• Yap Wai Keong (8/5): Excellent location and friendly hotel staffs. Many amenities and a 1 stop entertainment center. - The location was very near to Central Park and LifeHub which a mini mall that has so many great retail shops and F&B outlets. There is another connecting bridge that link to the Anggerek Mall. The aircon cover fell off by itself and almost hit me. The hotel maintenance need to pay more attention.

• Francesca (6/5): Buona posizione ma da rivedere tutto ! - Posizione vicino ai 2 centri commerciali raggiungibili a piedi in 10 minuti. Top anche per la distanza dall’aeroporto Colazione inesistente. Si presenta a buffet ma di dolce ha 2 tortine indonesiane, non ci sono succhi e nessuno a cui chiederli Ci ha chiesto se la stanza la preferissimo per fumatori o no , abbiamo chiesto la non fumatori ma in stanza c’era un forte odore si fumo di sigaretta che se non sei un fumatore da molto fastidio.

• Helen (8/5): Ok - Close to where I needed to be Noisy at night time. Paid deposit by card but they only refunded by cash. Need to refund by same payment method! Was put into to a smoke smelly room...but they did allow me to change super fast.
