• EREN (8/5): good place !! - The hotel was very clean and nice. The only issue I experienced was with the late reception check-in. Other than that, everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and polite. We could only check in late, and I wish we had arrived earlier. Everything was very clean and nice. It was a beautiful hotel and definitely worth staying at again. It would be even better if the reception staff were more helpful. The location is a bit far, but its proximity to the subway is incredibly convenient.
• Nina (2/5): Nie wieder! - Die Lage Die Matratzen waren dermaßen ausgelegen, dass man jeden Federkern gespürt hat. Das Badezimmer war schmutzig.
• Raed (6/5): Gehört nicht zu meinen Favoriten - Guten erreichbar mit der U-bahn Ungepflegtes Treppenhaus, Anmeldeautomat im Treppenhaus, Frage nach Passnummer! Wer verreist innerhalb Deutschlands mit dem Reisepass und wer hat seine Passmummer im Kopf??? . Die Zimmer sind kahl und schlecht eingerichtet. Keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Für die Hotelklasse und ohne Frühstück ist ziemlich überteuert.

• Bagila (6/5): Для неприхотливого клиента может и сойдет. - Только ванная комната. Лестничные пролеты просто ужасные. Я пришла после 21.00 и очень долго набирала данные для получения ключа на мониторе при моем плохом зрении, благо мне помог мужчина. Лестницы и мебель советских времен.

• Alica (6/5): für kurzen Aufenthalt okay - es liegt direkt an einer U-bahn Station. Es gab Gepäckaufbewahrung. Die Betten waren sehr weich und durchgelegen. Zudem hatte die Dusche nahe zu kein Warm Wasser
• H C (5/5): Accomodatie is overeenkomstig de prijs maar de hygiëne blijft toch te ver achter. - Goede locatie, vlak bij de U-Bahn Bij aankomst waren er geen bekers/glazen bij de wastafel. Ook was de vuilnisbak niet geleegd/verschoond. Bij een langer verblijf (> 3 dagen) mag er meer aandacht aan de hygiëne worden gegeven. Pas na onze vraag werd na 4 dagen de badkamer gereinigd, de vuilnisbak geleegd en schone handdoeken verstrekt. Dat zijn toch basic zaken.

• Fereshteh (7/5): - Alles war O.K. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig. Das einzige Problem gab es beim Check-In -Automat. Man musste die Passnummer eingeben. Das Hotel muss damit rechnen, dass alle Reisende nicht aus außerhalb Europa einreisen. Es gibt auch die Deutsche, die nach Berlin einreisen. Es gab bei der Check-In-Automat eine Frage: Die Passnummer. Ich hatte kein Pass und könnte ich nicht weiter. Ich müsste das Hotel anrufen und es war ziemlich stressig.

• Anke (6/5): Nur übernachten - Die Nähe zu U-Bahnhof und Bus war sehr gut. Dadurch waren alle Teile von Berlin schnell zu erreichen. Umliegend waren viele Geschäfte, Apotheken und 4 Bäcker für das Frühstück. Das Zimmer war zwar groß, aber kahle Wände und leer. Das Doppelbett stand in einer Nische, so dass man von der 2. Seite kaum herankam, 30 cm. Eine Minigarderobe mit Ablagefächern sollte der Schrank sein. Es gab einen alten Schreibtisch mit einem Stuhl. Das Bad war ausreichend mit großer Dusche. Der Duschkopf kippte immer nach unten, das die Halterung nicht festzustellen ging. Es gab Schimmel in der Dusche. Das Waschbecken hatte Schadstellen und es gab keinen Verschluss. Das Wasser müssten wir 10 min laufen lassen, bevor es warm wurde. Dann war es aber richtig heiß. Die Heizung läuft Tag und Nacht und lässt sich nicht abstellen. Das Hotel liegt an einer großen Hauptstraße und es ist auch nachts Recht laut. Keine Kaffee/Teestation im Zimmer. Das Treppenhaus ist von 1920. Ein Teppich windet sich die Treppen hoch, der nicht an allen Stufen ordentlich befestigt ist. Außerdem ist der Teppich sehr schmutzig. In dem Haus befinden sich mehrere Arztpraxen und es ist sehr viel Begängnis.

• Frank Edwin (7/5): - Einfaches Einzelzimmer mit Bett, Tisch, einem absolut ausreichendem Schrank für Kleidung und einem kleinem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Mein Zimmer war mit Lage zum Innenhof sehr ruhig. Alles war wirklich sehr ordentlich und sauber bei der Ankunft. Die Nähe zur U-Bahn ist super, man ist recht schnell überall und vor Ort gibt es Supermarkt, Gastro etc. Check-In und Check-Out waren unkompliziert. Leider wirklich keine gute Matratze, aber für wenige Nächte aushaltbar.

Never gonna go back there - The view was the secret garden so i like it The floor was extremely loud and old so it was disturbing in the night to walk and even when we were at our room we still could hear the footsteps of people outside clearly and it was really hard to sleep. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable, i even ask to change them but they said they can’t and i had a bad backache the next day cause of the bed…

• Eleni Kollia (7/5): Τίμια τιμη - Kαθαρα σεντόνια, πετσέτες. Ευρύχωρο δωματιο. Ευγενικό προσωπικό. Το κτίριο βρίσκεται σε κεντρική οδό, κοντά σε στάση μετρό, σε σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια καθώς επίσης και κοντά στο κεντρικό σταθμό υπεραστικών λεωφορείων. Είναι παλαιό κτίριο. Δεν έχει καλή ηχομόνωση. Οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι του κτιρίου επειδή στεγάζονται και διάφορα ιατρεία είναι πολύ βρώμικοι. Θα ήταν καλό να υπήρχε ένας βραστηρας και ένα μικρό ψυγειο

• Kathrin (3/5): - We actually checked out without sleeping there. The joint felt dodgy. A really weird self-check in that didn't work. Luckily, we got there just before the reception closed at 6pm. The reception lady tried to program the plastic keys, but they didn't work. She kept trying, after about 20 minute she came with new cards, no idea where she found them. The whole establishment reeked of food and everything had the charme of the early 60s. Dark wood everywhere. It felt too spooky for us and we left and checked in at another hotel nearby. I wouldn't recommend it unless you are a member of the Adams family.

• Jack (10/5): - The hotel is extremely clean and modern compared to what the pictures show. The room was spacious and very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned every two days. I stayed in room 47 which faces the rear courtyard of the building so it was extremely quiet apart from the occasional hum from when the underground trains pass by but that is really minimal. Would definitely come again it was really good value for money. The building is shared with other businesses and that includes the staircase which is slightly dirty but considering that is joint owned by each business maintaining a cleanliness of that area is quite hard.

• Kulyk (6/5): - Було чистенько, на рецепції привітна дівчина зустріла. Гарне ліжко, зручні матраци і теплий номер. В ванній кімнаті мало зручностей. Зламане сидіння на унітазі. Треба добавити тримач для туалетного паперу і ще крючків для рушників. Не вистачало ще одного стільця в кімнаті, не було чайника.

• dirk (5/5): Lage gut Rest ist Gewöhnungs Bedürftig - Gute Lage Man kommt in den Flur alles sehr dreckig auf den schlüsseltressor liegt dick Staub. Der Rote Teppich ist nicht mehr rot . Der Aufzug ist auch nicht besser von der Sauberkeit. Wir waren halbe Stunde er da konnten aber erst ab15.00 Uhr einchecken. Keine Halterung für Klopapier im Badezimmer. Handtücher konnte man nicht aufhängen.

• Petra (7/5): - Das Zimmer war sauber dafür das es alles wirklich schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist und die Lage super. Preis war okay. Das Zimmer ist wirklich stark in die Jahre gekommen. Die Scheibe im Bad war defekt und nur geklebt. Der Fußboden war auch schon sehr beschädigt. Der Fernseher war wirklich sehr sehr klein. Das Personal hat leider kaum deutsch gesprochen.

Etagen Flur der Gebäudes sehr abschreckend, Teppiche im Etagen Flur sehr schmutzig (Baustelle).Dieser Flur ist der erste Eindruck und ich fühlte mich nicht sehr wohl.Dafur war aber das Zimmer und der Flur der Wohneinheiten sehr sauber, Matratzen waren sehr weich aber das ist ja immer Ansichtssache.

• Alonso (1/5): Unsafe and dirty. - Anything The hotel is truly horrible. The staff is not kind—they either ignore you or let you speak without responding. I arrived at 5 a.m., extremely tired, and no one answered me so I could enter the hotel. The receptionist didn’t show up until 12 noon and then asked me to pay an extra €20 to let me check in early (there were only 3 hours left until my scheduled check-in). Additionally, the facilities smell strange. The ground floor is extremely dirty, and the stairs leading up to the hotel are very neglected and filthy—you can literally smell mouse urine. The carpets are full of stones, dirt, and grime. As a tourist, you definitely do not feel safe in this hotel. You can hear absolutely everything.

Так же понравилась цена, очень хорошая для таких апартаментов Нас было двое, бронь так же была на двоих, но в номере был только один комплект постельного белья и полотенец , к сожалению мы приехали вечером и из персонала никого не увидели уже.
