• Tyler (4/5): Would have been nice if not for the terrible shower and bad service. - The room itself was nice and the location was good. Lots of space and good ammenities. Quiet and modern neighborhood well connected. The shower flooded the entire room (beyond the bathroom, into the main room). Because I am near sighted, when I take off my glasses I cannot see beyond a meter. When I took a shower and had the shower door closed, I could not see that the water was not draining and flooding out of the shower. At the end of my short shower, I was horrified to find the entire room covered in water. I contacted the staff but basically this place is staff-less, so no help was provided beyond a message indicating where clean towels were supposed to be. Upon going to the indicated location, there was only floor mats, no clean towels. So I had to take floor mats and clean my entire room's floor with them by myself. The shower should be fixed to prevent this, or at the very least there should be a very clear warning about it.

• Shanmugapriya (10/5): Highly recommned this excellent place that exceeded expectations! - It was a very nice and cozy studio room. Quite spacious with a kitchen area that had everything from utensils to a proper coffee maker and a dishwasher. The bed was comfortable and the main plus point was that the bathroom was also spacious (something you don't find at all in most hotels/stays). Location was on the quieter side of the city, in spite of which it was still easily accessible from the main train station. I would definitely opt for it again if I visit Munich.

Sufficient to stay more than one week alone. There was nowhere to hang a towel in the kitchen.

• Harry (10/5): Amazing property would stay again! - Beautiful property outside Munich city centre, the room was incredible and the facilities in my room was top notch! With a shop near by for filling up the fridge (Edeka) and the amazing shower pressure. Friendly staff with them going beyond if you needed any help. The only downside to the property being so good is the location which is outside of Munich city centre can be a bit annoying to travel to and from because the nearest metro stations are Alte heide and Nordfriedhof which is about a 10 minute walk from each of them which can be a bit annoying but if you cycle it’s great as there’s always bikes to rent next to the property. However if you are planning to stay here for business such as Microsoft it is a really good location. The only problem in the property itself was the temperature system which did not want to work for some reason.

• Dijith (9/5): - It was a very good experience, from check in to checkout everything was effortless. I highly recommend it to anyone going for short stays or vice versa. Walking from u-bhf to the apartment takes a little while but it's manageable.

• Sabrina (8/5): Kleines Appartment in Ubahn Nähe - Kleine Küche, gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber. Es wäre toll wenn man Gewürze, Öl und Stadartdinge zum kochen an der Rezeption für eine Gebühr mieten oder leihen könnte ohne eine ganze Packung kaufen zu müssen. Die stark befahrene Straße vor dem Hotel hat man trotz geschlossenem Fenster hören können.

• Marta (1/5): Ein gravierender Sicherheitsvorfall hat meinen Aufenthalt völlig überschattet. - Leider kann ich nach diesem Aufenthalt kaum etwas Positives nennen. Selbst wenn Lage und Zimmer zunächst in Ordnung wirkten, wurde dies durch den Sicherheitsvorfall vollständig überschattet. Danach habe ich mich nicht mehr sicher gefühlt. Ein gravierender Sicherheitsvorfall hat meinen Aufenthalt überschattet: Eine fremde Person öffnete abends meine Zimmertür, wodurch ich mich nicht mehr sicher fühlte. Die Hotline half mir nicht weiter, und eine versprochene Rückmeldung blieb aus. Auch die spätere Reaktion des Hotels war aus meiner Sicht unzureichend. Zusätzlich wurde im Atrium geraucht, und der Rauchgeruch war bis in mein Zimmer wahrnehmbar. Insgesamt musste ich den restlichen Aufenthalt abbrechen und in ein anderes Hotel wechseln.

• Denise (9/5): - Apto super completo e de bom gosto. Localização ótima para que vai a trabalho na região (é área de escritórios). No Hall de entrada há máquina de café e torneira com água com gás. Colado ao apto há uma lanchonete muito boa, David & Dean. Tb tem um supermercado mto bom perto. Box deixa escapar água pelo chão do banheiro. Ar condicionado é central e não é possível regulagem individual. E tive dificuldade com check-in automático (sorte que havia funcionários no horário em que cheguei)

• Ingo Johnson (9/5): Ich komme auch ein drittes Mal wieder. - Man ist unabhängig und flexibel. Check in und check out lief komplett digital und ohne Probleme. Man kann sich komplett selbst versorgen, wenn man möchte. Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirr usw. alles vorhanden, sogar eine Spülmaschine. Die Toilette ist sehr dicht an der Wand, teilweise etwas "eng".

The room is excellent, there is cheap coffee in the lobby, there are large supermarkets nearby, metro stations and tram stops are close and for eating I'd suggest L'Osteria and their excellent Frutti di Mare pizza with some weissbier. At night the area is pretty dead, but super safe.
