• David (10/5): A Nice Hotel - The staff was friendly and accessible. The breakfast was a little limited and more on the continental side than the side of a full breakfast. Eggs toast and turkey products would have improved the menu.

Friendly staff. - Location and friendly staff U-Haul ‘s parked in the parking also u haul trailer’s parked made it difficult to find parking spots. My suggestion is parking them around back of the hotel to leave more spots for your guest to park.

There was a slight hiccup with our hotel keys but housekeeping lettuce in and reported it to the front desk so they had new cards waiting for us when we went back to the front desk. The overall room was clean and comfortable. The only inconvenience was there seem to be some sort of buildup on the shower head which made it spray everywhere getting water all over the floor that I had to clean up. However those are minor pickups and overall because of the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness and how amazing everyone was it was a great stay!

• Jason (8/5): Decent hotel 20 miles away from main road - Decent, reasonably-prices hotel to stay at overnight while on a road trip. Breakfast was plentiful with mini waffles and continental fare. It is about 20 miles away from the main road and so Perry would be a better choice for us. The one BIG con is that the room smelled of smoke. When I called and asked to change rooms (very late at night as we got in at 1:30am) I was dismissed with “it’s a non-smoking room, there’s a sign” as if that prevented previous smokers from smoking 🙄

• amberhP3377OW (2/5): Nasty - This hotel is beyond Nasty! I along with 2 others in my family were visiting to see family. We get their and get checked in and was told we had to climb stairs with no elevator in sight. well the stairs are looking like they could have seen better days including the railing. We get to our room and at this point everything seemed like it was clean and in working order. Leave for dinner with family come back and settle in for the night . My Parents sleep on top of everything on their bed. Me I pull back the sheets and we all settle in for the night. I was feeling itchy during the night thought nothing of it same with the 2nd night. We checked out on Thursday. I woke up still feeling kinda itchy and not thinking to have someone check my legs. We get home and a few days later I realized that I had bite marks in hives on the back and front of my leg . Went to the hospital and was told yep you guessed right I had been bitten by bed bug ticks. It has been very painful , itchy and awful. I am on medication to treat the bites. This hotel is beyond useless says that online they have a great breakfast. Yeah right most of the items according to a member in my party had mold on them. Now I gotta strip everything in my room and wash it and spray bed bug treatment on their as I could have bought those home from this nasty establishment . They allow animals here in which some could have flea's and make people like me sick. They need to do an much better job at treating each guest room for pest's like bed bugs before someone gets really ill and sues the hotel.
• Green (8/5): adequate for short stays. - location was key. right in the center of town. breakfast options was severely limited. microwavable breakfast sandwiches were so old they were consumed by mold. obviously had not be checked for months. no instructions on how to find local channels on the tv.

• Suzanne (10/5): Great stay, would stay here again. - My expectations were high because the ratings on this hotel. They were met. Bed exceptionally comfy, everything was clean and worked well. The front desk staff was very cordial. This was more off the beaten path than i thought, but, it was worth the drive for two reasons. 1. There was a great Seafood buffet at the local Steak House and 2 After our stay there was a road that took us north to intersect with I-75 N right in Macon which cut a leg off the trip!

The Loyalty inn is family owned and shows in the care of the property. Clean and shiny a good breakfast by comparison to the others . Outside sitting area . If I return this way then I know where I will stay.

Clean room and shower room with lots of hot water. Plenty of parking next to the rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Peaceful night's sleep. Huddle House diner next door.

Fridge, microwave, large TV with good cable, and electrical plugs with USB made the room even better than expected for the price. Lots of dining options all around that you can even walk to if you want to though it could maybe cost it to not be as quiet as it could be I had no issues with sounds during the night. Staff was so so nice with a very quick check in and easy check out. Even had a decent breakfast and again for the price it made it feel that it was even more of a value. Would stay again!

And the shower was nice and hot too. Room size is big compared to the newer motels too. Nice size fridge and a microwave too.

The rooms are well maintained and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend Loyalty Inn if you are ever in Hawkinsville Ga.

Didn't like the grab n go breakfast mostly junk and mostly expired food also the bed was so uncomfortable almost like sleeping on a rock, my back hurt all night long, toasted and turned and barely slept. The lady in office was nice but the guy found him creepy like he kept watching me when I went in the office to get coffee also the wifi on TV didn't work, man told me I had to call 1800 num to set it up, I'm sorry but I shouldn't have to do that at a vip property.... Too much money spent for this place... Clearly needs an update... Especially the beds... Maids were friendly and outgoing.... Next time I'll stay elsewhere
