- Lisa (9/5): Insgesamt super Gesamtpaket für einen Aufenthalt in Ao Nang, da man von dort aus alles erreichen kann. Etwas ruhiger gel - Im Gesamtpaket war alles super, schöne Aussicht aus den Zimmern, Frühstück war ausreichend vielfältig und immer frisch. Der Pool war auch ausreichend und schön. Zudem konnte man sich jeden Tag frische Handtücher ausleihen. Es gab trotz Hochsaison immer Plätze am Pool. Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttle Service zum Strand, ansonsten ist es sehr weitläufig. Es ist direkt in der Nähe ein 7/11 und auch eine super Auswahl an leckeren kleinen Restaurants. Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Gerne wieder! Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, wenn jemand im Flur lang lief hat man das in der Regel gehört.

TV ควรมีสัญญานช่องไทย เพราะที่นี่ประเทศไทย จะมีช่องต่างชาติกี่ช่องไม่ใช่ประเด็น แต่ต้องมีช่องของประเทศตนเอง 2. แปลกใจจองผ่าน booking จำนวนคนเข้าพัก 6 คน 3 ห้อง แต่ห้องหนึ่ง booking ใส่ผู้เข้าพัก 1 เป็นห้องสุพีเรีย ในการจองห้องได้รวมอาหารเช้า ทุกห้องได้กำหนดสำหรัย 2 ต่อห้อง แต่พนักงานขอให้ชำระเงินค่าอาหารเช้าเพิ่ม อีก 1 ท่าน และไม่มีการออกใบเสร็จให้ โดยข้อเท็จจริงไม่สมควรเรียกเก็บเพิ่มแต่อย่างใด

- Anna (8/5): Fajnie. - Piękny widok na górę w miejscowości. Woda w pokoju codziennie dostarczana nowa. Basen otwarty aż do 21. Śniadania ok, każdy coś znajdzie dla siebie (wiadomo, kawa okropna jak wszędzie w takich miejscach) ale kucharz od omleta robił mistrzostwo ! Widać że obiekt ma już swoje czasy świetności za soba. Pościel, ręczniki mocno zużyte. Welcome drink na powitanie to kompletny żart - jakiś napój niealkoholowy na trawienie XD już lepiej jakby nic nie dawali.

- vicente (1/5): Un desengaño total - Absolutamente nada, lo venden como cuatro estrellas y no las merece en absoluto. Estaba viejo, mal mantenido, el armario con humedades, las vistas a la montaña eran a un vertedero al lado del hotel, la piscina no tiene los servicios que aparecen en las fotos y estaba sucia. Llegamos al hotel por la mañana y nos marchamos dos horas después perdiendo lo que habíamos pagado engañados y teniendo que pagar otro hotel, nos sentimos realmente estafados. Elegimos Centara porque habíamos estado en otro hotel de la cadena en Ko Samui en enero y fue fantástico pero ahora hemos comprobado que Centara no es garantía de calidad.
- Alexander (5/5): Leider enttäuschend und das Geld nicht wert. Zimmer waren aber ok, Frühstück furchtbar - Wir haben 7 Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht. Das Hotel hat eine ziemlich gute Lage unweit vom Geschehen in Ao Nang. Die Zimmer sahen in Realität so aus wie auf den Bildern und waren sauber. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Hotel war zwar gut besucht, es gab aber immer freie liegen am Pool. Sehr praktisch war der kostenfreie Shuttle den ganzen Tag im Stundentakt zum Strand. Auch noch zu später Stunde. Der Zimmerservice war hervorragend und es gab jeden Tag Wasserflaschen, so viel man wollte. Viel positives können wir ansonsten nicht hervorheben Die Zimmer waren zwar sauber, aber die Hotelanlage hat ansonsten keinen sauberen Eindruck vermittelt. Das Frühstück war nicht nur schlecht, sondern sah auch sehr unappetitlich aus. Es hat im Frühstückbereich auch gar nicht gut gerochen. Wenn man mal einen Blick in den Küchenbereich gewagt hat, sah es wenig hygienisch aus. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte hier definitiv nicht. Das Frühstück kann man sich sparen, da man schon im 7 Eleven besseres Frühstück bekommt :-) Für das Geld haben wir wesentlich bessere Hotels in Thailand gehabt.
- Jill (8/5): - The pool and facilities were good. Staff very friendly. The breakfast was not good. We ate food during the day at the pool bar and were both really ill. It appeared to be frozen food that they had had for ages and the chicken swewers hax frost bite! Great hotel but DO NOT EAT HERE. Drinks were expensive. Many water leaks, old and new as you walked along the corridoor and our toilet jet wash leaked in our room which we had to keep mopping up. Hotel needs some work.

- Hillel (1/5): לא היתי חוזר ! - מיקום טוב ונוח מלון יפה סך הכל השרות מזעזע !!! מבקשים להחליף מצעים אחרי שהילד עשה פיפי על המיטה הם לא החליפו הם רק סידרו את המיטה ביקשנו לנקות את החדר ב8 בבוקר חזרנו אחרי יום ארוך וקשה ב16:30 והם היו רק באמצע לקנות את החדר הינו צריכים לחכות בחוץ שיסיימו ובצ׳יק האוט ביקשנו להאריך בחצי שעה ולא רצו עד שבסוף הסכימו
- Sebastien (8/5): Bon séjour. - Établissement bien équipé et bien situé Pour le « standing » de l’établissement, le sol autour de piscine est très sal. J’ai très souvent voyagé et rarement vu ça dans un hôtel de ce genre. Je suis plutôt compréhensif des « standards » local. Mais un simple rinçage quotidien ferait l’affaire. Ça reste néanmoins un bel hôtel.
- Jeremy (6/5): Emplacement parfait, personnel agréable, rapport qualité prix très mauvais!! - L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, la vue dégagée de la chambre, la literie.. Longue attente pour avoir une omelette. La qualité des produits du petit déjeuner. Ne pas avoir un endroit pour prendre une douche, pour se changer et se rafraîchir pour les clients qui ont un vol tard le soir. Le règles autour de la piscine ( les clients peuvent réserver leurs transats en laissant leur serviette dessus toute la journée!! ) Rapport qualité prix: environ 200€ par nuit, on s’attend vraiment à une autre qualité d’infrastructure.. C’est vraiment dommage.. Nous voyageons deux fois par ans en Thaïlande, malheureusement nous ne reviendrons pas.

The breakfast didn’t have many of options, nothing for gluten intolerance or vegan milk displayed. The cleanliness should improve as well, we asked to change our pillows because they were awful as well as the mugs were dirty.

La ubicación esta bien, aunque no es la más céntrica si quieres ir caminando. Las toallas del baño son un poco viejas. Incluso algunas rotas y hubo un día que no tenían stock si queríamos cambiarlas. De resto todo de maravilla.

Bus to the city main every couple of hours, good local restaurants around that are not busy like main town. The breakfast buffet was kind of ordinary. During the night there were people in pool area very noisy and security did nothing. Two nights out of 6 we were woken up at 2am and could not sleep. Unfortunately it looks like common occurrence and the the rooms facing the pool it was very disappointing. On the last day in the morning well before checkout, the room wifi was cut off - basically not a very friendly gesture.

- Nicole (3/5): The staff ruined our experience at this hotel - The hotel aesthetically is very nice The staff who run the place are absolutely terrible, the hotel had no running water for 2 days which we understand this sometimes is just one of those unfortunate things, but it was handled extremely poorly. We couldn’t wash ourselves in our room or flush the toilet for 2 days, we kept asking reception when the water would be back on, they kept lying and saying 1 hour, half an hour etc and it ended up being 2 days! We had to go to reception to use the toilet in the night so we could flush, they said we can use another room to shower in, we went to this room, water wasn’t working so they sent us to another room and said turn the water on and wait 10 mins and it will work, we waited 15 mins and it obviously didn’t work, when we went back to reception and told her she took the room card off of us and was messing about on her computer for about 5-10 mins without saying a word (we think she was hoping we would just go away) we ended up wasting an hour of our last day and we already missed an excursion we was going to do because we wasted so much time trying to find a shower. When the water come back it was brown, dirty and cold until the following day, the hotel reception didn’t even apologise at any point or even when we were checking out, they didn’t seem to care at all only offering a refund for one night along with NO apology. The coffee machine in a morning often ran out of milk so we couldn’t even have our morning coffee because it came out vile from the machine. There was a sign for us to put on the door that if we didn’t want our room cleaning that day, if we used it, it said we would get 150 baht to spend within the hotel which was a lie and just put there so that it would be one less room for them to ‘tidy’ for that day. The vending machine also took our money but didn’t give us the item. It is about a 20-25 min walk to the beach they did provide a shuttle but it is quite far from everything at night time too.

- Kata (8/5): - Gyönyörű kilátás a hegyekre. AoNang zsúfolt főutcájától pár perc sétára van, ahol már csendesebb a környék. Reggeli nem volt a kedvencünk. Nem szépen tálalták az ételeket, sokszor hiányosak voltak és a tisztaság se volt tökéletes.

- Jan (6/5): Trevligt hotell men på 2 km avstånd från stranden. - Trevlig resort med bra frukost. Välstädat och bra rum. Sängen var utmärkt. Betänk att hotellet ligger ca 2 km från strand och longtailbåtarna. Hotellet har dock bilar som går ner flera ggr om dagen. Två hela dagar utan vatten. Fick gå på toa vid receptionen och duscha vid poolen. Detta är säkert en engångsföreteelse men den dåliga informationen och halvlögnerna irriterade stort. Man kände sig gaslighted.

- Sally (8/5): Great stay, could have stayed longer. - It was a quiet location off the main street offering a good swimming pool and just a short walk to the hustle. No tea option supplied in room. Coffee only. Otherwise, no complaints.
