This just a suggetion, maybe it will be good if salt pepper and cooking oil also provide because it has a kitchen, i want to make omelette but then i check there is no pepper and salt, it little bit ridicilous to buy them if you only stay 2-3 days.

• Janice (10/5): The property has everything for a perfect stay, will definitely stay again. - It was in a great location to Orchard Road and two mrt’s for getting around. Property was fresh, modern and bed very comfy. The roof terrace had a lovely pool, small gym and seating area. The staff were very polite and helpful. Everything you need for a perfect stay away. Nothing. Would have liked a couple of chairs on the balcony.

(8/5): Insgesamt recht angenehm. - Die Lage hatten wir zentral entsprechend unserer Anforderungen gewählt mit guter Anbindung an den Transport, die Umgebung war relativ grün und es gab einen kleinen, aber netten Pool auf dem Dach. Die Fenster schienen nicht sehr gut gedämmt gewesen zu sein, man hörte recht viel vom Straßenlärm. Außerdem waren die Apparaturen der Klimaanlage daneben außen angebracht, was wahrscheinlich die zusätzlichen Geräusche im Zimmer verursacht hat. Die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien war recht spartanisch. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir nach einigen Tagen dann noch eine neue Pfanne und einen Toaster.

• Lester (10/5): Perfecte apart hotel dichtbij Orchard - Perfecte apart hotel op een geweldige locatie beetje off center van de drukke Orchard road. Heerlijke bedden, schoon en compleet. Lekkere pool op het dak. Definetly wil come again The gym is eigenlijk een kleine hok met maar een treadmill, een crostrainer en een buikspierbank. Maar ik geniet liever van het zwembad.

Also it was quite hassle to keep going down to collect grab food from the lobby. Should have room service in the hotel. Room doors and windows should be soundproof.

La présence du balcon La machine à café dans la chambre et les premières capsules offertes. La décoration de l’hôtel et de la chambre L’amabilité du personnel L’emplacement Le petit déjeuner est perfectible. Il est assez simple. Il y a un petit délai pour obtenir l’eau chaude dans la douche et le réglage de la température est un peu hasardeux.

• Zahra (4/5): Disappointed - I suppose if u have a family its better than staying in a hotel. First of all I dont know why booking.com has this place as 5 star because that is VERY misleading. We first landed at midnight and were at the studio by 1pm. I had notified them twice including the night before and when I rocked they said they thought I was arriving the next the day and if I wanted to stay tonight I would have to be FOR THE DAY THAT HAS ALREADY PASSED which is a total scam. I had my husband and 3 year old with me and we were absolutely exausted and they gave us stress right from the start. They ended up putting us in a small room and they put us in our room the next day. When we got to our room it did not seem as though it was cleaned. The tap in th3 bathroom had mould around the tap and the sink hole and so does th3 shower. We were there for a little over a week and housekeeping only came once but all they did was change the garage and towels. They did not clean at all. The whole time I was there no one changed the sheets not even once. I would give this place a 3/5 at best but the 5 star here should be changed its very misleading at one point the tv and kitchen stopped working for some reason and so did the A/C. Yes they fixed these issues but the point is it seems as though they dont maintain the place and problems kept happening. Overall if u want more room because u have a child and u want to be out and about for most of the day then this place will be good for u. But if u want a nice place with nice facilities this is NOT IT and we were very disappointed

• Elke (8/5): Würde ich wieder buchen - Schöne helle und recht modern gehaltene Appartements in guter Größe. Bequemes Bett, gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile und schönes Badezimmer. Die Lage ist zentral mit nur wenigen Gehminuten zum Paragon und der Orchard. Der kleine Pool auf dem Dach ist ganz nett, uns fehlte jedoch ein Schattenplatz. Preis/Leistung war gut. Alles in allem würde ich es wieder buchen.

• Masuma (7/5): - We were given a free upgrade by the reception staff upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Location is great, just around the corner from Orchard road. The room didnt feel quite clean when checked in. There was some garbage left in de bin en hairs in the shower.

• Anh Nguyet (9/5): Spacious and Comfortable for Long Stay - The location is great with many places nearby for foods. The studio is spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable and there is a couch that can also be used for sleep. The kitchenette has a stove, oven, pots and pan for preparing breakfasts or make coffees. The air conditioner window at the ceiling had water dropping to floor making it slippery. I fell once but fortunately no injury. There is no microwave in the kitchen.

I found it strange in this time that there was no housekeeping. We had the same shower and hand towel each for the whole stay (which in hot humid city isn’t enough!!), just 2 toilet rolls and the beds were neither made or changed. The kitchen was poorly equipped, just one single small saucepan. Also we were unable to locate any fresh pool towels just a pile of dirty ones.

• Isa (6/5): Es war okay, aber wir haben uns anhand der Fotos und des Preises einen besseren Standard, bessere Küchen Ausstattung und - Unkomplizierter Check in, gute Lage Die Fotos entsprechen unserer Meinung nach nicht mehr dem, wie es dort aussieht. Unser Apartment war sehr in die Jahre gekommen, hatte viele Abnutzungsspuren und war auch nicht besonders sauber. Die Küchen Ausstattung war eher schlecht, es gab z.B. gerade mal 2 Gabeln und keinen Toaster oder Wasserkocher.

We did not use a single taxi service while visiting. The views at the property are just gorgeous and loved that it’s in a quiet neighbourhood. Especially enjoyed the monthly guest workshop in house! Frequent traffic noise late at night eg garbage truck which may be outside of the property's control. Kitchenette cutlery is dated.
