• GIRARD (10/5): Bravo pour l’accueil et le service - Très bien accueilli dans cet hôtel à 23h30 du soir par Eddy qui nous a trouvé une solution pour avoir une chambre plus au calme. Bon petit déjeuner, simple mais efficace.

The beds, the pillows, the bathroom - just didnt make me feel comfortable and i was happy to have only spent a few hours there for some brief sleep. I was happy to leave in the morning!

• Verified traveler (4/5): Booking issue and rude staff - We came in pretty late due to a delayed flight. We were told our booking wasn't taken in consideration in their system. We've been asked to pay a second time and that the issue with the booking system wasn't their responsibility. The staff at the reception had no will to be helping or arranging the issue. Only the day after, the manager took charge of it.
• Nataliexjh (10/5): Great budget hotel - We stayed here as a couple for a week for the womens world cup. We didnt expect much with it being a budget hotel but it was a pleasant stay and suited our needs perfectly. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels every day and fresh bedding most days. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was kinda in the middle of no where but it had a bus stop right outside that took you to the grand large reservoir (which was beautiful) where you could get a tram into the city it took around 40 mins to get from the hotel to Lyon which was a pleasant journey. :)
• gurkangulcan (2/5): Breakfast is not served - We stayed here in last night. In the morning we wanted to have breakfast before leaving. But the lady in reception has difficulty speaking in English. So she could not explain why we can't have breakfast. But interestingly, although we were willing to pay for the breakfast, we could not have it. We asked her to talk with her manager but she told she can not call at this hour. Budget should not mean less capable people. Anyway, if you want to have breakfast here book it before. Otherwise no restaurant around to have breakfast.
• Will (4/5): Not recommended. - This hotel is pretty much void of any character. I visited at end of Sept 18 and there were no restaurants locally serving food. I think a nice looking pizza/Italian was about to open attached to the hotel but it was not open when I visited. I had to have a microwave meal from a vending machine! Or go hungry. And the machine needed cash-coins (not card) and I had very limited available to me. I would never recommend this place if you do not have a car. Not good for the business traveller.

• rong216 (10/5): Good Value in Lyon Area - Excellent. Our only complaint was that the website did not provide adequate directions on how to get to the hotel. Staff was helpful, check-in easy and fast and the room was very clean with an excellent bed. We would stay there again.
• jocepastel (10/5): Great rooms, great improvement - I was very surprise by the size of the room, to have another room with a shower and a separated toilet is a great improvement for me, you don't feel to squeeze. Staffs were friendly, very helpful when needed. The only problem we had is the discotheque next door on wednesday night we had to change room because we couldn't sleep but we moved to another room without any problem. the surrounding isn't the best but overall we were happy.
