blizu, ali najlepši deo plaže je u centru, na 20 minuta hoda. - Dobro je da je na manje od 5 minuta hoda Migros market da biste mogli da preživite, jer nema šanse da 10 dana jedete u ovom hotelu. - Jedina dobra stvar je osoblje, osim agresivnog recepcionera. Nikome ne bih preporučila ovaj hotel, niti Alanju.

• Departure35921631710 (2/5): Worst hotel i have ever been in no way is this a 3 star - Good points less than a minute to the beach that's it Food is shocking veg for breakfast and boiled eggs and the odd cockroach in cornflakes dinner is whats left from breakfast with sauce added lunch whats left from dinner no desert bar closes at 9pm so if you need a drink you have to go elsewhere and pay staff are rude except the guy that works nights at reception and the lady who runs round like an idiot getting drinks for you pool is dangerous as side drains have covers missing rooms not cleaned only rubbish is collected check out 12pm and bands removed by reception you cant have food or drinks after this time if you want to keep room for a couple of ours after check out its 50 euros a joke of an hotel

The whole rooms in the hotel smells drainage we couldnt sleep comfortably!! The woman who is cleaning the room were cleaning the floor with the same toilet floor towel!! Any request we did they were always answering there is no room service!! The towels they provided us was old and damaged!! Even there was no tissues or a bin in the room ! The fridge was sooo old and not cooling! AC conditioner was always turned off whenever we open the balcony! So we needed to smell the dranage whenever we enter the room! I dont recommend this hotel to anyone. OVER RATED

They are lack of management, most of the stuff are incompetent. They have wrong type of cleaning employer at the hotel. The cleaning stuff are very lasy and don't clean the room properly. We and other customer had lot of complainment at the time for our visit. We got many black &blue stanes at towels and sheets every day. We suspekt that many drugdealers slep at the hotel with hookers and they using the rooms. Local Police visiting the hotel every night for catching drugdealers.

Staff was very helpfull and friendly, room was cleaned every day and towels were changed every 3 days. Food was a little bit spicy but delitious. Good value for money. I recommend Hotel Balik to everyone ☺️

The side sea view was amazing and it was nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. The staff who prepared the rooms was very nice and they wanted to help whatever was needed at all times. I was amazed by the kindness of all the people who work there, from the reception, the kitchen, the girls and the men who are also working there, the ladies who cleaned the room, to the owner of the hotel with whom we had a wonderful conversation on the first day, as well as with the rest of the staff of course. The food was great, lots of meat, protein, fruits and vegetables. We also liked the location of the hotel very much, the beach was just across the street. We had a great time and we plan to come to the same hotel again next year! :)

• tine-alain (2/5): Worst hotel ever - And the arrogant staff say we are the racists.... We booked in advance for a week. When we arrive, they speak English, explain what we can't do and ask to pay. They give us the key and say where to find the room...there ends the English.... Small rooms, with cleaning when they feel like it, changing towels...they take away the used ones and you can go and ask others at the reception. Asking for ice in the drinks...you get one cube if you are lucky, because they don't have a lot of ice....yeah right, not for us...Turkish and Russians get a glass full. All-in till 22 hrs, they stand there at the self service machines shouting "finish ! 10pm" yeah, right again...only for western-europeans. Food, if you are early at the buffet there is food ready, but then again, you have to like minced meat and guts.... You can email them or send a message, while there to ask something....you see the've read it but... indeed no answers. If you ask something at the reception in English, they (do like they) don't understand you you and answer "go outside and ask there". At the end, when you write a review with the less positive points the just answer that it's Turkey and that racism is a disease.... I wrote them several messages to talk it out...indeed, no answer... Well... been to Turkey lots of times, never had such an experience !

• dicksurreywoking_UK (6/5): Its OK, but..... - The Balik is a 99% all inclusive hotel, mainly catering to russian and east european tourists. We booked 2 rooms on a bed and breakfast basis through EasyJet. On arrival they didn't have any rooms, so they put us in the Tuna Apartment Hotel directly opposite for 2 nights, and gave us 2 days free internet as compensation. Then we moved into the Balik. We had 2 side sea view rooms, 1 on the 2nd floor at the front of the hotel just above reception, another on the 1st floor at the back of the hotel which did not have a sea view. Both rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with only minor criticisms like the TV being stuck on a german channel, and the shower head spraying water in all directions. For the price we paid, the rooms very excellent value. Wifi is extra, and somewhat spurious, but whether this is a fault of the hotel or turkish wifi in general, who knows. Tip: the bar on beach 21 (the Balik Hotel beach) offers free Wifi. OK, now the bad points. Breakfast. It's a buffet. The juices on offer are all made from powder, as is the coffee. There are hard boiled eggs, plus hot dishes (usually courgettes, peppers, fried potatoes, and a couple of times turkish sausages) which I suspect were leftover from the last nights dinner. There is also bread, cheese, tomato, cucumber, jam and honey. Note there is NO fresh fruit, pastries or cakes. Because the hotel is "All inclusive", the bar only serves small glasses of wine or beer, and closes at 10pm. The barman will serve you if you are not wearing the all inclusive wrist band, but will charge you 50% more than anywhere else in town, and pocket the money (there is no till at the bar). The swimming pool is small, with few sunbeds, but the beach is right across the road, and it is sandy.
• Journey776684 (2/5): The kleopatra balik hotel in alanya. - I have just returned from an 8 day stay at the kleopatra balik hotel in alanya. The hotel is located across from the beach. The rooms are basic but clean. That's the good news. The bad news is that the all inclusive is a sham. There is No fried food. There is no desserts. There are no sun loungers on their tiny strip of private beach. You have to pay for them. The food is the worst i have ever seen. All they cater for are the Russian and German tourist. If you like salad you will be fine. We had one meat dish in 8 days. We spent a small fortune having to eat out. The staff are unsmilling and miserable looking. Please avoid this hotel if you are British.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Hotel Balik - Habe noch nie so ein schlechtes Hotel gebucht. Personal unfreundlich, essen soweit okay, aber kein ordentliches Obst,nur Pflaumen und kleine Äpfel, eine kuchensorte die man nicht essen könnte, da sie nur voll Öl gesaugt waren. Zimmer total abgewöhnt, Dusche war ne Katastrophe, Fernsehgerät ging gar nicht. Bar geöffnet bis 22 Uhr. 2minuten vor 22 Uhr gab es nichts mehr. Das einzige positive war der kurze weg zum sehr schönen Strand.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Vaatimaton all inclusive - Aamupala melko heikko. Parasta hotellissa on sijainti lähellä Kleopatra rantaa. All inclusive hyvin vaatimaton ja lasit, kupit ja ruoat oli usein loppu. Sinänsä ajoi kyllä asiansa ja edullisuutensa vuoksi ihan ok valinta.
• Extraordinary743900 (4/5): Uncomfortable and low quality stay - I paid a premium price (over $1500) for a 10 day stay at this place which promised all inclusive experience. What I received was torn towels, extremely uncomfortable beds, dirty bathroom. The whole time we did not have room cleaned or serviced for fresh linens. Food...where do I start? If you're vegetarian I guess it would be fine. Salads, fruits and vegetables, low quality cheeses. Nothing else!!! No protein. I had to eat elsewhere. Drinks, ice cream, place on the beach had an upcharge. I am fighting with them for a refund at the moment! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

The bad : Beach is more stone than sand,very few sunbeds at the pool. The ugly: Do you like chicken kidneys, liver and hearts?Do you hate anything meat that is not an organ? Well Balik hotel absolutely loves the stuff! Thats the main course for you every day!Be it fried,meatball,boiled or nuggets that is the only meat you are going to get. Also found some extra protein in the bread (Hint :it was a tiny living insect) Yumm! (To be read in a sarcastic,passive-aggressive tone)Also all food is recycled for like 3 days (like other people notice) it really is a wonder to see the circle of life. Life,death and reincarnation with the power of a diferent plate and a blender! The bonus: Balik hotel has to take it a step further. Free diharea and vomiting on the house! I am not kidding....the hallway smells like vomit now after the last meal. My entire group is either on the toilet or projectile vomiting. I however am safe because the only thing i consumed here were the drinks and fruit. "Ohhh but its a budget hotel what do you expect from it?" - well if not at least some sort of actual meat that is not organ based 1x per day then idk....maybe the health of the people who paid the money for this show? I went to more than a duzen budget all inclusive places,cheaper even than this one. They all had great food. Things that i never saw ever in another hotel but i saw here: Organs for lunch and dinner. No meat. Bug in bread. Power outage.Water outage. Dear local health inspectors, health officials and lawyers please OH PLEASE spend a week here and close this steaming pile of quality hotel. It is an insult to all the people that visit Turkey and an insult to all respectable hotels that operate here and especially an insult to the excelent tourism of Turkey. If this would have been my only stay in Turkey i would never come back here and i would never recommend it to no one. Dear parents: please don't bring your children here. Im afraid of what this food might do to a child. We tried feeding the cats this stuff and they wouldn't touch it. Dear hotel owners: I wish you a long happy life eating only this food.
• 573alinaa (2/5): All inclusive with food poisoning included. - The hotel itself is ok, close to the beach big clean rooms everything ok in this department. Pool ok for a 3 star hotel, only 10 sunbeds always taken but the beach is really close and that is not an issue. HOWEVER the most important thing in an all inclusive hotel is the food. And here it is absolutely terrible. I didn't want to write a review cuz i am leaving tommorow and i tought why bother but as of this morning me and my whole family got food poisoning, and we are not the only one since the whole floor smells like vomit. This happend right after the first day in a week when they served us some good loocking actual meat (not organs),more specifically chicken instead of the usual horror organs dishes. The food is never labeled so you have no idea what you are eating cuz if it was labeled you will see that you eat today the food from 3 days ago just in a different shape. You have one soup at lunch, always cream texture so you never ever know what they put in it. You only have one main course 9 out of 10 times made of chicken organs in various forms either casserole or meatball and rice. The rest of the food option is the main dish from yesterday and the day before made into 6 or 7 kinds of salads with some sauce over it and some normal greens salads. THE STAFF DOES NOT EAT THE FOOD THEY SERVE US! Weird thing, when they clean the table and there is bread in the food they throw the food but keep the bread in a tray, what are they doing with that i'm not sure but i believe it is the mushy desert they serve once every 3 days. Also the plates are always spotted and the cups for coffe are greasy. Will not ever come back here and i seriously urge you to avoid it if you have kids, are pregnant or don't have a strong stomach. And even so, avoid if you just don't want to get food poisoning in your holiday. I know it is a cheap hotel, but even so i have been to 5 other hotels in the same price range in alanya and none of them was so terrible in the food department and i am NOT a fussy eater! Your health is just worth more than this.

The food is terrible , we eat out every day The barman doesnt seem to like his job , he is always in a bad mood and not very helpfull. Buffet was so bad . 4. Lift is too small and too slow 5. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned 6. Wifi is terrribe and doesn't work at all ! 7. I had to pay extra money to get a second key for our room 8. There is no secure room to leave luggage 9. Swimming room is too small
• Bent (10/5): Very nice hotel, close to the beach. - I had a very nice room, with a perfect wiew to the beachThe staff was very nice and serviceminded.I had all inclusive, and i loved the food.

• Pernille (10/5): Skøn udsigt, venlig service, god husmandskost - Vi var to veninder, der havde fået opholdet til under halv pris. Forventningerne var ikke store, men såvel hotellets betjening som mad og vores værelse med havudsigt var super. Poolen lidt klejn, men da det ligger lige ved stranden, var det ikke noget problem. All inklusive drikkevarer var ikke noget særligt, men ok til prisen. Ingen all inklusive i strandbaren. Maden var frisk og hjemmelavet tyrkisk "husmandskost" - meget kylling, men det er ikke usædvanligt. Det var veltilberedt og der var mange lækre rå, syltede, kogte, stegte grøntsager, salater osv. Så hvis man er til det tyrkiske (husmandskost)køkken, som os, er det sikkert et hit! Vores værelse var såkaldt "selekt" med lækkert nyt badeværelse og en stor altan med udsigt direkte til hav/strand (havudsigt). Værelset er ikke stort - det er ikke en lejlighed, men et hotelværelse - der er køleskab (kun tændt, når man er på værelset!). Skabsplads er der, men det er lidt upraktisk... Alt i alt var vi meget tilfredse med værelse, mad og god, venlig service fra personalet, rengøring osv. Plusser: +Venlig betjening, +God/frisklavet tyrkisk husmandskost, +Rent og pænt +Super altan/udsigt til havet +Lækkert, nyt badeværelse +1.række til stranden Minusser: -Ingen all inclusive på stranden -Udvalg af drikkevarer/baren (ikke noget at skrive hjem om, men ok til prisen) -Skabsplads -Lille pool -Dårlig wifi, som man betalte 2 EUR for pr. dag (og ikke sikret!). Den kunne ikke trække, når for mange var på

• Pave (6/5): Hotellin sijainti hyvä.Ranta lähellä n.30-40m. - Ei häiritsevää keskustan yöelämää.Tivoli n.500m päässä.Olimme Balikissa loppukesästä (syys-lokakuussa) näkyi ehkä vähän väsymystä henkilökunnassa.Ruoka todella hyvää ja maukasta.Hyvä seura teki lomasta onnistuneen.Mennään toistekin.

Vi havde planlagt hjemmefra, at vi ville spise ude om aftenen og mest spise morgenmaden men den var virkelig virkelig dårlig og deres bar var helt tom. Så vi købte alle vores drikkevarer i migros istedet.
