- Radka (7/5): Perfektní pozice, ale snídaně byla zklamání. - Ubytování je přímo v centru Říma, kousíček od Pantheonu. Díky perfektní pozici se k nejdůležitějším památkám v Římě, dostanete,bez problémů, pěšky. Snídaně byla zklamání. Capuccino nebylo dobré. Koláče a Croissany také ne. Za peníze, které jsme zaplatili, bych si představovala alespoň dobré kafe. Chodila jsem na výborné capuccino a croissant do Tazza d'oro u Pantheonu. Úklid také nic moc, podlahu nezametli ani nevytřeli. Hotel vůbec neodpovídá ceně, kterou si účtují. Navíc záchod není možné zavřít dveřmi. Nemáte tedy vůbec soukromí. Těží pouze z toho, že jsou na super místě.
- aleksandra (10/5): Just perfect! - After long search, I found this gem! Location is excellent. Just off the Via del Corso! Queit pebble street in centre of everything. All main attractions are walking distance. And when you come back to rest it's so quiet! Room has everything we need. Kettle with complimentary tea and coffee, fridge with drinks and snacks. Bathroom is decent size very modern(walk in shower.) Beds are very comfortable. Size of the room is not huge. More on smaller size(we booked small room so I assume they have bigger ones),but two of us more than enough. We booked 4 months in advance so it was cheeper than if you book close to date I can not think of anything we didn't like

Acqua fornita giorno per giorno. Letto tondo, non proprio pratico. Camera con affaccio interno sulle impalcature, buia, con apertura finestra impossibile causa rumori di ventole o condizionatori sul muro di fronte. Possibile problema di scarico liquidi in bagno con con ristagno ed odore sgradevole. La signora delle pulizie é passata 2 giorni su 3 alle ore 9, prima che potessimo farci la doccia.

- Areerat (3/5): Location is great, apart from that I would never stay there again unless you like hostels - Location was fantastic for access to main areas that we wanted to travel to The room is advertised with AC, however they turned it off as well as the fan so it was very stuffy in the rooms at all times, no complimentary water in the room, the showers are awful and very unclean with a smell of mould as they have no extractor fans. Room 103 Decor is awful and tacky! With weird Red light district style lighting in the shower! The first floor is like a vault and so noisy its unbelievable! Breakfast is also very basic, nobody serves you so you have to literally ask for everything! Other than toast and cereal etc the only other option is some scrambled egg with some greasy bacon on a small plate that you get but only if you ask!

- Ellie (8/5): - Hotel was very welcoming easy to find and very central to Rome. We were stone throw from the trevi fountain and near lots of the other major sightseeing spots. There were local restaurants and bars close by and in the evenings the street the hotel was on was quiet and felt very safe. The only slight negative would be there were a few areas in the room that had recent renovation which needed repainting but these were small and didn’t bother us in the slightest. Beds were comfy, facilities were good and the staff friendly. Would recommend to anyone going to Rome.

The bathroom was just as beautiful in person, it had a strong urine odor that made it difficult to enjoy. The sauna was nice and clean although we ended up not using it. The hotel overall was as average and breakfast was continental with cold cuts, fruit, cereal, and a lot of pastries. The mattress was very firm and room size average. It wasn’t bad for the price overall. It could use a little updating. Hotel very firm on check in not being until after 2:30. We found most other hotels we stayed during our Italy trip were more flexible- willing to allow earlier check in if room ready. This property from early AM seemed very rigid.

- Toni (10/5): - We stayed in one of their suites. The way they have created these suites has to be one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in. The hotel is beautiful - I love how they incorporated the original stone into the design of the room. Rome is very walkable, and we felt safe everywhere we went. The hotel is within walking distance of a lot of the sites. It is conveniently located near places to eat and to shop. Every one of the employees we had contact with were all friendly and helpful and all spoke English which was a blessing because I don't remember my Italian from 35 years ago! LOL I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

- Serena (8/5): Great Hotel and very central to everything - This hotel is a little gem close to everything. first impressions were not great reception was a little confusing and the lady was quite rude unhelpful. Mark was great after being yelled at from the lady to get our bags and after a little confusion he took our bag up the little squishy lift. I checked in and was told to come back at 3pm end of conversation. I stood for a bit and then went ok, so we went around the corner to Mcdonalds for a coffee and to wait for room to be ready as we were tired. we returned at 3pm and was shown to our room, our bags had been already put in our room. We were not expecting the size of the room it was massive. we had a huge bed which was so comfortable many different pillows to choose from. There was a minibar but we didnt use it. there was a safe and lots of room for our bags and to still move around. there was a kettle and tea and coffee facilities. the bathroom had a bath tub and shower it was a bit annoying to lay and relax in the spa bath as the fan was constantly on and very loud. Breakfast was good , you can ask for a hot breakfast and they make it fresh, barista hot coffee was nice. Bebe , Luca and Emmanuele were all great. They also held our bags after we checked out as we had a late flight. Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Pantheon were all within 5 min walk. Vatican City was easy 37min walk. Souvenir shop across the road was cheap. Best leather shop was Florence Moon. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

- Rhyan (10/5): - This suite was amazing. The pictures dont do it justice. Youll take the elevator to the 4th floor then use your card to go through a small seating area. Once in your suite theres a lounge room with a large terrace outside. The room itself is large with an impressive bathroom. The breakfast was nice, pastries and staff made coffees as well as cooked to order items. There is a fee to check in, id suggest going to BellaDonna for lunch while you wait.
