The pullout had no covers . Had to get some .. the outside pool was down and the inside pool had a tampon in the pool so they couldn’t swim . I think the rooms were definitely not worth the price . Not a lot of options on breakfast ..

Stay anywhere else but here. - Leaving Pretty much everything…the 1 bed was hard, we booked a 2 queen suite with a pull out sofa bed and was given a king suite with a sofa without any bedding. My son had to put a comforter off the king bed and blankets from the car in this odd space to sleep because there were 4 of us and couldn’t make the arrangements work. I paid $40 extra to book a queen room, they wouldn’t give me back the difference and didn’t have any other rooms. Staff was rude and too concerned talking to the staff from the adjoining hotel. Manager was suppose to call or email about issues. Still haven’t heard back almost a week later. The shower was handicap accessible but to the point it couldn’t be properly cleaned or used if you were taller than 5 feet tall. Mold all over, water damage on the floors. Couldn’t call the front desk because the phone was broken. They wouldn’t answer when you called from a cell phone. Then the front desk called the room saying we called 911. It was the oddest experience ever.

Michael (5/5): Not worth the price and not up to the Marriott standard. - The hotel was very clean some of the staff members we very polite and good at their jobs The room I booked was not the room I received. I booked a room with a bathtub and a walk in shower the room I received had a shower only and not like pictured. When I asked the front desk about the mix up I was told there wasn’t a room in the whole facility with a bathtub. I later found out that was not true.

Shared facilities with Westin next door, such as gym/pool & bar etc. Free parking. Next to a shopping village with restaurants locally. Only annnoyance was the adoining room and could hear the guest next door at 4am watching TV loudly! Location is OK, but some road noise from the highway. Not a good in-room coffee pod machine. Wi-Fi coverage was very patchy.

Not even remotely in anyway even similar I was basically given a utility closet next to the elevator It was horrible and tiny and not what I paid for The front desk female that I mentioned this to first tried to make me believe I was mistaken even though the pictures were clear as day not even close to what was on booking.com, she had a know it all attitude and could not have been less helpful. I have sent message after message to the hotel which no one has yet to respond to and I ended up leaving at midnight and cancelling my whole trip to avoid staying in this horrible shoe box for over $200 a night. I’d rather be out the money than stay in that horrible room that I did not in anyway want and it did not in any way resemble the online pictures. I will never in my life step foot back in that horrible place cause let me tell u when they mess up there’s NO ONE willing to help you

The bathroom was incredible and thank god don’t have shower curtains but glass doors as they should. The room service served so fast and food was phenomenal. The view was just beautiful and it was so quiet and peaceful. The staff was above and beyond helpful and so pleasant. Ample parking as well This hotel is truly remarkable and very reasonably priced. I never want to stay anywhere else there’s absolutely nothing I would change

Hailey (1/5): Dirty rooms. Actually, filthy. Guest services was very kind and I feel like their hands were tied with how they could he - The property was close to all of the shopping we did. The room was filthy. There were sunflower seeds, skittles. Hair, and huge stains on the pull out mattress. The metal frame was broken. I got offered to move to another room. Upon entering, people’s food and belongings were in the drawer, the bed had crumbs in it which I just wiped off since it was better than stains. The queen beds had blood stains and what appeared to look like a poop stain on it.They didn’t have any sheets for me so I had to use a thing blanket on top of the pull out mattress as a sheet. The beds both also did not have sheets in the new room. Only a large water proof pad and a draw sheet to lie on top of the mattresses. The thermostat in the room did not kick on the heat, and I was freezing because I had 1 tiny thing blanket to cover up with. I was extremely dissatisfied with this stay and will never stay here again. I had high hopes. This was a party for my daughter’s birthday and it was ruined.
jamie (3/5): - How it was close to everything The shower was broken. The room next to us was yelling all night and pretty sure had people who weremt suppossed to be there. Bc they had an air mattress we could hear being blown up and taken down. the cleaning crew banged on walls early in the morning while still trying to sleep
John (10/5): Relaxing Night - When we arrived we spoke to both desk clerks and both were very helpful. We inquired about our restaurant choice and they gave us some ideas what we may want to try on the menu at Connor's. The bed in our room was very comfortable. Front desk had a little trouble locating our Bonvoy account, but we got it squared away and had no issues.

Passenger21821933883 (2/5): Very disappointing for a Westin/Element - This is an updated new visit.. checked in Oct 25th.. checked out 28th. Had a relative visiting from Scotland and we have used this hotel 3 times in the past.. always been amazing... NOT ANYMORE! 2 months ahead and planned this trip for a ladies getaway. Service at bar and restaurant was very slow.. one server and bartender Jasmine had attitude like we were bothering her.. waited over 35 minutes for another drink. But it all started at check in.. After paying for valet and getting stuff brought up to our rooms.. they gave me..(I reserved a 2 bedroom 2.5 Executive Room with Jet Tub) a 1 bedroom Jet tub Executive room.. would have been fine if there wasn't 4/5 of us. My relatives room was good. Then wait for another 2bd 2.5 ba to get ready for us.. second room they give us is the room they already have my relative in..ugh that won't work... then we wait again but it's going on 3pm and we had dinner reservations at local restaurant close by.... hey back at almost 5pm.. say the room they were gonna give me isn't available but they are gonna upgrade me to the Westin Side Presidential Suite .. so now we are in opposite hotels opposite elevators.. but then..trash wasn't emptied in kitchen.. top part in fridge broken..door knobs don't work right on bedroom doors..3 tvs only 1 remote.. call they don't have any more but tvs can't connect to stream.. so send someone up.. they come with extra remotes (which they said they didn't have) and he even set up my firestick..kudos to Micah or Michael I think his name was. But then no jet tub..I was really bummed..but room was clean other than trash (which they came and took can but never brought one back) So I let them know I really wasn't happy I wanted the room I booked. Said they could get me in one next day so at least I'd have for 2 nights. OK deal. Next day... the room they put me in... stained lamp shades .. torn lamp shade.. broken fridge that was disgusting.. dirty inside and outside Ice machine didn't work. Torn curtains ragged and dirty.. toilet seat that was loose and moved when you sat on it.. missing light bulbs.. no fitted sheets and not large enough so sheet kept coming up and only the real mattress under neath. Plus the wood cabinets in kitchen were dirty no one has wiped them down good. Then end of day I go to get in Jet tub and it doesn't work. I can get again and they send a man up that checks fuse and tells us.. well fuse is good but I don't know anything about these things..I didn't even know we had these tubs... so again no jacuzzi tub. All I heard al weekend was.. I'm sorry... I'm really sorry your experiences aren't good.. I'm so so sorry... We are so sorry.. over and over. I'm paying good money and they did offer to give me a free night but I needed 3 nights before end of month to make Gold member and it was already end of month.. oh and for my troubles they sent up a cheap 10 dollar bottle of red..I left it there in room untouched. That was an insult when I know they had better wines. Something has happened to that place and it's not good. They just stopped responding to my chat messages.. keep saying sorry we will get back with you.. then they deleted all my messages..but I screenshot all of them and I took pictures.

KRISTIE (10/5): - We stayed in room 818!! PERFECT view of Bridgestreet!! We went for our son's birthday and we had a direct view of the Carousel!!! The breakfast was FANTASTIC and very fresh Whew, the bed was very very very hard. My shoulders hurt today 😫 but it was fine other than that. The AC said "70" but it felt like 80 :( but we were absolutely fine. The atmosphere made up for it!

But mostly, I was confused about something on my billing afterwards, I called on a Saturday at 6pm, got connected to an actual live person who works at that hotel and they were super friendly and incredibly friendly. And there was no error on the billing, it just read odd with the way it came through from Booking.com. That honestly shocked me more than anything, I don't know that I've dialed a hotel phone number that actually reached the front desk in a long time! Kudos!!!!

Abraham (8/5): Fell short of expectations - The bathroom vent did not work, the toilet paper holder was broken, toilet was loose even after I called to have a different room. I should have paid the extra 40 a night for the Westin. The front desk was very nice, but room fell short.
Billy (9/5): Great place to stay for business or pleasure. Love the location. Close to so much! - Location and view from our room was fabulous! Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices, as well as the lovely ladies preparing the breakfast. I banged myself on the wooden bedframe several times, every time I got in or out of the bed.
