It's a clean hotel with comfortable beds, a nice gym, and a stellar breakfast with great plant-based options (oatmeal and lots of toppings, fresh berries to put on top, fresh melon, and oat milk). This is one of our go-to hotels along our biannual cross-country route.

They brought me extra pillows at 11 pm at night (I have a recent injury), let us have early check in so I could come sleep after my red eye, and provided a late check out. They were just so accommodating and kind!
- Journey28077562039 (6/5): Average hotel with no hot water in the shower! - The room was your typical Hyatt Place with a bed that was way too soft for comfort. The breakfast was sub par with not much selection. The absolute worst thing was that the water in the shower never got warmer than luke warm—completely unacceptable. The front desk clerk didn’t seem alarmed by this when I told her about it when we checked out. Would I stay here again, probably not nor could I recommend it to friends.

- Joan (6/5): - Our room smelled like raw sewage. My sister booked a double room and they were very rude in saying even though she paid extra for a double they aren’t guaranteed. She ended up in a suite but it still only had one bed. My brother and his wife had multiple attempts of people coming into their room, tv turning on in the middle of the night. Front desk said when they finally called to inquire about why they kept checking out their room “sometimes the system just does that” No apologies were offered for the multiple bad experiences.

She asked the staff to switch, which they were able to accomodate but the same issues existed in the second room. They tried a third room but seems they didnt relaize there was already someone in the room. My wife asked for a refund but they advised she would need to discuss it with the manager in the morning. Manager stated their policy is no refunds for cancellations regardless of reason. Hlshould you decide to stay, i hope you dont have any issues with your room because they arent going to provide you a refund.

- hollyo953 (6/5): Fine For A Short Stay, But Nothing Special - We chose this hotel because they offered a government employee discount and we were in town for a family wedding. The hotel was fine overall, but nothing particularly special. The biggest issues were with the showers—the water pressure was very poor, and on our second day there was no hot water, so we had to take cold showers. Other than that, everything was average. While the stay was acceptable, I wouldn’t be quick to recommend this hotel to others.

The staff are always gracious and accommodating. Plus, the beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are always clean. We will stay here again when we need a hotel.

- N6783HAjoshuab (2/5): Gave away our room, then gave us keys to an occupied room. - After driving for 12 hours on a cross country trip, we arrived in the evening with 3 kids, only to find that our 2 queen plus fold out couch room was not available. The front desk staff said that they had overbooked and did not have a room that would fit the 5 of us. They offered us a king room, but with 5 people that was not going to work. After an hour in the lobby with our kids, they let us know that there was in fact a double queen available. When we used the keys to enter our room, it was occupied. Finally, we accepted the king room since the alternative was to get back on the road and find another hotel and crammed all 5 of us in there. So not only will this hotel overbook and not hold your reservation, but if you do get a room be prepared to have other guests visit your room at night!

- Susan (6/5): - The first time we went to take a shower the bottles for the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel appeared to be empty. My husband and I both tried and nothing would come out. I told them at the front desk and they said they would change them, but the next morning same problem. Then the continental breakfast was not the best. They ran out of items and took quite awhile for them to refill them. The first day the only silverware was a spoon. No knife no forks. The next morning you got plastic which was better than nothing but not what we would have expected. It’s not a bad place but they have issues.

During our one night stay there was a ton of LL baseball players staying at this hotel for a tournament so the kids were running and playing up and down the halls. A bit loud and thumping from the running but not the hotels problem. Praying that it stops by 11pm so we can get rest for our early morning flight. I would definately stay here again.

There was nobody at the desk when we arrived for check in & one of the housekeepers had to literally yell at one of the staff hiding behind the bar area to check us in. The framing around our bathroom door fell off when sliding the door open but the breakfast was good. I likely will not be staying again.

I was only in my room for a few hours but it was very quiet and I was able to sleep well. I would have liked to have a bathtub instead of a walk in shower (I didn't ask and just assumed there would be a tub). In the future, I will request a room with a tub.

- Jane (10/5): Exceptional - Location The breakfast needs to start earlier on weekends. Most of the people were there for tournaments and have to be gone before breakfast starts.
- Cynthia (6/5): - We were given a room. When we got up to the room there was someone already in that room we were given.

- Matthew (6/5): - Everything was great but there was issue at check in where apparently the desk clerk assigned us to the wrong room. After a few hours into our stay, another guest burst into our room while we were in it. We called the front desk, and the young woman whom we spoke told us WE were in the wrong room. I advised her that, if this was indeed the case, SHE was the one who put us there.

- Tricia (8/5): Very good - Clean rooms, friendly staff The travel ball boys were running up and down the halls at all hours and knocking on all the doors. I know it's a parenting issue, but it's still frustrating.
