Marlon (1/5): No stay at all and will never ever stay in this Scam place! - nothing When I tried to check-in, They told me, if I use card for payment, they’ll charge extra 5 percenr, but if I pay in cash, no charges at all. Booking.com didtnt mention this in the booking. To me, it sounded like a SCAM!. Though it was so inconvenient on my part, I cancelled the booking and went to another Hotel. sorry booking.com but I think you failed me. Trip.com is better.

Also couldn’t turn off burner either from stove so they used the breaker, had to turn off stove top from breaker after making spaghetti. Ideal for the price. Must tell hotel of ANY MALFUNCTION beforehand. Try everything before staying the whole night. Test everything app on move in 100%. Price.

Shawn (5/5): Poor Leadership and Poor Customer Service - The location The staff especially the young lady in the afternoon that lies and changes the guest reservation without their acknowledgement. She is rude and disrespectful and shouldn't have that position, I reported her to management and like other reviews from different site says nothing has beening done. Management cares nothing about her guest, but when she is wrong she will put it on the customer. That's horrible.Room 117 smells so bad and the night guy who works there says management knows and has been there for 7 years and she not going to do anything about it. A few housekeeper have told my wife they will either quit or put in their two week notice and guess what they did they didn't like manager. The place would be better if they terminated management and a few unhelpful employees who only sleeps doing the night and the young girl flirting with the guest with the motorcycle.if you request a member from corporate office they will deny it and say they don't have a number to G 6 management in Plano Texas. The place has numerous of roaches and bed bugs. Also, hardly anything works according to the housekeeping. They dislike manager and I can understand why she doesn't care just getting a free paycheck after 21 years of employment. Ez is the best the rest are a work in progress. I fought corporate office for allowing this type of poor professional conduct from management and some staff members. Stay Away
