Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time at least 3 days in advance. Please also note the following: - The front desk closes at 18:00 between 1 May and 31 October. During this period, late check-in until 19:30 is accepted only if the property is notified in advance. - The front desk is open 24-hours between 1 December and 30 April. Please note that requesting an extra bed costs a different amount in summer and winter. Please contact the property directly for more details. Eco Housekeeping service is offered every 3 days or 7 days.

Pauline (9/5): Our family had a great stay at this nice cottage in a beautiful area of Hokkaido. - The cottage is spacious and includes all amenities. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood close to Hirafu centre, where you can find many nice restaurants. This area is great for outdoor lovers, both in winter and summer. The cottage does not have air conditioning and it can get quite warm upstairs in the summer. Overall it was ok, but an air conditioner would be an improvement.
Qianyu (9/5): Good place to stay, clean and comfortable, have all the equipments in kitchen. - It is a very comfortable cottage in the snow town, the staff are very helpful and respond quickly. My kids want to extend more nights here😃 Overall are good.
