Markus (8/5): So richtig schlecht war es nicht, die Lage ist Top.Aber man merkt schon, das das Management sich darauf ausruht. In alle - Sehr stilsicher und harmonisch in einem traditionellen Palast einer Papstfamilie eingerichtet. Extrem gute Lage direkt Piazza Navona und Pantheon. Das Personal am Empfang hat alle meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Man läuft beim besuchen des Restaurants auf einen chaotischen Counter zu, mit Zetteln und Druckern gepflastert. Wie das Büro einer Garage. Der Lift wirkt ungepflegt. Das Personal verhält sich teilweise abweisend. Die Duschen sind zu schmal ( 70cm) um Luxus zu vermitteln. Keine 5 Star Minibar. Bett unakzeptabel für Fünf Sterne.

Amanda (5/5): Não é um bom custo benefício - O chuveiro não esquentava, quando liguei para a recepção para entender o motivo, fui informada que o aquecimento era por boiler e que era assim mesmo, que eu deveria esperar 40 min. Tinha horário para reserva para sair e me atrasei por conta disso! O secador também não funcionava. Fiquei refem de quando tinha água quente para o meu roteiro e isso foi péssimo.

KATIA (5/5): Déçus - L'hôtel est bien plaçé. Très cher compte tenu de la taille de la chambre avec un matelas tellement mou que nous en avions mal au dos. Conduite de descente des eaux qui passent dans notre chambre donc des bruits d'eau dès qu'une personne de la chambre du dessus prenait une douche ou tirait la chasse d'eau. Cet hôtel manque de chaleur humaine et reste très chers compte tenu des prestations.
Rhonda (10/5): - Rooftop bar with stunning views. The bathtub in our room was fabulous. Easy to get a taxi right to door, when we arrived and departed, with luggage. We splurged for a balcony view of Plaza Nuvona. The balcony was up a flight of stairs, in front of door into suite. Basically in the hallway entering our suite. We were not able to use it for anything really… Would not pay for that, again. The coffee at breakfast is horrible. Plan to go out for coffee. Which is easy. Rooftop bar does not reserve space for hotel guests. We were turned away, once. And a second night the entire rooftop was reserved for a private event. Dissapointing.
Ryjih (10/5): Perfect stay in a historical hotel - When we first came to Rome and visited Piazza Navona we saw this beautiful building made by Bernini himself next to the church made by Borromini. We fell in love with it and wanted to stay there next time. We’ve fulfilled our goal and hotel met all the expectations. Gorgeous!

I enjoyed the bar but couldn’t sit where I was hoping, despite having a reservation and being a hotel guest. The staff of the hotel were excellent Being able to have priority seating up at the bar if you’re a guest at the hotel with a reservation.

Zsuzsanna (7/5): Sehr gutes Hotel mit einigen Schwächen - - Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. - Rezeption war perfekt, - der Ausblick beim Frühstück zur Piazza Navona. - hoteleigenes Internet war bestens. - Dusche mit eingebauter Sitzmöglichkeit sehr komfortabel. - Die abendliche/nächtliche Lautstärke der Umgebung (Bars/Restaurants) auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern (teilweise bis 2:00 Uhr morgens) - das Servicepersonal (Frühstück/Reinigung) könnte für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie etwas motivierter sein (beim Frühstück fehlte jeden Morgen etwas anderes (Brot/Kaffee) und wurde erst nach Aufforderung nachgereicht). Reinigungsservice war teilweise bis 15:00 nachmittags noch nicht beendet. - Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. - Fernsehen war trotz Personaleinsatzes (aufgrund technischer Probleme) nicht möglich - hoteleigene Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht.

Our room was actually 2 like an entry room with sofa and fridge and storage and then a HUGE bedroom and phenomenal bathroom with marble and towel heater and bidet. The ceilings were pushing 20 feet tall with paintings and frescoes. Staff was so helpful and inviting. The location - amazing just 100 steps from Piazza Navona. Close to all the action The only knock is we had a room on the street side and I don’t think the windows were insulated enough. We could hear street noise (and pretty late or pretty early as you call it)

Karolina (9/5): - We had booked transportation to and from the airport. It worked perfectly, communication with the hotel and driver was smooth. Everyone at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were larger than we expected, the bed was comfortable, clean, only the bathroom door did not secure privacy. Breakfast was tasty, with plenty of vegetables and fruit, savory and sweet options, appropriate for the size of the hotel. The breakfast room was beautiful with a nice view. The rooftop terrace also has a beautiful view, I recommend going there for a drink. The location was absolutely ideal for us, everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. Because of this, it was quite noisy outside late at night, but that was to be expected.

The roof terrace is a really special place to go with amazing views so don't miss it. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. I was hoping my room would look out onto the piazza as the photographs suggested but I faced a courtyard internally. However, the room was nice and quiet.

Anna (10/5): Would love to stay again - Can't fault Eitch. We took a standard double room for our minimoon. It was a very spacious room, comfortable bed, large bathroom. We slept very well. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh food on the buffet. Staff were so friendly. The security on the door were very helpful and attentive. We loved the rooftop bar. A perfect location in a beautiful building. Thank you Eitch for making our minimoon special. We loved everything about this hotel.
Autumn (10/5): Luxurious stay in a gorgeous historic building conveniently located next to lively historic piazza. - Everything! The room was comfortable and clean. Room was refreshed every day with clean towels. Breakfast was delicious and kept well stocked. All staff were extremely nice. The room was very warm with no way to cool it (air conditioning disabled). It did not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience nor did we feel the need to address it with staff.

Christiano was amazing from beginning to end, always responsive to my emails prior to check in and recommendations of restaurants near by a plus. The location is incredible, walking to all major attractions and enjoying the picturesque cobblestone streets with cafes and sores was a delight. and all the staff friendly. The rooms were excellent and spacious, the suite with the view was a pleasure to overlook at Piazza Navona but the Spa Suite was out of this world :) Love Love Love all of it, a Must stay in Rome!

Chambre non prête à l'arrivée; le champagne commandé n'était pas en chambre. dommage pour une surprise d'anniversaire... de plus, le kit dentaire n'y était pas non plus bien que demandé plusieurs heures avant l'arrivée sur place. le conditionner était complètement vide également. Bref une chambre absolument non préparée, un effet de surprise gâché et une tension permanente qui n'est pas admissible sur un établissement de ce standing. nous sommes navrés de constater que les dégâts causés par ce manque de vigilance ait eu un impact aussi fort sur notre séjour.

Unique building, decor. - We were initially assigned a small room, but moved to a much more appropriate room, with enough closet space. The elevator was slow so we walked up most of the time but the history of the building and it's location made up for it. The hot water ran out. They explained it's due to the electrical heater. We made due.

stefano (8/5): Affascinare ma da aggiornare - La struttura ha il suo fascino storico ed è veramente al centro di tutto, per una vista a roma di pochi giorni è l’ideale La ristrutturazione ha favorito gli elementi estetico mentre ha totalmente trascurato quelli tecnici, il riscaldamento è quello che è, gli infissi avranno cent’anni, noi eravamo al quarto piano e le voci in strada praticamente le avevamo in camera idem per quelle in corridoio….

Hotel che nn ha una hall.... passiamo al ristorante di un 5 stelle, cosi' si definisce la struttura, dove nn usano le tovaglie sui tavoli e servono colazione , pranzo e cena con servitini in plastica, che girano fra i vari commensali, che si alternano ai tavoli!!!! Cinque stelle? Altroché cinque stelle!!!!! ah, nn hanno manco l' acqua di marca, servono solo acqua in bottiglia microfiltrata, ma lo sarà? Dubito assai. La mia stanza era rumorosissima, ma sostengono che nn ne avevano altre, neanche a maggior prezzo. I prodotti della colazione, scadenti, al massimo, vedere in una struttura che si definisce 5 stelle la marmellata HEJO è tutto un programma...............

Beim Frühstück muss man das frische und mit Liebe zubereitete Obst erwähnen. Lage super - direkt an der Piazza Novana (Blick aus dem Frühstücksraum) ansonsten nur ums Eck Von da aus zu Fuß alles erreichbar Die Bar auf der eigenen Terrasse muss man auch besuchen
Diane (8/5): Now that I have been home for a while, I keep thinking of my wonderful stay in that suite. - I loved the decor, location and staff. The breakfast was good. The beds were outstandingly comfortable! I just loved looking up at the painted ceilings everyday! Beautiful. The lighting in the room was fabulous and user friendly. I felt safe in the neighborhood and the doorman knew everyone that belonged in the hotel. This property would be an 9.0... Excellent .....but for the outside noise. The noise was horrible. The traffic noise was always noticeable but every morning between 5 and 7 the cans and bottles were picked up and the sound was deafening. I don't love a hotel without a large lobby ( this has none) but if you want to come and go incognito, this is your place.... just get earplugs!.
