We waren bij uitchecken iets vergeten uit de kamer, we kwamen er meteen achter binnen een uur! 10x gebelt , maar alle telefoons werkte niet, ook gemaild maar kreeg pas na drie mailtjes en 24 uur later een antwoord. Spullen hadden ze uiteraard niet gevonden.

There were times we were able to get to the lobby and was told to walk from the gate because there was a meeting. We had kids and it didn’t make sense as we were staying in the hotel.
