El personal muy agradable todos los días nos cambiaban las toallas tiene una vista linda al mar y las instalaciones son muy bonitas y nuevas En general todo me encantó sólo que si deben revisar su centro de actividades porque como la isla es tan grande y depender del bus no es tan fácil ya que los recorridos son bastante largos pero en general es bueno porque queda cerca a Jeju city

No me avisaron antes y sólo lo supe cuando llegué a la habitación y ví un letrero que avisaba de que sólo se podía utilizar el modo bañera, nada de hidromasaje. la insonorización no es buena. Cada día podíamos escuchar a la limpiadora en la habitación de arriba asi como a los clientes.

• AngelinaCF (6/5): Disappointing stay overall - - Unfortunately, the only positive aspect of this hotel was the water pressure in the shower. - No English-speaking staff; luckily, we were with a local. - The room wasn’t properly cleaned, hair was visible on the floor upon check-in. - The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. - The AC in the room didn’t turn off automatically once the set temperature was reached, forcing us to wake up constantly to adjust it. - The bathroom didn’t have enough space for our personal toiletries. There was a small shelf above the toilet, which would probably be more useful in the shower area. - The hotel needs a deep cleaning; the windows were very dirty. - Only one large towel was provided for two adults (extra was given upon request on day 2). - The hotel corridors and elevator didn’t have air conditioning. - The room door used an old-fashioned physical key, which was inconvenient.
• 彩蘋 (9/5): - 櫃檯人員服務態度很親切，房間設施雖然簡單，但應有盡有，還有可以吃飯的桌椅，是一個很舒適的房間。令人最難以忘懷的應該是陽台一打開的美景，會先看到可愛的田園風光，往遠處眺望可以看到湛藍的海洋，這裡的美景會使人忘記交通較不便的缺點。

• Karen (9/5): Lovely view of the ocean and great value for the money! - Location was great, off the beaten path so to speak, in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. And the ocean view is gorgeous! We took a cab from Black Pork Street to the property and got snacks from the GS25 at the base of the driveway. Very convenient! We also took the bus to the Handam Coastal Walk (about a 10-15 minute walk to the bus stop and a 15 minute bus ride, bus #202) and it was beautiful! About a 45 minute bus ride (also #202 plus a short transfer) back to the airport from there, so all very easy to do and fun to explore. If you don't have some knowledge of Korean it can be a bit challenging to navigate, but the front desk staff was prepared with English instructions written on a piece of paper regarding payment, check-out time, etc. You might also want to bring your own slippers.

• Telma (8/5): Big rooms with beautiful view. No spa bath - The hotel is very nice and modern. The rooms are very spacious. The staff was helpful when we had an issue with the room. The view from the rooms is very relaxing. We booked a room with spa bath as advertised on booking, but the spa function was not working. It was not a malfunction, it's simply not working. We spoke with the hotel about this and they helped us with the issue. The bath is big and with great views, but don't expect to use the spa function.

• Laurie (10/5): Great place, great location! Relaxing and healing time - This place was really comfortable, and even bigger than expected. The location is also great: it's a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and taxis are easy to get with the Kakao Taxi app. The area is very calm, surrounded by fields and a couple of other resorts. There's a GS25 right down the street. The room was clean and super comfortable. We had a balcony with a sea view, and you can actually see the sunrise from the balcony. I would definitely recommend staying here!

• Jesusa (10/5): awesome stay, proximity to eateries and convenience store, friendly staffs - Rooms are spacious and clean. It is very near eateries and we don’t need to travel far to try black pork, it was just about 100m walk from the hotel. Nice to CU and GS25 are both very near. We also get to try bb.q chicken famous from Crash Landing on You Series as it was just around the corner. We don’t speak korean but the staff are accommodating enough to communicate with us while we use google translate. It’s really a great stay!

• Stephanie (6/5): Cute (basic) room - I loved the room, however, it was missing amenities of comfort. The blankets, indoor shoes, coffee mugs and the like were missing and would have been appreciated. Lack of comfort - indoor slippers, throw blanket.

• Jd (7/5): It's kind of half and half. - Good value for the money and roomy space. Hard bed, no large bath towels, sleeping in the loft was too hot, even with the windows opened at night.
• Gabin (8/5): - 새 시설은 아니지만 패밀리 룸의 경우 방 2개, 화장실 2개로 넓고 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 위치도 좋습니다.
• Kc (9/5): A good value hotel with sea view rooms. - The hotel has a direct view of the ocean, though partially blocked by houses in front, it is enjoyable during sunset. One has to have a car to stay at this hotel to make easier moving in/out; sign to the hotel is planted on the main road and also on car's GPS, so it is not easy to miss. Room size is good with 1 queen and 1 single bed. It has a kitchen and if desired, can cook simple meals. Do note it is a wet toilet. There is no in room slippers provided though. This hotel provides good value and is about 14km from the airport, a good choice. wet toilet design. no in room slippers.

• HYERAN (10/5): 넓고 관리가 잘 되어있는 호텔입니다 - 장점이자 단점 먼저 말씀드리자면 리조트가 정말 밭 한가운데 있어요 그래서 조용하고 또 조용하고 조용해요. 전 좋았어요 차가 들어가는 길이 시골길이라 좁고 도보로 가까운 편의점에 가려면 15분 이상 걸립니다. 리조트 내부에 매점이 없어서 차가 필수에요 리조트라기에는 빌라같이 자그마한 분위기에요. 편의시설이 1층 컴퓨터밖에 없습니다. 주차장은 넓고 편리하게 되어있습니다. 그리고 방 보고 깜짝 놀랐는데 정말 넓어요 카펫이 아니라 일반 가정집같은 바닥이라 바닥난방 최고b 같은 가격 호텔의 배 이상 크기에요 연식이 있다고 들었지만 깔끔하게 관리가 잘 되어있는 호텔이라 편안하게 이용했습니다 직원분들도 친절하셨어요

• Geonhee (8/5): 전체적으로 만족스러운 숙박 - 전체적으로 깔끔하고 시설물들도 좋습니다. 주변도 고요하니 지내기도 좋고요. 시내에서 조금 벗어나 있지만 차로 움직인다면 크게 문제되지 않아요. 작은 테라스가 있는데 밤바다 보면서 소수 인원 있기에는 운치있고 좋네요. 큰 하자나 탈 없이 사용하기 좋습니다. 다만 차가 없으면 조금 불편할 수 있어요.
• Verified traveler (8/5): 제주여행 여독풀기 좋은 마지막밤 숙소 - 해풍으로 인해 외관은 어쩔수 없이 노후했으나 객실은 깔끔. 급탕온수가 매우 잘나오고 뷰도 좋음.
• mandana (10/5): - The resort is about 20 minutes drive to Jeju city. It has a beautiful view of the ocean in the distance. The hotel and the room is very clean. The room furniture was bear minimum and not comfortable. Though the bed itself was very comfortable. The bedsheets were crisp, white and clean. There wasn't any restaurants around the hotel and tbe hotel doesn't provide any food. There wasn't even a vending machine around. There is a convenient store within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. So be mindful that you need to drive 10 to 15 minutes to get to some restaurants. The staff don't know any English but they are very kind and helpful. While it was a clean hotel I wouldn't call it "resort", lacking many amenities. But it was quite and peaceful.
• byong cheol (10/5): 제주에 대한 좋은 추억을 만든 곳 - 먼저 숙소 주변 풍경이 옛 제주도 풍경을 볼 수 있고, 숙소에서 바다가 보입니다. 걸어서 5분이면 갈 수 있고요. 주위도 정겨운 시골 분위기를 느낄 수 있어 좋았습니다. 숙소 자체는 직원이 친절하고 안내를 잘 해 주었습니다. 방은 생각했던 것보다 훨씬 커서 사용하기에 편리했고 청결했습니다. 겨울인데도 추위를 느끼지 않았으며 아침 식사도 조리해 먹었습니다. 전체적으로 아주 만족하며 다음에 또 이용하고 싶어 명함을 얻어 왔습니다.
• YOUNGSIK (10/5): - 저렴한 가격에 이 정도 퀄리티면 아주 만족합니다!!!
• JIIN (10/5): - 2박으로 묵었는데 너무 좋았어요. 방도 커서 캐리어 두개 펼쳐놓기에도 충분했고 걸어서 바닷가 가기에도 가까워요. 카페도 근처에 있고 너무 편안하게 잘 묵었다 갑니다. 제주도 도착해서 첫 숙소였는데 너무 좋았어요.
• jiyu (10/5): 잘놀다갑니다 가격대비 강추!!!!!!좋아요 - 리조트가 깔끔하고 가격이 너무 착해요ㅎ 바다도 잘보이고 편하게 있다가 갑니당 주위 술집이 한군데 밖에없어욤 ㅠㅠ참고하세용
