Team can be more happy rather than looking sad I have paid less than this hotel but was never asked to pay for water. One guy told me its not free only tea is free while other guy told me its free. So not a good experience

Ottima pulizia. La colazione tipica turca è buona e genuina, servita a buffet e si tiene in terrazza panoramica coperta. In fase di realizzazione un ulteriore livello scoperto con vista su Aya Sophia per ora parzialmente praticabile.

• Brenton (9/5): This was my second visit and I remembered the staff and they remembered me!! - Central location but most importantly the staff is the greatest asset we had a little difficulty coordinating with our airport pickup but the staff monitored the situation and communicated with the driver I was happy with every aspect of clean quiet rooms
• HALIM (10/5): Excellent stay, perfect location , welcoming and helpful staff, Good room and breakfast - Side Hotel was the best in terms of value for money. The service and staff were excellent. The location is really stunning. You could reach The SultanAhmet/ Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia in 5 min. We walked in the area each night of our stay and never got bored. The T1 tram line is also close and will take you near Dolmabahce palace, the Galata tower, and to the ferries and other tram and metro lines. The BN1 bus lane will take to the Florya mall and Florya Aquarium. Breakfast was an open buffet. It was clean and satisfying. The room was good. It was big, clean and well ventilated. Everything was good in general. The only things that I disliked a bit were that the bathroom didn't have a window, so it was not well ventilated (even though a fan was present) and a small spots of humidity were present on the ceiling. The second thing was that the streets outside were always lit by night and the curtains didn't make the room dark enough for the children to sleep fast. However, these things didn't bother me or any member of the family.

• Heath (8/5): Overall a nice, clean, budget hotel near everything. - The location was amazing! You are a 5 minute walk from all the major landmarks. We had difficulties with the airport transfer. Our flight was delayed 2 hours and I contacted the hotel about the delay but I arrived at the airport and had to take a taxi. At first they wanted me to pay for the transfer we didn’t use.
• Bóka (9/5): Nagyon kedves személyzet, jó elhelyezkedés. - Az ágyak kényelmesek voltak, a szoba, fürdőszoba tiszta volt. A reggeli finom, és bőséges volt. Ezen felül nagyon jó illat volt a szobákban. A tartózkodásunk alatt felújítás folyt a szállodában, de a fejlőségnek ára van. Csak nap közben folytak a munkálatok, a pihenésünket nem zavarta.
• Mr T Karena (10/5): Central Quiet and Safe and close to the historic sites of Istanbul - I have stayed at this property several times since 2010. I like its location as it is quiet and aloso central to two of the most iconic places in Istanbul Haghia Sofia and The Blue Mosque It does need an elevator as you have to carry your luggage up to your room - BUT I believe they are addressing this issue and one is being created and will be available in the near future

• Barbara (9/5): Indimenticabile - Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, con standard che a mio avviso superano quelli di un albergo a due stelle. La posizione è davvero strategica: la struttura si trova vicino alle principali attrazioni e ai monumenti storici, oltre che alla fermata del tram 1 che attraversa la città e consente comodi collegamenti con altre zone. Molto apprezzata anche la pulizia della stanza, con lenzuola e biancheria sempre bianche, profumate e curate, così come la pulizia quotidiana Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti meno positivi, la colazione è prevalentemente salata. Personalmente avrei preferito una maggiore varietà di opzioni dolci: erano disponibili marmellata, pane, yogurt fresco e frutta, ma poco altro. Tuttavia, ho notato di essere tra le poche a prediligere il dolce, quindi è comprensibile che l’offerta sia orientata verso i gusti della maggioranza. Inoltre, le stanze non sono perfettamente insonorizzate: si sentono i rumori provenienti dai corridoi e, in parte, dalle altre camere. Dall’esterno invece non arriva alcun disturbo, anche grazie alla strada chiusa al traffico.

They even helped find a doctor when my daughter was sick, And went out of their way to accommodate a room on the first floor. They absolutely went above and beyond all expectations. We will be using this hotel again in the future.

• Kay (8/5): Side Hotel - good location - The location - round the corner from Sultanahmet Square. The shower - powerful. The front of house staff - Couldn’t do enough for you. The room - although basic, was fine for sleeping in. The pillows were very soft, and only one per person. I needed both but still wasn’t high enough. I could’ve asked for different ones, I’m sure they would’ve given me some. The blanket and cover - very thin. The breakfast - basic continental, but not much in the way of vegetarians - no fruit or pastry selections.

• Muhammad Iftikhar (1/5): Nice location with bad quality rooms - Location was amazing, close to historical places It was under maintenance, floor removals and grinding drilling works continued thorought our stay. It was super noisy with all the drilling, so we couldn’t even hear each other or take calls. Plus, they didn’t change the bedsheets, so we had to spend a day with dirty sheets and a messy room.

• Bernard (8/5): l'hotel avec l'emplacement idéal pour visiter le vieux Istanbul - l'emplacement de l'hôtel est exceptionnel à 300 mètres de SAINTE SOPHIE, à 400 mètres du tramway, à moins de 1000 mètres de plusieurs musées et de Topkapi avec ses jardins Ce qui est génial c'est qu'entre deux visites on peut se reposer, profiter de sa chambres climatisée pour se reposer, surtout quand il fait chaud .le tramway permet de rejoindre la ville nouvelle très facilement et c'est un plaisir. l'hôtel est presque a la hauteur de la place, donc pas de cotes longues à monter, car Istanbul est construit sur de nombreuses collines, l'hôtel est a un emplacement idéal pour visiter Istanbul. L'utilisation des Taxis est cher, et difficile dans la vieille ville avec de nombreux embouteillages. le personnel est très aimable et disponible, ca était un plaisir. l'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable. le point noir pour nous a été le petit déjeuné, il est très décevant, il ne correspond pas au standard '' breakfast continentale'' Café expresso payant, omelette payante, recharge inexistante après 30 mm de l'ouverture du petit déjeuné, personnel peu affable,une vrai grosse déception attention pas d'ascenseur pour les personne Age cela peut être un problème pour aller au petit dejeune

• Ysmène (10/5): Excellent hôtel - Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour, les chambres sont très propres, le nettoyage est effectué tous les jours et les draps + serviettes sont changés tous les jours aussi. Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet avec un choix varié et traditionnel et le personnel qui en est en charge est au top. Rien est à redire sur l’hygiène 👌🏼. L’ensemble du personnel est serviable, aimable et disponible notamment Emre et Furkan. Situation géographique exceptionnelle, au pied de la mosquée Sainte Sophie et du palais de topkapi, arrêt de tram à deux minutes. Les chambres sont très bien insonorisées. Nous avons également pris le transfert à l’aller (en contactant en message l’hôtel via booking)et au retour et c’était top, rien à redire. Nous tenons également à souligner la disponibilité de Emre pour avoir répondu à nos questions avant le voyage avec réactivité 👌🏼 Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

• Valentin Badiu (10/5): Very good experience. - The hotel it's around 200-400m from Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern and Blue Mosque. Very frienldy hosts, ready to help and to give useful info. The room was big, clean and warm, the breakfast was very nice. Near the hotel you have many places to go and eat. The hotel is in the area where you can be picked up for excursions to Prince's Island or Bosphorus. In the event that the power is going down the hotel has it's own generator. The WiFi was good. We had a very nice experience and I recommend this hotel. N/A

For some reason Google Maps had me walk around several blocks that took 7 or 8 minutes, but then on the second day, I found that if you just walk through the parking lot, the hotel is just around the corner. The staff was very friendly and accommodated me when the heating unit in my room did not work. It was a minor glitch, and I would highly recommend this hotel. The included breakfast was very good. Not only were there warm hard boiled eggs, but also plenty of vegetables to eat.

Возможно, вернусь в отель в следующий приезд. Не скажу, что мне не понравилось. В основном, все прошло чудесно. Просто, информация на заметку. Я прилетела с задержкой рейса. В отель попала к 3 часам утра. В комнате был очень сильный запах чистящих средств. Даже при полностью открытой двери на балкон долго не выветривался этот стойкий запах. Вызвал головную боль. В номере есть отключенный холодильник. Больше нет ничего. Оказалось, что можно спуститься и взять бутылированную воду или выпить горячий чай/кофе. Но об этом я узнала только на следующее утро. Меня поместили в комнату под номером 3 на первом этаже. Небольшое обновление стен не помешало бы.
