• Arthur (10/5): - MUSE Niseko is a beautiful, new and modern apartment-style hotel that comes complete with a king size bed, mini-kitchen, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, washer-dryer and a huge bathroom and shower. The unit is well designed to be spacious. What’s special is that there is only one apartment unit per floor, so it’s super quiet. Finally, the management company, Vacation Niseko Front Desk is fantastic. All the employees are kind, helpful and communicative, answering questions immediately and helping with any queries we had. They even helped us to make a restaurant reservation one night. A few suggestions may be to add some brighter lights as it’s a bit hard to see at night, with the dim lighting. During the green season (summer/fall) there are limited restaurant options in Hirafu/Niseko, but Kutchan is a short (10-15 min) drive away, and there are plenty of options there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at MUSE Niseko, and highly recommend this accommodation.

• Richard (10/5): A very comfortable stay! - Apartment 302 was very well equipped with all utilities for meeting our daily eating, clothes washing and other needs. A beautiful view of Mt Yotei from all areas of the apartment. Being right on Highway 343 in Niseko there are many eateries and easily to drive to the many attractions and Onsens through out the area. Also a very large Grocery store Max Value, is within a 4K drive. Can’t say anything was missing.
• Mehul (9/5): Superb - We liked the modern decor, amenities and clear view of Niseko mountain. We visited during the low season in May, most of the activities were closed however we enjoyed the apartment. They also offered a free drop to the station that was a huge help. Reception/Helpdesk located in another nearby building.

• Sung (10/5): - You cannot ask better view and better price in Toyako area. Quiet, cozy, lake Toya and Mt. Yotei view from your room. Room is big, like a suite. Well maintained facilities, generous amenities. No problem to communicate in English, If you have a car, this is the best choice. Last fall, I stayed here and when I planned to come this area again I didn’t even check other hotel. It says everything.

Always within 15-20 minutes to pick you up and take you to the ski resort. Only thing that was annoying was they didn't let me have a late check out even when the hotel was completely empty. but maybe that's just a rule.

• Leon (9/5): Brilliant short stay option - Excellent location, stylish and high quality throughout. Staff were v helpful re transport to the Main Gondola in the morning. The king bed was 2 x singles locked together (pretty std), however the join was uncomfortable to lie on. Just required an extra thick underlay to smooth the join line. Also, pillows were either too soft or too hard - there should be an intermediate size/firmness. As the reception is not manned, a reminder about leaving the keycard, or staff request to collect it on departure day would have saved me (and them) some hassles.
