Ludwig (1/5): pay for your own electricity usage - This property has hidden fees, that are not listed before you go there. If you are not used to the heat in Africa and need AC, or you are simply used to have AC in the hpt summer, you need to pay for your electricity consumption at this location. And they only tell you AFTER you've arrived on location. You have to also accept staying in the darkness for hours and days because of the frequent power outages of the city, even though there's a generator on location. Property owner won't turn on the generator to accommodate guests. Really bad experience and I wouldn't recommend

The location and security was excellent however the young man Brian who is the point of contact seemed to be always observing and listening to conversations which made me uncomfortable based on security reasons. The view was great! The appliances need to be upgraded and the water is really slow in the bathroom to even have a shower The pressure is bad.i had to fill a bucket to shower. Update the kitchen and appliances and the entire living room Tv ,chairs etc

Marylyne (9/5): Loved it - This place is peaceful with great views. It has 2 bedrooms, a sitting area, kitchen with everything you may need to prepare a meal, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. It has enough parking space and outdoor gardens to chill. its very peaceful.

Kalisa (3/5): challenging - location was great so many shops very nearby secure and safe personal gate remote control for 24/7 east access decent parking, decent staff apartment cleaned every couple of days nice view, nightlife right outside with nice bars clubs and hotels with swimming pools I hate giving bad reviews but, shower was not usable, we opted to shower with family elsewhere daily only gave us three towels but there were four of us no washing machine so laundry done elsewhere Wi-Fi was really really bad in the apartment but great anywhere outside our apartment which was frustrating. so al our work was done anywhere else started buying our own loo roll we only got one every once in a while cockroaches in the kitchen so my kids refused to go in there we ended up just going back to sleep that’s all we could do

aidan (10/5): Tranquillity in such a busy area - I spent 2 weeks in these apatments . It was a comfortable place to stay . The kitchen was small but functional.the cleaning staff were friendly and efficient .it is a busy area but i heard no outside noise. Just a pity there is not much to do locally for a tourist. But there is an abundance of cheap transport to take you where you want to go. I would stay there again without hesitation.
Joanne (10/5): A little touch of Paradise - Very pleasant location with a neat, orderly room. I'd be pleased to stay there again; even the locals were happy and surprised at the Ntinda View Apartments. They had not seen them before!!!! So I taught them a bit about their own city.
Verified traveler (8/5): CONVENIENT & INEXPENSIVE - The apartments were very good in that they were inexpensive, well managed and relatively clean. the only downside is that there are no nearby amenities e.g., a supermarket to buy groceries or a fruit stand to get fruits. there is short stretch from the main road which is not well lit and could be worrisome if one doesn't have a car.
Hosea (10/5): Very Nice place to stay and safe in Kampala. - I had a great time at Ntinda View apartments. People are friendly and kind. The place is clean, quiet safe and well secured from all the tress passers who would cause havoc. Good parking space.
