- James (2/5): - It's a very lovely hotel with great decoration it's very quiet and peaceful. I didn't like the fact the facilities where closed, the onsite bar was closed, and the laundry facility took far too long

- Angel (9/5): We will come back to stay in this hotel soon. - It is a good retreat in the middle of all the chaos. There were drunks outside the property who tried to speak to my wife.

- Mark (10/5): Great staff and lovely rooms - Excellent and helpful staff, lovely room
- Roter (8/5): Very good - Location: just a short walk to Sportyvna metro station. Elegantly decorated and spotless clean room and bathroom, hot water, and heating in winter. Some christmas decorations and lights in the hotel lobby cheered up a bit (remember it is all during the wartime!). Daily room cleaning was there, too. The receptionist was helping enough. A bit annoying was that we had to wait for someone to physically show up and open the hotel gate for us to leave or come in. There is no remotely controlled lock or code pad, etc. All in all, it was only a minor annoyance taking into account the fact that the hotel is obviously surviving without many guests in wartime Kharkiv providing only basic services.

- Marta (9/5): A good place to stay . - Clean, cosy, and very spacious room. I liked the design. The property is located close to the underground station. Because of the war they have few guests now and the restaurant is closed. You can still store your baggage after you check out.

- Patrick (1/5): Bad - THE HOTEL OWNER ACCEPTED MY CREDIT CARD THE FIRST NIGHT. THE SECOND DAY THEY WOULD NOT TAKE MY CREDIT CARD. I ATTEMPTED TO PAY IN CASH BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE CHANGE. THIS IS AN ISSUE WITH MANAGEMENT. HOTEL PERSONNEL MESSAGED ME SAYING THEY WOULD HAVE THE COST DEDUCTED FROM THEIR OWN PAY IF I DID NOT PAY VIA SOME 3RD PARTY PLATFORM. Poor management is trying to pawn off responsibility on their own employees that had no say in the matter. I gave multiple forms of payment and tried to pay. Don't recommend a place that treats their employees like this.
