• julieta (7/5): Buena - Los ambientes son muy amplios y cómodos. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de el puerto donde hay parking y a media cuadra del centro Si bien estaba limpio había ráfagas de olor fuerte a cloaca provenientes del baño
• Cathy (8/5): Bel appartement, idéalement situé aux abords du centre historique - La guest house, au premier étage d'un immeuble ancien est idéalement située aux abords du port et du centre historique de Monopoli, à 15 minutes de marche de la première plage. l'appartement est agréable, lumineux et doté d'un balcon. Le simple vitrage n'isole absolument des bruits extérieurs, notamment des aboiements intempestifs (dès 5h chaque matin !) d'un charmant petit chien dans la rue ! un four micro-onde serait utile.
• Luisa (8/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt und Unterkunft. - Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles in Fussnähe erreichbar. Am Rande der Altstatt und deshalb hervorragend. Der beworbene Parkplatz, war für den gemieteten Opel Corsa zu klein. Es hat jedoch genügend öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe deshalb haben wir darauf verzichtet. Der TV hat anfangs nicht funktioniert wurde aber umgehend in einem Zimmer eingerichtet der zweite hat nicht gut funktioniert. Der Haartrockner hat sich nach 1 Minute ausgeschaltet. Nach Intervention des Vermieters ist es leider gleich geblieben. Da das Wetter schön war sind wir ohne Trockner ausgekommen. Ersatz wäre jedoch nötig.
• Zsuzsa (8/5): A fentiek miatt, nem volt jó élmény. - A szállás az óvárosban volt, sétatávolságra a látnivalókhoz. A szállás parkolási lehetőséggel volt meghirdetve, csak ezét választottuk. Majd miután kifizettük a szállást, kiderült, hogy csak kicsi autóval lehet beállni.Szombat lévén órákig keresgéltünk parkolót. Éjjel nem tudtunk aludni, mert az utcán kettőig ordítoztak. Fáradtan ébredtünk.Az ágynemű vékony volt, fáztunk.

• MonikaWro (8/5): Klimatyczne mieszkanie w centrum miasta - Piękny, przestrony apartament z klimatycznym wnętrzem w starym stylu. Na plus odzielne pokoje z dwoma łazienkami. Super lokalizacja, 3 kroki od portu oraz historycznego centrum miasta, 10 minut od stacji. Blisko restauracji i sklepów. Niestety przez stare okna słychać wszystko co dzieje się na ulicy. Mieszkanie jest dosyć ciemne.

The floors were dirty, there were ants, no storage in the extra bedroom for clothes, the kitchen smelled moldy, no wine glasses (it’s Italy!) It could also use a cutting board.

• Dagmara (10/5): Polecamy - 4 znajomych, listopad 2025 - Świetna lokalizacja. Zaraz obok była kawiarnia a kilka kroków dalej najlepszy Aperol, focaccia i pinsa otwarte podczas siesty. W sypialni wygodne materace. Ogrzewanie działało. Blisko kościół, z którego słychać było bicie dzwonów. Kamienica z cudowną klatka schodową i tarasem na samej górze dostępnym na gości. Na uliczkach słychać tętniące życie. Byliśmy w listopadzie 2025. Za mało papieru toaletowego :)

Bardzo dobra cena jak na tak piękne miejsce. Kontakt z wlascicielem przez WhatsApp, który wysyła dokładne informacje i zdjęcia umożliwiające lokalizację miejsca. Brak moskitier w oknach skutkujące pogryzieniem przez komary, brak wentylatora w 1 łazience, stąd nadmierna wilgoc, mało papieru toaletowego (pobyt 4 osob) brak środków czystości oprócz płynu do mycia naczyń, brak dodatkowych worków na śmieci, co przy dłuższym pobycie (7 nocy) jest dość uciążliwe, jeden komplet kluczy.

• True (8/5): Pretty apartment in the heart of historic Monopoli - The property was gorgeous and very quirky in a very convenient location to shops and restaurants. The plumbing and electricity need updating. The shower in one of the two bathrooms only drizzled, necessitating using the other very small bathroom for showers. Checking in was rather confusing.

• Clémentine (8/5): Au cœur de Monopoli - La Vitagira est idéalement située au cœur de Monopoli ! Si vous arrivez en train comme nous, vous êtes à une dizaine de minutes à pied de l’appartement. Le logement est très typique. La literie était bonne. Petit + pour la terrasse au dernier étage qui est très appréciable ! Certes le logement est très bien situé malheureusement très mal insonorisé… Nous avons séjourné durant la seconde semaine de septembre et les festivités dans les rues battaient leur plein. Si vous recherchez du calme, il vaut mieux s’excentrer. Nous avons constaté un bon nombre de fourmis dans les salles de bains ainsi que dans les chambres…

Estrutura maravilhosa, quartos limpos com roupas de cama e toalhas cheirosas e camas confortáveis. Decoração bonita , com cortinas. Utensílios de cozinha necessárias.Nos sentimos em casa. Um pequena caminhada ate a estação mas fica dentro do centro cívico e histórico e ao mar. Como esta numa região turística e comercial, existe um pouco de barulho da rua e os sinos das igrejas que soam sempre. Mas nada que afete seu bem estar.
• Frank (8/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt! Schön eingerichtet. Originell. Und großzügig Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht. Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain, teilweise ist lüften nicht möglich, deswegen ist die Luft etwas feucht und muffig. Schrank/Ablage etwas sehr knapp.

Kleine tip: uiteindelijk kon privé parkeren niet op de tijd die voor ons uitkwam. Derhalve besloten om op de free parking bij de haven te parkeren, wat goed beviel. Is op 5-10 min loopafstand van de accomodatie.

L'appartement était propre hormis le sol, pas d'équipements de nettoyage à disposition. Il manque également de quoi étendre le linge. Dans la description il était également décris qu'il y avait un extérieur, mais en fait cela dépend du logement qui nous ai attribué, tous les logements ne sont pas équipé pareil, l'appartement au rez-de-chaussée de comprenez pas de balcon.

• Bernardi (2/5): Comodo solo per la posizione - La posizione centrale. Vicino a tutto Nel Frigorifero non c'era neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua e nella dispensa nessuna cialda per il caffè. Le manopole del lavandino e della doccia sono antiche e si staccano dal muro (complicato regolare l'acqua fredda e calda). il piatto doccia e il box non sono siliconati quindi appena fai la doccia ti ritrovi tutto il pavimento bagnato. Nel sito c'è scritto che in cucina c'è lavatrice e asciugatrice (non ci sono). C'e una lavanderia prenotabile solo per le persone che restano più di un giorno. L'appartamento è molto umido. Non ci sono finestre. Le prese della corrente sono quasi tutte rotte. non si può raggiungere il b&b con la macchina quindi bisogna parcheggiare altrove.

• Helder Jose Ferreira (1/5): Desilusão num sitio espetacular - Localização Do AC de um dos quartos que não fazia frio, do chuveiro que perdia água por todo o lado, do estacionamento anunciado que nunca existiu mesmo sendo uma condição para o aluguer, do facto do apartamento estar numa zona de circulação automóvel restrita, de nem sequer ter visto ninguém relacionado com o apartamento quer no check in quer no check out, ou de me terem pedido o dobro da taxa turistica, de nem sequer me terem mandado uma mensagem a perguntar se estava tudo bem com o alojamento..... o booking devia rastrear estes alojamentos e bloquea -los.... desaconselho totalmente.

• Giulia (3/5): Would not recommend booking the underground floor - The location is central and the room is cute and has all the facilities We had to leave after just one night due to a strong smell of mold throughout the apartment we booked. The humidity was overwhelming, so much so that the bedsheets felt damp. Unfortunately, the conditions were not livable or healthy, and we couldn't stay any longer.
• Mantere-Meriluoto (10/5): Persoonallinen perheasunto hyvällä paikalla. - Asunto oli tilava ja siisti. Persoonallinen. Myös yhteinen kattoterassi oli kiva, vaikka sitä emme käyttäneetkään. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin ja kylpyhuone oli tilava. Isäntä avulias ja vuokrasi meille myös autopaikan viereisestä (erittäin pienestä!) parkkihallista. Äänieristys oli surkea kadulle. Korvatulpat ehdottomat. Vanhat (mutta kauniit) ovet eivät eristä mitään melua kadulta. Suihku oli uusi sadevesisuihku, mutta erittäin matala! Sopiva alle 180 cm pitkille.

Не ми хареса, че на приземния етаж си имаше дъх на мазе и влага, което създава чувство за спане в мазето, но пък беше хладно. На горния етаж пък заради дървената дограма, се чуваше всеки човек по улицата, а там тълпите са денонощно. Абурд да се спи на отворен прозорец.

• Victor SJ (10/5): Hermoso alojamiento para sentirse en la Puglia - Es un departamento ubicado en el centro histórico de Monopoli, para 3 personas con dos baños y cocina. La ubicación es muy buena en el centro histórico. Para quienes van en automóvil, se puede conseguir estacionamiento en las calles cercanas.

• Federica (7/5): Buona posizione ma solo per brevi soggiorni - La posizione dell'appartamento. Soffitto troppo basso e opprimente e odore di muffa soprattutto stando a letto che è posizionato in cucina.... Mobili carini ma piccoli per mettere gli abiti. Le lenzuola non erano pulite e c'erano le formiche in bagno. Soltanto sapone ma niente prodotti per la doccia e non sono stati forniti asciugamani per il bidet. Comunicazioni lente con l'host. La tassa di soggiorno è di 1€ a notte a persona.

• Imma (10/5): Acollidor - En el centre històric, dormiem amb una olivera dins l’habitaciò. Decoració cuidada al detalle i tot molt acollidor La poca força de l’aigua a la dutxa
• Noemi (7/5): - Posizione ottima nel centro storico di Monopoli. Appartamento arredato con gusto e gestori precisi ed educati. L’appartamento è al piano interrato, quindi manca un po’ di aria e l’odore dello scarico risaliva, lasciando un odore sgradevole all’interno della casa. Per chi è claustrofobico o soffre di allergia non è consigliato. Avremmo gradito forse trovare una piccola boccetta di sapone per fare la doccia.
