- Lyrissa (10/5): - This hotel, spa, and dining experience was the highlight of our second honeymoon (after 30 years). It was surprisingly affordable for the level of service and amenities, and it is located in a charming rural village. I have rarely eaten a better meal.
- Stefanie (10/5): Einfach traumhaft - Wir haben zwei herrliche Tage verbracht. Der Spa Bereich ist besonders toll und sehr sauber. Das Dampfbad und der Saunabereich mit Ruhezone sind sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig in tollem Ambiente. Wir werden wieder kommen. Der Service ist auch super! Wir waren rundum zufrieden und konnten uns sehr gut erholen!

- Rupert (8/5): Wonderful restaurant, hotel had its quirks - We know the location since the late 1970s, always a food destination. Now with new owners and chef even more so - a real treat! Hotel had its quirks from Wi-Fi that only worked when standing by the door of our room (didn’t work in the lounge) to light bulbs out and forgotten breakfast items, some attention is needed. Not four stars.
- Dr.Dirk (8/5): - Wir sind seit über 30 Jahren (Restaurant-) Gäste im Cheval Blanc., meist anlässlich von Familienfeiern. Das Essen war wie immer hervorragend, geschmacklich Spitze! Die Preise gehen in Anbetracht von Qualität und Service in Ordnung. Seit einiger Zeit besteht die Möglichkeit zu übernachten; wir hatten eine Junior-Suite im Nebengebäude (Winstub). Zimmer passen gut zu dem alten Gebäude, gut eingerichtetes Bad mit begehbarer Dusche, separates WC. Das Frühstück (nicht im Preis inbegriffen) war ordentlich und reichhaltig; dass Eierspeisen noch Aufpreis (5€) kosten, ist in Anbetracht der Preise nicht verständlich.

- Andreas (10/5): Exzellentes Haus in toller Umgebung - Sehr schönes altes Gebäude, mit sehr viel Geschmack und großem Aufwand liebevoll restauriert. Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber, mit Kaffeemaschine. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass es in meinem Zimmer unterhalb des alten Dachs durchwegs etwas kühl war, vor allem im Badbereich und der Toilette. Schönes, modernes Spa mit allem was man sich wünschen mag! Restaurant exzellent, die 2 Sterne im Guide Michelin jedenfalls gerechtfertigt. Küche handwerklich und Geschmacklich über jeden Zweifel erhaben, auf den3ten Stern fehlt es wohl hauptsächlich im Service. So hat man mich bei der Ankunft zwar schnell und freundlich zum Tisch gebracht, dann aber 10 Minuten sitzen lassen ohne Speisekarten zu bringen oder gar nach einem Aperitivwunsch zu fragen - sollte nicht passieren bei gefühlten 7 Kellnern und (zu diesem Zeitpunkt) etwa 6 Gästen. Danach aber alles okay. Hohes aber angemessenes Preisniveau. Frühstück exzellent!

- Randal (10/5): Beautiful Hotel - Lembach is a quaint old town in a beautiful region. The hotel has a top level restaurant, but is within walking distance of a couple of bakeries and a local restaurant for someone wanting local fare. The old church in the center of town is just two blocks from the hotel. The facilities at this hotel are top notch. The spa facilities are extensive. Our room had its own outdoor patio.

Accueil chaleureux, chambre avec beaucoup de charme, atmosphère des lieux propice à la détente. Dîner gastronomique de grande qualité agrémenté d'un petit clin d'œil pour fêter nos 20 ans de mariage. Spa et piscine invitant à la détente. De nombreux sentiers de randonnées à proximité. Petit bémol : un peu déçus par la salle de bain de la chambre...
