The one thing I would change if I could is the “barn doors” for the bathrooms. If you like hearing what goes on in there then this is the place for you. Service was good, place was clean.

• Stephen (10/5): An exceptional hotel - location, comfort, and value - Incredible location, right next to Union Station but in a quiet corner without a lot of traffic. Really encourages you to get out and explore. Also want to mention the beautiful lobby, fast elevators that I never waited long for, clean room, incredibly comfortable bed, nice views, and best of all, the value - this was one of the better priced hotels I could find in downtown for this particular night. Steps from Coors Field, Denver Chophouse (my favorite steakhouse in Denver), Blake St and its many bars and venues, and not too far from Larimer Square for fine dining.

Ambler Restaurant breakfasts were delicious and beautifully prepared, and the service was exemplary. Highly recommend the hotel for a memorable visit!
• 713rj (4/5): Great location ..... below average hotel - This was a last minute trip and the hotel we wanted was not available and so we booked this hotel which was in a great location - right next to Union Station. Front desk staff was curteous and the check-in was quick. Unfortunately room was sub-par - very stuffy - either got too hot or too cold at night; uncomfortable bed and pillows and we did not have a single night of good sleep. The room had a nice view, but there was no closet space or dresser to keep your clothes and you literally had to live out of your suitcase; the bathroom had sliding doors, but it refused to stay closed and would always slide open. Housekeeping is not offered daily unless you specifically request it i.e. call them or stop by the front desk every morning and ask for it (if you forget to ask for it in the morning as we did one day, you come back to a room that is not cleaned, with dirty towels, etc.). Once the room was not cleaned despite our asking. They charge a $28+ resort/amenity fee (not sure why??) and offer a bunch of useless credits. Overall a less than ideal stay.

• Maps315861 (8/5): Super Convenient and Well Appointed - The location of this hotel is near perfect. Train to/from airport is across the street yet you will not hear noise from the station. Easy walking to tons of restaurants and shops, including the Whole Foods 5 minutes away. Staff is helpful, the lobby is large enough to hold little meetings with your crew, and the attached restaurant is more than decent (especially for cocktails). The only issue was with internal noise. While concrete pillars in the room make it pretty solid, hallway noise was more than favored, which bled into the room.

• sarah (5/5): I travel a lot to Denver and have stayed in various hotels, I would not stay in this one again as the price was not wort - clean bed and facilities, complimentary beer and wine was nice as well. views and location were lackluster for the price. Online reviews boasted great views of the city. I paid for a deluxe king and the view was of the back side of the building with a drainage pipe and a very dead decomposed bird, did not make for a very romantic view at all. Parking was extremely expensive, parked across the street for less than half the prove the hotel charged for self parking. Noise levels were not great, could hear people talking next door and the heater was extremely loud. Fan in the bathroom just constantly runs and does not turn off

Hotel indigo is a short save walk from Union Station. Hotel seemed newer. Has a bar and restaurant. A free beer and or wine at the bar along with homemade just baked brownies in the lobby. Was walking distance to several restaurants. Very safe area, very few homeless, police around. Coors Field is a half block away, Ball Arena a 15 minute walk. Good service, very nice room. Very affordable compared to surrounding hotels.

• MartynRebecca (2/5): Great location but bad experience and poor service - This hotel has a great location in Denver and looks the part - its clean, modern, and spacious. Sadly however its let down by a few issues: - Rooms are not serviced until day 3, so if you are staying for 3 days (like I did), your room doesn't get cleaned. - the air conditioning is extremely loud so if you keep it on at night, it will wake you up - the shower has no water pressure. There are a few buttons on the shower but none seem to do anything - there's a daily service charge (not sure what for) but part of this is supposed to be a free drink in the bar (I never recieved one) and $5 credit in the hotel shop. The irony is that nothing in the store has a price on it and lo & behold every item I bought cost more than $5 The worst part was when I travelled home to find I have been billed for my stay, despite pre-paying via my travel agent. I raised this pending charge whilst I was there and was told it would disappear from my card when I checked out. The charge didnt disappear and I am now struggling to make contact with the hotel and struggling to get my money back. The bar at this hotel is great, and its a shame that the hotel is so poor because I will be returning to Denver in the future for more Broncos games. I just wont be staying here.

Courteous staff Lighting in room (#650) was very spare and poor. The ceiling in the room was unfinished, showing grey concrete slabs and done moisture patches. It darkened a room that slready had very poor lighting. Charging connections were very poor and outdated.

• Richard (5/5): Would look elsewhere if staying near Union Station again. - Front desk staff is critical to your impression of a hotel. We did not feel welcome. The offer of credit toward purchases to offset the $25 fee were insufficient, just causing you to spend more money in the hotel.
• Nhu (9/5): It was such a wonderful stay and the hotel staff were great. - Staff was exceptional and location was prime. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel bar and restaurant were also super enjoyable with the kindest bartenders and wait staff. The only issue we had was that the rack holding the shampoo, conditioner, and soap fell off of the wall. The rack was held on just by double tape. That was the only issue.

• Tim (10/5): Modern Hotel with Comfortable Spaces- Very Convenient to Union Station - Stayed at Hotel Indigo to catch an early train out of Union Station on the next morning. Very convenient location. Also a really nice Whole Foods Market right nearby, so we were set for a meal or two and some snacks. Friendly staff, large and comfortable lounge area for hanging out. $45/night for parking is crazy. I understand that downtown parking is at a premium and this probably compares to other downtown parking garages, but guests should at least get a discount if not free. This is not unique to Hotel Indigo. I have a real problem with ANY hotel charging its guests for parking. We opted for a nearby lot using SpotHero, which was still in a secured garage and WAY cheaper.

• Favia (10/5): Convenient, Comfortable and worth the views - The location was great. We were visiting for a Broncos game. We walked to Union Station with no issues. Our room was not ready when we checked in so we were able to check our bags at the front desk. When we did check in after the game and dinner, the room was clean and comfortable.

CVS and Whole Foods less than one block away We stayed on the same hotel during the week and we loved! Now we stayed during weekend/ holiday and the neighborhood is not the best, a lot of people sleeping on the streets nearby… if you want downtown is perfect.

• mabarrenechea (8/5): The location is excellent - My husband and I spent a few days there to celebrate Thanksgiving. The location is excellent, close to transportation, restaurants, and shops. The service was excellent both at the hotel and the bar. Beautiful decor. The only things we didn't like were that the heating was very noisy, there were no extra blankets in the room, and the bathroom sink was clogged. We will return, though. Thank you.

• Antony (10/5): Brilliant 🤩 - Fabulous hotel just a short walk to Union Station and the shuttle bus to Red Rocks. I had a city view room which was very spacious and super clean. I had 3 nights here and I can highly recommend staying here. Oscar on reception was brilliant and the overall customer service was first class. I liked the fact that there is someone on reception 24/7. Nothing

• KARENT258 (10/5): Centrally Located, Clean and Great Customer Service - We enjoyed our time here. It was walking distance to so many great local things-dining, shopping, Union Station and sporting events. The front desk staff were very personable and offered great dining recommendations. The hotel was clean, modern and a comfortable place to call "home" for our 4 day trip.

• Linda (10/5): Very fast stay a short distance from Amtrak Union Station. - The room was very nice, clean and the bathroom was big. Nice walk-in shower, the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. I got there late at night, around 12:30 am and had to leave the next morning by 6:00 am. It’s right by the Amtrak Union Station, I felt very safe walking to the hotel that late at night and leaving so early the next morning to walk back to Union Station to catch my Train. The check in and check out process was smooth and fast. Spending more time there. The hotel looked to be with in walking distance to several attractions. It also, looked like there were a lot of eating places nearby.
