• MOHD FADLI (9/5): - This property is in a strategic location, making it easy to access nearby amenities and transportation. The convenience store on the ground floor is a huge plus, perfect for quick shopping needs. The unit itself is spacious, offering plenty of room to live comfortably. It’s also well-equipped with essential appliances including a washing machine, dryer, and stove, which makes daily living very practical and hassle-free. Parking is not included and requires an additional payment. Access to the swimming pool also comes with extra charges.

• ORESTES (4/5): Gran decepción con el apartamento no coincide con las fotos de booking. - La localización es buena y las camas confortables, tenía lavadora y secadora. Buenas vistas. El encargado del alojamiento es bastante informal, no responde a los mensajes y te puede dejar horas sin responder, en persona es amable, pero la comunicación antes de llegar fue muy mala ya que no respondía a ningún mensaje. Muy mal administrador del apartamento Otra cosa que no me gustó es que el apartamento no coincidía con el elegido en booking, si bien era del mismo tamaño el diseños y mobiliario era distinto y más feo y muebles muy descuidados y algunos rotos. Además las piscina cuesta por persona 4€, da igual la edad eso me parece muy caro para Malasia

Good points: Location was great, area felt safe, beds were clean, toilets were clean, kitchen was clean, washer & dryer provided, nice food options close by. Not so good points: Couch was dirty, showers were mouldy, toilet taps leaked, washing machine was missing internal parts so didn’t want to use in case it put holes in our clothes, one window had a crack from one side to the other, I had to send several messages to 3 different people to arrange to meet for check in/out. The showers were the most off putting part of this stay otherwise I would have given more stars.
• Ali (1/5): The worst stay I have been seen on whole my life - Only the location Very bad,old sofa not clean and not comfortable, beds are very old and exhausted and I got back pain because of it, One toilet’s sink was overflowing because it was jammed and I didn’t get response from the agent The shower set of other toilet is not working properly and it was not easy to get smooth shower Grounds of toilet are very dirty and disgusting TV is very very very small and not suitable and not comfortable to eyes Curtains and walls are not clean One curtain is damage The left of the building not safe as more than once it was about to hit my girls while getting entered However despite all those issues, when I come to check out the charge me 50 MR because one toilet has spots which can be easily removed after washing,,, the first and last time to stay on Vortex…

There is no cutlery provided, the flush in 1 of the toilet is damaged, the water flows out from the toilet into the room, the floor is soapy maybe because the cleaner mop it with floor cleaner but did not rinse it with water again.

• Julin (1/5): Cockroach infested unit! - Location Unit is infested with cockroaches. Found everywhere including the bed and curtains. Couch was dirty and stinked. Sink was clogged. First complain sent and owner sent up a bottle of cockroach spray. The night itself we requested for refund because when we came, we were greeted with cockoraches on floor, bed, curtains and wall! We requested for check out immediately and refund but was ignored. This listing shouldn't not be on Booking. It is a scam!! We had to search for other hotels nearby and waste the money we paid here!! If only I could upload the videos!

Very great view and great location to nearby sightseeings and 7Eleven store downstair! The bathrooms smelt bad and the swimming pool & gym charged extra fee to use.

The view amazing. Comfortable beds. Difficult to watch netflix with the smart tv. Shampoo(?) and body soap(?) provided but not labelled properly.

The place is a blessing in disguise. We booked in different place but when we arrived in our supposed accommodation the management told us that there’s a water interruption so needed to look for other place. Good thing Vortex KLCC by Luxury Suites Asia accepted our booking even if short notice. Really appreciate the assistance of Samsul. He is kind, patient and accommodating.

• Melanie (8/5): Great value for a great view to share with friends. - Excellent place at a great price, spacious, with a great view. Would recommend. As arrival was late in to the night communication/key collection was a little challenging (great if you have easy communication or arriving through the day). You have to pay to use the pool, whilst not expensive not ideal either.

Being that it’s organised through the owner communication was hard. This was a case of our transport and knowing we’d get in late/last minute delays. Whilst it was annoying for us it’s a great place to stay if arriving early/have good means of communication.

• Mira (6/5): Bra läge - Det ligger bra, men ett slitet hotel, trånga rum. Hade två enkla sängar och inget plats för resväska, den fick ligga på den andra lediga sängen, men hade vi varit två, då fanns det absolut inget plats, ens för en väska och två skall vi inte tala om. Väldigt trångt!! I den gemensamma vardagsrummet, ett rundbord och TRE, stolar, en nedfläckad stoppad stol, en plast stol och en pall! Men båda rummen hade sängar för fyra personer. Under natten brakade det löss. Ngt. gick sönder och på morgonen såg jag att gardin stången i vardags rummet hade gått sönder. Både jag och gästen intill har påpekat det och det skulle åtgärdas under dagen, men nej och det var stark sol och inget AC i detta rum. Nonchalans. Sen är det Wi-Fi uppkopplingen som är under all kritik! Nu i Corona virus tider, för mig var det oerhört viktigt att kunna vara uppkopplad för att följa min börs och tex. sälja. Men ack nej, trots påpekande om det så fungerade det inte. Så 43 tusen kronor back på två dagar för att jag inte kunde komma in på min baksida för att sälja mina fonder!! Arg. Och när jag betalade för rummet vid utcheckningen, i receptionen kunde jag gå in på valuta omvandlare och såg exat hur mkt. de skall dra från mitt konto och det drog 14 kr mer! Även om det är inte större summan för två nätter, så rätt skall vara rätt! De har det gjort på alla hotell jag har bort under en månad! Irriterande! Har påpekat det direkt och det skulle återbetalas till mig på mitt kort. Än är det inte åtgärdat!
• HUISEUNG (8/5): - 뷰도 좋고 방도 넓고 쾌적하나 화장실이랑 싱크대 청결 상태가 좀 안좋아요 바퀴벌레 계속 나오는데 약달라고 해서 쳐놓으면 시체만 늘어납니다. 전자레인지는 내부에 고장나있는거 모르고 돌리다가 불꽃 엄청 튀어서 큰일날뻔 했어요. 나머지는 다 괜찮긴 합니다. 위치도 완벽하고 그러니 비즈니스나 개인여행으로 사용하긴 좋고 커플 여행에는 맞진 않는듯
• Ludovic (10/5): Chouette appartement, neuf et confortable. - A proximité à pied de la KL Tower et des Petronas. Parking public peu onéreux à côté de la résidence. Juste dommage que le check in soit un peu fastidieux. Il faut trouver le bureau où récupérer les clés et l'accès à la résidence ne se fait que par badge...
• Traveler (4/5): - 良いところはロケーションで、とても便利なところにあります。また洗濯機と乾燥機は新しそうで良かったです。それ以外は良い印象はありません。施設は古くメンテナンスにはかなりの問題があります。例えば、ベッドが最高級ベッドと記載してありましたが、全くそういうものではありません。エレベーター、廊下などは、多くの国々から来ているマナーの悪い旅行客のせいか、汚れていることも多い上、掃除も最低限のため、清潔感はあまり感じられません。部屋の掃除は、ほぼ掃除機をかけないようです。掃除機をかけることを3回お願いして、見ている前でようやくやってもらいましたが、かなりいい加減がものでした。電気系の問題も多かったので、全てにおいて最低限で良い、という方にのみおすすめします。
• Jiyeon (2/5): 정말... 힘들었어요. - 이 호텔에 2일, 3일 두번 예약을 해서 총 5일을 머물렀는데 바퀴벌레가 너무 많아서 미칠뻔 했음. 5일동안 불을 못 끄고 잤음. 바퀴벌레가 침대에도 올라오고. 정말 최악이에요.
• Jiyeon (2/5): review..... ㅜ.ㅜ - 정확하게 객관적인 것만 쓰려고 노력은 하겠으나 자꾸 감정이 들어가지만 최대한 자제하겠음. (부글부글) 첫날 - 밤에 샤워하려는데 샤워부스 안에 하수도 막힌거 확인. 내일 아침에 고쳐준다고 함. 그리고 이 방에 많은 바퀴벌레가 산다는 사실을 확인함. 둘째날 - 프론트에 가서 컴플레인. 바퀴벌레(cockroach)가 있고 하니 스프레이 뿌려준다고 해서 뿌려줬음. 직원들은 요청하면 다 해줌. 하지만 만족스럽지는 않음. 바퀴벌레들은 스프레이따위 겁내지 않고 방, 화장실 돌아다님. 방 바꿔 달라고 말했으나 빈방이 없다고 (음력 설날연휴) 해서 포기. 방에 침대 헤드는 벽에 고정이고 매트리스와 받침대가 있는데 매트리스 덜컹거림 이거는 컴플레인 말도 못함.
• Anahita (6/5): Maybe the other review wasn't exaggerated.. - So having travelled round Asia quite a bit I have seen the odd cockroach in the room a few times never more than 2 in the same room and never on the same day .. This has the potential to be perfect walking distance to what we wanted to do, modern and massive windows to see the beautiful views .. but even I was taken aback by how many bugs were in the rooms .. The kitchen area was COVERED in roaches and bugs there must have been about 16 dead in the sink .. no all roaches but decent sized bugs one that had been squished still in the fridge and place just not quite kept to a clean enough standard.. In the bedroom I'm not convinced the sheets were clean on and the bugs were still all over the bathroom said to the girl and she said she would get someone to clean our room ... It was our day to get the room cleaned anyways seen as we had came early hours of the morning the day before it wasn't necessary the first day but it's every second day cleaned apparently anyway the cleaned didn't get rid of the bugs. What a disappointment this place has the potential to be AMAZING but instead I spent the whole time with my stuff packed away in my bags and not wanting to shower or use the bathroom ... Wouldn't step foot back in the kitchen :( Clean it up you have something amazing !!

I liked the idea of having the communal living room which means i get to interact with my "neighbour" if we met, which unfortunately we did not. The staff were also very prompt with requests and they helped solve a lot of my issues during my stay which i greatly appreciate. I would highly recommend this to people on a budget and for families. Thank you for the pleasant experience!
