- Fathia (8/5): Una joya histórica junto al Narcea - El edificio es impresionante y muy bien restaurado. Tiene restos del antiguo monasterio y una iglesia. En uno de los claustros hay una araucaria impresionante, la biblioteca: salón Regenta es impactante, aunque no tenga, lógicamente los libros originales, sino que está surtida con los libros y revistas, algunos muy interesantes, que han ido dejando los huéspedes. Que en la cafetería , que está abierta de 11h a 23h00, fuera del horario de la cocina del restaurante, no se pueda tomar nada sólido. Como amigos de Paradores nos invitaron a una bebida, cuando pedimos una tostada o picoteo para acompañar, nos dijeron que no pían servirnos nada porque la cocina del restaurante no abría hasta las 20h00, según el camarero, no tenía acceso y no podía servirnos ni unas aceitunas. Este es un gran fallo, porque hay alimentos que no necesitan pasar por cocina: aceitunas, patatas fritas, frutos secos. En eso deberían mejorar no solo este Parador, sino otros,en los que nos ha pasado lo mismo. PERO EL GRAN FALLO ES QUE AL HABER HECHO LA RESERVA POR BOOKING, Y TENIENDO LA TARJETA DE AMIGA DE PARADORES, AÚN PAGANDO DIRECTAMENTE EN EL PARADOR, NO ME SUMAN LOS PUNTOS, LO QUE ES ABSURDO.TENDRIAN QUE REVISAR ESTA POLÍTICA, YA QUE LOS PRECIOS NO SON PRECISAMENTE BARATOS.

- Brian (10/5): Amazing property, an experience .. - The place is stunning. Slight issue with booking due to a failure of Booking. app, but sorted quickly and effectively by the staff of the hotel. I'd have loved to have seen inside the church but unfortunately only open with a guide which is a shame. Also stayed with a "deal" from Brittany ferries which was ridiculously cheap if you're travelling that way. Great experience Probably the only thing I don't like is not being able to eat until at least 8:30 in the evening, often later. But this is common to this area of Spain so when away ....

- Ana Beatriz (8/5): - La decoración del parador, muy acorde con el carácter monacal del edificio, las habitaciones muy amplias y las camas muy cómodas. El edificio es espectacular, es una maravilla dar un paseo por sus patios y pasillos, disfrutar de pasar un rato en su estupenda biblioteca y por supuesto la visita guiada, totalmente recomendable, incluida la iglesia adjunta que no hay que perdérsela. El desayuno bien sin más. Es muy incómodo tener que reservar la hora del desayuno cuando llegas al parador, incluso si lo que quieres es únicamente un café. Lo normal en los hoteles es que haya una franja horaria amplia, dentro de la cual puedas ir cuando quieras, especialmente en hoteles de la categoría del Parador de Corias. En general, el desayuno es bastante mejorable, por ejemplo pedimos churros y estaban incomibles, prácticamente crudos, el huevo benedictine tenía la clara sin cuajar.

- Miren (9/5): Una experiencia inolvidable - La habitación 10/10; con vistas al patio interior, silenciosa, muy amplia, muy cómoda... Y los/as trabajadores/as muy amables y atentos/as. El entorno precioso, y el edificio de cuento. La comida del restaurante buenísima, y la atención de la camarera inmejorable. El desayuno algo por debajo del nivel de lo demás. No había escobilla en el baño.

- Sara (9/5): EDIFICIO INCREÍBLE Y ÚNICO - El edificio es espectacular merece mucho la pena alojarse allí. No pudimos acudir al desayuno por tiempos y tomamos un café con tostada por 5 euros en las mesas del patio, todo de muy buena calidad. La habitación excelente, grande, tranquila, la cama era extragrande con unas vistas increíbles al patio. Merece muchísimo la pena acudir a la visita guiada de la iglesia ( 6 euros) y a la de la Bodega del Monasterio de Corias ( 18 euros con cata). Todo el personal muy amable todo muy limpio e impecable. El detalle de las madreñas justo al lado de la puerta y los nombres de las habitaciones nos pareció un detalle muy original. No poder acudir al interior de la iglesia de manera libre y gratuita, ya que sólo se puede acceder con la visita guiada pagada. 6 euros
