The kaundry facilities were not working which apparently haven't worked since last October. There is no breakfast offered. The room had no coffee maker or alarm clock among others. Room wasn't that clean. The place is haunted because I'm got something on camera that clearly wasnt there. Maybe the ghost took the coffee pot..

• Michael (6/5): Decent, with some plumbing issues. - Location was excellent. Counter staff was excellent. Easy, hassle free check in. All vehicles required to have parking pass. This is a good policy for security. Bathroom plumbing had some problems. Toilet and shower fixtures not working properly and communicated issues to the general manager upon checkout. He was gracious and professional and he will address these issues. I am a repeat customer and will return in the future.

The pictures are very outdated and when you get to where you think is going to be a good clean place to stay and what you need to feel comfortable and safe with your choice of reservation for this hotel. As soon as I opened the door to the room I was given. I saw that it was not a acceptable room or safe. It was the 2nd floor and the room's floor was not a acceptable condition for walking on it as it had torn areas that make me feel like I was going to fall down to the first floor. It was a very disgusting room and I felt very offended by the website and hotel as they were very good to take my money out of my bank account and I am still waiting for my refund. I am very upset about how easy it is for this booking.com app and hotel is not a acceptable option for reservations. I didn't like anything at all about this hotel and booking.com is not a acceptable option.

Homeless people and druggies all over the property and parking lot. Lots of foot traffic at all hours of the night. Very noisy! The room smelled like bleach too.

• Crystal (7/5): Met expectations. - Overall cost is good and staff were friendly and helpful. Ac did not work in first room, was advised to let it run. After an hour it was still incredibly hot and miserable. Staff then moved us to a nice cool room with with additional issues.

• Baseggio (8/5): Surprisingly peaceful stay at inn in not so nice Phoenix location - The room was clean and comfortable. We had to get our TV switched out because the original one did not work, but the new one worked great. The location was very convenient, close to several restaurants and a grocery store. The staff was pleasant and helpful! It was not located in a very good neighborhood but was surprisingly quiet and peaceful and we were not bothered by vagrants begging for money This was an added bonus. Our overall stay was very pleasant and worry free. All appliances worked great. We had no complaints at all. We had to extend for a couple more nights and we were easily and pleasantly accommodated! Would recommend for a weekly rental. We had no complaints at all.
• Christine (1/5): Nasty! - I liked when I got to leave. Worst stay of my life. I hated everything. The crackhead, the people trying to get inside the room at 3am, the broken doors, the clogged air vents, the cat piss smell, the smoke coming out of the heater..... EVERYTHING. My husband says it's not the worst he's been at because they didn't have a blood stained bed like a Mexican hotel he stayed in once.
