• Lynn (5/5): Nice Hotel shame about the Breakfast provided. - The location of the hotel was great and the hotel was clean and the room was lovely. The noise levels from the main road was terrible which ment I had a terrible nights sleep as their was no let up with noise from the main road all night. The management need to change the windows in this hotel to ensure its guests can’t hear the noisy main road. The breakfast was terrible in this hotel very little choice. Breakfast consisted of 3 or 4 cereal, yoghurt pots, porridge. The hot breakfast consisted of chopped potato seasoned and sliced frankenfurter sausage and nothing else with it. There was a waffle maker to do your own waffles and some muffins and some other bits and 2 or 3 juices and that’s the hotels idea of breakfast. Hotel needs to change breakfast menu as it’s terrible and I had to pay for food in Busch gardens instead.

• Matthew (10/5): Loved the hotel. Walk to park longer than expected and courtesy bus only runs Thur-Sun. - Bedrooms are a good size and very clean. Amazing showers. Breakfast was amazing and different each day. Pool could have been cleaner. One of the doors wouldn’t open from outside (door nearest the bus stop).

• Troy (10/5): A really nice hotel ! - Only stayed one night as we had visited Busch Gardens that day. A great hotel with the best front desk staff we encountered on our entire USA roadtrip holiday ! Really friendly and helpful. THE ideal location for the park and great value for money. Highly recommend this hotel. Nothing. Everything was great.

• michael (10/5): Theme park stay - This hotel is absolute gold for a short stay if visiting Busch Gardens. The staff were some of the friendliest, the breakfast was excellent, well stocked and fresh. Hotel facilities were also faultless. Surrounding area also felt safe enough for walking to a from the park which is accessible via a short 10 minute walk. Price of bottled water was a bit steep if you don't bring your own.

No follow up terrible communication skills. - N/A I contacted the property on Tuesday to move my dates at first I said yes then I think they said no I wasn’t really sure. I reached out to the property for five days straight, including Saturday and received absolutely no response from them. Frankly, I was surprised that the lack of response from such a reputable brand. Only thing I could figure it’s owned. Any owners are in name only. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience. I will not recommend this brand to anyone.

• Janine (8/5): Stayed for one night whilst visiting BG. Hotel was fabulous. Spacious room, free parking, efficient check in and check o - LOCATION - absolutely perfect for Busch Gardens. Literally 2 minutes from the main entrance. The room was huge and spotless. The room we were allocated was right next to the main road. We were only staying for one night otherwise I would have asked to change rooms.

Man kann nicht schlafen. Nächsten Tag neues Zimmer nach hinten raus bekommen. Nichts zu hören von der Straße. Nur Plastik beim Frühstück. Bis jetzt das schlechteste Frühstück von allen Hotels.

The counter staff wasn't able or willing to help and only offered to book a separate room for an additional fee. As I was able to book the separate bedrooms at an extra fee already, this was a total scam to me. I only didn't cancel because it was already too late to find a different Hotel

• Stephany (7/5): Great location and comfortable stay, but service availability in the evenings could be improved. - The location was excellent—very close to Busch Gardens, making it easy to walk or take a quick, inexpensive Uber right to the front entrance. The room was exactly what you would expect from a Hampton Inn—clean, comfortable, and consistent. We had a suite, which was a nice large open space for our stay. The complimentary breakfast was great and had a good variety. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance, which made meals very convenient. In the evenings, it was difficult to reach the front desk or housekeeping. I called multiple times without an answer, and when I went out to look for assistance, it was hard to find a staff member. It seemed like the hotel may have been short-staffed during those hours, which made it challenging when we needed help.

• Henry (10/5): - Das service Personal war außerordentlich freundlich. Check in und out super schnell. Parkplatz unkompliziert nutzbar. Frühstück für 3 Sterne okay und man konnte sich frische Waffeln machen Es wurde alles sehr sauber gehalten. Leider hatten wir in der Suite keinen Safe angetroffen.

Breakfast options were very good. The common areas looked very nice & clean, as well as the rooms. A 7 due to, no hot water on the shower option, only hot water would come out of the bath option; very bad during cold nights. Also the walls felt like they were not sound proof, through the night we could hear the cars passing from the busy street in front, loud music, furniture being moved around other rooms, and disturbing human sounds from other rooms as well.
