- Yuta (8/5): - 朝食を洋食か和食で迷いスタッフに尋ねると「断然 和食です」と… そして和食で正解！ 夕食も相談すると他のホテル内にある店舗や自身が行った事のある店舗を薦めて下さり、訪れた事が無い店舗はハッキリと「分かりません」と言って下さいました。 薦めて下さった店舗にも満足しました。 また人工温泉も想像以上に良く、浴場に設置されてる水やウェルカムドリンクの珈琲が切れてると伝えた時の迅速な行動も◎。 そして浴場やエレベーターに流れるBGMも良かったなと… ただ客室のトイレットペーパーは薄い(？)かなと感じました。笑 全体的には大変満足でした。

- dorothead780 (10/5): - A gem of a hotel in an excellent position for the train station and town centre Just a 10 minute walk, with the open top tour bus, just outside the pub opposite .So beautiful inside and out with many Victorian statues and ornaments. A pleasant garden outside too. Wonderful food, friendly staff in the bar and restaurant, less so on the reception ! Our room was very large, although the bathroom was a bit cramped for space, could have gone into the room a bit more. The rooms on the garden side and car park side are quieter at night. Only a small temperamental lift ! All in all our coach group thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we would deffinitely stay there again.

- REIKO (8/5): - 空港から電車で２駅（千歳駅）で駅からも徒歩５～７分程の立地で、ホテルからは時間が合えば、無料送迎バスの利用も可能で非常に便利でした。清潔で機能的なホテルでした。 ただ大浴場があるようですが、入り口がロビーのエレベーターのすぐ横にあり、またとても狭く、なんとなく行きづらく利用しませんでした。

- Verified traveler (4/5): Too narrow bathroom and monotonous breakfast - The bathroom was too narrow compared to other Japanese Inn hotels. The breakfast didn't have various options besides Japanese and Western. However, every corner and things were always kept clean.

- Noriyuki (6/5): - 立地はとても良いです。 フロントのスタッフは最低限のことはしてくれます。 今回、禁煙室の予約が取れず喫煙室となりましたが、 タバコの匂いがとれず、苦痛な宿泊となりました。 部屋に入ってキツい匂いに気が付き、オゾン消臭を依頼、部屋にあった消臭剤をカーペットやソファーなどに撒き 拭けるところは拭いたのですが、効果は一時的でした。 ふとしたきっかけで、カーペットにお水を零し、 カーペットをティッシュで拭いたのですが、びっくり。 ティッシュが真っ茶色になるのです。 その原因は嗅いですぐに「タバコのヤニ」と判りました。 匂いがキツいわけですね。 喫煙だから臭っても当たり前、とするのではなく、 今は安価なリンサーもあるのですから 定期的にクリーニングしてほしいものです。 ホテルにとっては、 「清掃方針は経営方針」ですから その他も推して知るべし。 再訪はありません。

- Jeremie (10/5): - The property was great, easily accessible via $16US taxi, clean, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are well appointed with everything but are a bit small by western standards. Breakfast in the hotel was solid and offered a little bit of everything. My one complaint is that the temperatures are kept too high. I think this is a Japan wide situation, but damn the hotel and my room were nuclear. Mitigated by opening the 17 locks on the window and turning the fan off.

- Ashlee (10/5): Can’t wait to go back! - This was out last stay in Japan before heading home and they have so much to offer aside from the cleanliness and friendly staff. Firstly the rooms are super decent to size, even fitting a mini couch was such a tasty touch. The bathrooms were fully stocked with toiletries for 2 people. They offer a free spa/bathhouse but we didn’t have enough time to visit it. They also offer free bus rides to the airport! Super awesome for people with big luggage or big groups. The restaurant attached to the hotel is great for late night drinking or snacking. The more we got into the night, the more impressed we were. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and last night in Japan!

- Peter (8/5): - Queen's Hotel Chitose is a very convenient location to Sapporo's airport. Ordinary rooms are quite small, but I appreciated well-appointed room and the quiet atmosphere of the hotel. I opted to buy the breakfast in the hotel's restaurant and I'm glad I did. They gave me a multilayered bento box with plenty of Japanese tastes to savor. Chitose itself may not be the most interesting city to visit in Hokkaido, but the convenient access to Sapporo and the airport via the nearby train station make it worthy of your consideration.

I called the hotel to see if I could get a shuttle from CTS airport to the hotel, and they told me “yes, just call us when you land and we’ll send one.” When I called upon landing, they told me I had to catch a taxi, but when we arrived at the hotel, there was a shuttle that had also just arrived from the airport. They did provide a shuttle from hotel to CTS airport 2. When I arrived, they gave us a smoking room, although I had requested non-smoking. Of course, I could have accidentally clicked “smoking” during booking, although I don’t smoke and would never intentionally choose a smoking room… so I’m a little leery. 3. Otherwise, the hotel itself is a 10-min ride and close to the airport.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable and good value - Easy walk from station on a fine day. Nice hotel with a quite small and compact room which is common in Japan. Room was modern and very clean and tidy. You get a choice between western and traditional Japanese bedrooms - we chose western and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a set menu brought to you on a tray as is often traditional in Japan. So if you like a breakfast bar from where you can choose what you want this is not available. But you do have the choice of a number of 'tray' options - again we chose western. This was, as you would expect in Japan, nicely presented and of good quality, with half a dozen different small plate items. They advertise they have a free shuttle to the airport, however last shuttle is 10.45 am so if you have an afternoon or evening flight you have to find your own transport.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great place to stay for early flight catching - One of the satisfactory hotels so far which staff speak decent English. Coupons to receive free drinks from a cafe next door were given to us upon check-in too! The room was well furnished and equipped with good amenities and facilities. Do take note that should you select a smoking room (due to cost-savings), please expect a faint woody/musky scent on the pillows and in the room. The hotel also provides shuttle bus service for free, which is very helpful especially for those who are catching morning flights.

The only complaint i have is it would be nice to have one more earlier shuttle to the airport. I was told i would have enough time to check in to my 7:45 flight with a 6:35 shuttle. This is NOT true on a busy ANA flight to Tokyo. Huge lines. I had to request from an employee to jump in front of the line in order to get checked in in time.

Still a very good airport hotel & provide free airport service. Staffs also helpful & friendly and booked my airport transfer for the next morning.

The rude guy in the reception wanted us to pay for breakfast for our kids although breakfast was included for four people. They told us the included breakfast was only for ADULTS. The men in the reception were super rude. After we had spent much time proving tthe women in the reception

Very meticulous and polite staff at front desk. Pity we didn't stay long enough. Very clean and comfortable japanese style room, even had a huge bath tub! Wonderful onsen too! Room had NO smell of cigarette smoke - totally appreciate this! Near train station to travel around. Had free shuttle to airport! Nothing short of excellent! Ganbatte!

- jolinpl (8/5): Small hotel but everything works - This is a fairly new hotel . There is a shuttle bus to the airport and is located about One KM from Aeon mall where you can get shopping and food . Apparently this hotel also serves food and prices are comparable to Aeon mall . The room is extremely small . You can barely open your suitcase but amenities are good and all things like wifi , mini fridge , bathtub and shower work perfectly well . There is also a small working desk and two bottles of water are provided . Parking is free and is all around the hotel . We came back like 8 pm from Aeon mall and there was still parking in front of the hotel available . There is an onsen inside the hotel - clean but quite small. Two slots for hair blowing and four stations for bathing . Can get pretty crowded . Do remember to bring the towels down into the onsen . Breakfast was fantastic . We thoroughly enjoyed the Japanese selection held in their cafe . This hotel gets a four instead of a five because of the size of the rooms. You may want to upgrade to a bigger room especially if you have a lot of luggage.

- 2sze (10/5): Free Airport Transfer - We chose this hotel due to it's close proximity to the new chitose airport. The free airport transfer was one of the main reason why we chose it. It's a lovely, clean and trendy hotel. The room was a bit small but it was so nice, that it didn't matter. Great convenience, as lots of power plugs in the room, BIG plus point. Love the small onsen. My 2nd time staying here. And there will definitely be a 3rd time.

- jojos884 (8/5): Saporro Trip - This hotel is in a very good location, nice neighborhood, and walking distance to Chitose train station. Reasonable price, good breakfast with options for Japanese or Western breakfast. It has free access to clean in house public bath. Will definitely stay here again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great value and comfortable stay - Great value for money! The hotel is relatively new, modern designed and it offered free parking right outside the hotel, which was very convenient. In addition, it has public bath located at the first floor, though not natural hot spring water, but the facility and setup was great! Staff were very helpful to make dinner reservation for us upon email request before our arrival. Location wise, quite convenient, its 2 streets away from an Aeon mall. Will return to this hotel is need to travel to Chitose again!

- 341tye (8/5): Close to train station, onsen available - Stayed one night after a late arrival at Sapporo Airport. It was easy to catch a train from the airport to Chitose station. We managed to trudge through the snow with our luggage but later realized that we took a longer route than necessary. If it's snowing, try to figure out the shortest way to get to the hotel. It was about 3 blocks if you walk it right. The hotel is nice and modern. The rooms are small by western standards but does have a closet for luggage/clothes and a small table. Complimentary water, coffee and tea. Also yukatas for the onsen down by the lobby. The onsen is segregated by gender and I really appreciated the hot water soak after a long day of traveling. There is a restaurant next to the lobby. As most restaurants around the area appeared to be closed, we ate a late dinner there. Sapporo is known for their seafood so we opted for some small plates to share. There is an electronic menu from which you order but we couldn't figure it out (all in Japanese) so we asked the waitress to help us. They do have an English menu. The seafood was fresh and tasty. I didn't realize that you had to pre-pay for breakfast the night before, so couldn't eat breakfast at the hotel. Make sure you do if you want that option. There is a Lawson's down the street for a fast takeout meal if needed. Overall our stay was pleasant and we liked the location and onsen. English is limited.
