• John (10/5): - Hotel in a lovely part of town near the chateau and railway station. All in walking distance. Cafes and restaurants nearby if required. Paris in easy reach by train or bus. Hotel serves a lovely breakfast and evening meal if required. Staff endlessly pleasant and helpful. Inside or outside dining. Private off road secure parking a real bonus. Only reservation is that the stairs to the bedrooms are very steep ( no lift) so bear in mind if mobility is an issue. Otherwise, highly recommended.

J'encourage l'hôtel à investir dans ses chambres et à mettre à jour la décoration, qui est datée et fatiguée. Le personnel est sympathique et je reviendrai. Merci pour ce séjour agréable.
• Jason (4/5): - There is no hotel reception, you need to enter the restaurant however the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very basic: beds, a bathroom and a table with one chair. Windows open to a view of the street (front) or parking lot (back). Parking is tricky but safe (hotel can explain). No elevator, stairs only (OK for us but good to know).

• Bastien (8/5): Bon séjour - Hôtel très bien placé, nous avons apprécié le personnel chaleureux, le petit déjeuner est vraiment bon et complet. La chambre était acceptable mais par forte chaleur et sous les combles c’était une vraie étuve.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - La chambre qu’on nous a donné était au 3ème étage, sans ascenseur. Escalier étroit, monter et descendre avec deux grosses valises a été très difficile. Chambre sous les combles, mon compagnon s’est cogné à de multiples reprises, impossible de prendre une douche debout. La douche aurait besoin d’être réparée, il a fallu que mon compagnon vienne m’aider pour tirer l’élément qui permet de basculer à l’option “tête de douche”. Le wifi ne fonctionne toujours pas alors que ce problème avait été signalé dans le commentaire d’un autre client il y a quelques semaines au moins. Il faudrait retirer ce service offert de la liste, sinon c’est de la publicité mensongère.
• Diane (8/5): Charming and a good breakfast! - We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The room is medium size, but it worked. Our room was in the front of the hotel. We opened our windows to get air. There was a significant amount of noise from the street. The hotel can't control that. The noise subsided about 10:30 pm. Towels are thin and we would have liked hand towels also. People that worked at the hotel were very nice. The breakfast both mornings was excellent.

• Olubunmi (8/5): Friendly, basic and comfortable - Friendly staff at restaurant below bedrooms. Useful private parking. Clean rooms New bathroom towels are needed as were threadbare. Drainage also a little smelly. Overall basic but comfortable.
• Derek (8/5): - We stayed at L’Avenue for two nights in a quad room as was travelling with my wife and two young children. Check-in was friendly and efficient, and car parking is excellent with a secure area to the back of the hotel. Our room was on the top floor and was comfortable enough for two nights, the weather was very hot so without air conditioning the room was slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. A fan was provided plus we brought one of our own just in case. Headroom in the bathroom is limited and there is no stand up shower, just a bath with a hand-held shower head. The hotel is ideally located for trips into Paris, with the train journey taking only 25 mins into the Garr Du Nord. The chateau and racecourse are within walking distance. We had breakfast both days, which included a good selection of breads, pastries, yoghurts , cheeses, jams and spreads.
• Romain (10/5): Très bon hôtel - Une très bonne découverte ! La chambre était confortable (literie impeccable), bien amenagée et vraiment très bien insonorisée. Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente bien. Je recommande !
• BENOIT (6/5): Idéalement situé. Parking privé. - Hôtel idéalement situé en centre ville afin de se rendre à pied au château de Chantilly en 20mn. L'hôtel est vétuste, sommairement rénové (bâtiment ancien) permettant un hébergement satisfaisant pour un 2 étoiles. Il ne faut pas être trop exigeant (proximité des chambres, isolation sonore...) La literie est de bonne qualité. La cour fermée permettant le stationnement sécurisé du véhicule est un atout. Nous avons bien mangé au restaurant sur place (produits frais et bien préparés).

• Jeanie (10/5): Love it! Amazing room and staff! - This was the most amazing hotel! Our room was so super cute and spacious! I loved taking a bath while looking out the skylight! The beds were so comfortable and loved the kitchen with a microwave and mini refrigerator. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Everything we needed was nearby. There is a café and a supermarket within walking distance. Burgers, waffles and bakeries were next door as well as a restaurant downstairs. Across the street you can get pasta carbonara for under 10€. We had an amazing stay and I would love to stay again!

• Veerle (4/5): Zo zo - Verrast over de locatie van de kamer, 3de verdieping zonder lift, 56 trappen voor een 84 jarige niet evident. Dus even snel naar de kamer zat er niet in. Bij de vraag om van kamer te wisselen was het antwoord, niet mogelijk. Dus beter om op jullie site aan te geven waar die kamer ligt.Geen ruimte om kleding op te hangen een houder voor een bar zonder bar. De badkamer had alleen een ligbad - zonder scherm dus niet makkelijk om te douchen. De ochtendbediening was heel vriendelijk bij het ontbijt. De restvan de dag niet zo vriendelijke bediening. De frieten met kip was niet echt je dat.

Le petit déjeuner est plus que correct pour le prix.Le personnel est agréable . Nous recommandons cet Établissement et y retournerons si nous sommes de passage dans la région.
• Bradley (6/5): - The Hotel l'Ave is located in the heart of Chantilly. Thus, that means a great deal of traffic and pedestrian noise up until midnight during a weeknight. The rooms are very basic with no amenities at all. Bed and bathroom. Sadly for my stay in the middle of June with high summer temps, meant for a very uncomfortable stay due to no air conditioning at all. Location is close to CDG, about a 30-40 min drive and the area has great food and historical venues. Overall, great staff, but room does not deliver.
• Jérôme (8/5): Bien mais pas top - Hôtel restaurant bien pour les touristes mais pour une nuit suite à un déplacement professionnel, c'est trop juste. Restaurant au top. Au top, rien à redire. La chambre de l'hôtel manque juste d'une prise électrique au niveau de la table où l'on peut travailler. J'ai du finir mon travail sur le lit pour avoir accès à une prise. Prise dont je me suis pris une grosse châtaigne électrique comme cette prise à coté du lit était abimée.

• Romain (10/5): Magnifique compensation - Suite à un problème sur la chambre réservée j’ai été placé dans une chambre très modeste. L’hôtel m’avait prévenu le matin . Le désagrément a été largement compensé par une invitation à dîner (cuisine de grande qualité) et le petit déjeuner offert. Un grand merci.
• paul (4/5): A éviter! - Arrivée à l’heure du déjeuner, nous souhaitons déjeuner, nos affaires semblent posées problème...bref déjeuner moyen sans réelle prise en compte du client mais gentiment nous récupérons les clefs à 14h au lieu de 15h. On est obligé de se décider la veille pour le petit-déjeuner, la chambre sens la frite (au dessus des cuisines), les joins de la douche sont sales, la chasse-d’eau fuie (je vous raconte pas la nuit, à 2h00 du matin j’ai joué le plombier!), la douche est globalement sale! Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées et l’aspirateur Le dimanche matin à 8h000 ça a fini de nous achever! Dommage

Il y’a un mois déjà la douche était cassé à certain endroit et me dit on que cela était arrivé il y a peu . Un mois plus tard même chambre ,douche non réparé... s’ajoute à ça que le lendemain je rentre du travail et ma chambre était ouverte , heureusement personne ne m’a rien volé. Ensuite et pour finir dans cette malchance je mange le soir au restaurant de l’hôtel je pren une salade et pleins de grains de sables .... j’ai eu le dessert offert ... je ne vois pas le rapport Je suis déçu car l’emplacement était intéressant et l’hôtel a du potentiel

• royden (10/5): Hotel l'Avenue is Crem de la Crem en Chantilly - Chantilly is a charming little city (population they say is about 12000). The Jue de Paume and the Chateau are world class attractions. Hotel l' Avenue is perfectly located half way between the main attractions and the gare. The room was very comfortable (better than its two star rating!) and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Food and service in the restaurant is also commendable. Definitely recommend this hotel.
• warren (8/5): - Very nice hotel with great staff and the bistro downstairs was excellent. Room was small but cozy and clean. On the negative, we would rather have been in one of the rear facing rooms as there's no air conditioning and it's noisy from the street outside with the window open and we would have liked a kettle for tea and coffee but overall we enjoyed our stay.
• Max (10/5): Clean, comfortable and centrally located - Clean, comfortable and centrally located. An easy 10 walk to the Château and train station. Lovely bistro at reasonable prices. No elevator but nicely appointed room in a traditional hotel.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Great Food and Service - Hotels room I had was a bit worse for ware. White mat on floor needed a bit of a wash. Bathroom had no heating and was cold. Also needed some repair work to the tiles. On the positive side secure parking but you need to ask because it's down the side via a locked gate. Food is excellent and the service is great.
• Mark (8/5): - Hotel was more than fine. Exactly what we expected. Exactly as advertised and what you would expect for the price. It is above a restaurant (which is of limited quality) and there is no independent check-n or lobby. You check in at the restaurant, which is fine, but worth mentioning so that others will expect it. Location is great. Main street, just off the main square. Very close to the train station (RER) to Paris. A nice walk through the park (15 minutes) to the museums and chateaux. Staff is very nice. Room is small but adequate, modern, clean and comfortable. The restaurant is lively, fun, attractive cafe/brasserie style and a nice place to hang out, especially for coffee or a drink. But the food is a little sub-par (based on a single meal) and much better across the street.
