Guest are requested to inform the hotel of their arrival time. Guests can park their car outside the property or use the garage parking, both at a surcharge. Please note that only 1 pet can be accommodated in each apartment. In April 2026, construction work will begin in the area surrounding our Solaria vacation resort, which will last until the start of the 2026/2027 winter season, and extensive road renovations will continue until around end of july 2026.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. A pity that in front of the houses there are newly built houses very close that block the beautiful mountains view. But there are enough mountains to see while walking. Could help though thinking how it was before these new houses were built....

Anamarija (10/5): Exceptional - My family and I spent 4 nights at Solaria apartment which was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The beds were very comfy and we had a little terrace with a phenomenal view of mountains. The best part was the free rent of bikes which we used every day to go to the lake and into the city. I would recommend this accommodation even for a longer stay.
