• Kathrin (7/5): Stranderlebnis - Die Lage ist top - besser geht es nicht in El Cuyo. Direkt am Strand und in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist man überall im Dorf. Die Hütte ist sehr einfach eingerichtet, aber man hat alles, was man braucht. Auf der kleinen Veranda kann man gemütlich sitzen und aufs Meer schauen. Eine Unterkunft, um total zur Ruhe zu kommen. Weiterempfehlung zu 100%.

• Dana (4/5): OK for one night with no expectations. - Location Kitchen equiped with mismatched dishes for 2 people eventhough room sleeps 4 according to description.However beds are small, two adults would not fit unless they sleep “in attention”. Dirty washcloth, no toaster, old towels and sheets. Tiny bathroom. At night you could hear the loud music from a nearby pub playing until midnight, you will need ear plugs to sleep. At 7 am we were woken by local women playing volleyball next to the shack and their dog barking wildly. We will not return.

Contacted Booking, the next day host magically had a seaview room. I already booked another place. I don't appreciate getting jerked around.

• CEDRIC (10/5): Excellent lieu pour séjourner et découvrir El Cuyo - La cabane est spacieuse et confortable. La plage est à 50m avec un accès direct. Parfait pour admirer lever et coucher de soleil. L’accueil est très chaleureux. Les commerces sont à 5min à pied.

Excelente ubicacion - las fotos no reflejan lo que es, nos dieron cuartos en cabañas separadas, y uno cabaña no era como la de la foto. la habitacion era la de abajo y se oia todo lo de la arriba. Me dieron una habitacion que en las fotos de la pagina no era como se mostraba, era una cabaña x separado. no habia agua caliente. y hacia mucho frio ya que habia entrado norte.

• Rafael (7/5): - The rooms on the first floor have ocean view, although they are not right on the beach. Within its price class, cabañas el Cuyo is probably the only place in town offering (almost) beachfront accomodation. The room is very small for four people, the installations are primitive. There is no noise insulation, the neighbours on the lower floor decided to put their ranchero music at full volume, you just have to suffer it.

• Susan (10/5): Cabanas el Cuyo is a delightful place to spend a beach holiday! - We were looking for a quiet simple beach moment and Cabañas El Cuyo was perfect. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and a short walk to the beach. We stayed an extra day because it was so pleasant! The owner Luz was gracious and helpful and we would happily return.

• Daniela (6/5): - No me parecieron muy cómodas las camas, no tiene aire acondicionado solo ventiladores que son ruidosos, el espacio para la regadera está muy pequeño, en la noche se escuchaban muchos ruidos, prácticamente no hay internet. En general la habitación está muy básica pero tiene muy buena ubicación, tiene bonita vista y a unos pasos la playa y el muelle. El servicio no es de 24 hrs pero la mujer que me atendió fue muy amable. Tiene suficiente espacio para estacionar tu coche y es pet-friendly.

Es una persona siempre pendiente y atenta de las necesidades de los huéspedes. Las cabañas son cómodas y bien ventiladas. El costo es económico. Yo lo recomiendo.
• Oscar (9/5): A few steps to a gorgeous beach - The closeness to the beach and the tranquility we’ve experienced. What you see in photos is what you get. As it’s a two stories building, if people walk on the cabin upstairs it sounds a lot in the cabin downstairs, very annoying.

• Pamela (9/5): Romantic little cabins with amazing view 🎑 - The view and location were outstanding 👌🏾 A little walk from the doorstep to the beach, these cabins have the best location. While there's restaurants and shops in town, the cabins are isolated from the noises. Really loved it and would book again! Good to know: The rooms are equipped with fans only, for us in winter now with mild temperatures it was lovely, but I can imagine in summer the little cabins to heat up more.

Luz was an exceptional host. She was very welcoming and always available for any questions we had. Cabins were getting a major update when we left and the property will be even more amazing!

• Tan (9/5): Great stay by the beach - The property was right by the beach and so spacious! We loved the location and there was even a volleyball court in the sand. A cute iguana also lived in the eaves of our house, which was a nice surprise haha. The town is super cute and very walkable. Such a relaxing two days. Only complaint is the wifi didn’t really work.

• Chloe (9/5): It’s a nice affordable place right on the beach in one of the most beautiful places ever - the location is perfect. the cottage was so cute. the receptionist was kind and helpful some ants and a cockroach in the place but I guess that is to be expected in that type of room
• David (8/5): Perfect place for a few days at the beach with kids. - The location is spot on, 30 seconds from the beach surrounded by restaurants and cafés. Staff are super friendly and there if you need them. The cabin is simple but comfortable and the view is all you need when you wake up. The bathroom was in need of an update.
• LAURA (6/5): Falta mantenimiento y servicio - La locación es hermosa, pero al hotel le hace falta mucho mantenimiento y amor. Tienen una joya que con poquito más seria una maravilla. Una ventana no tenía mosquitero, la pata de una cama estaba floja, la regadera no tenía puerta, la instalación eléctrica medio al descubierto. Eso sí frente al mar y con una vista preciosa. La atención es mínima.

Very disappointing to drove back for 3 hours to Valladolid, no parking, dirty area full of people drinking besides the damaged falling fence. the place looked terrible and I had no internet access to cancel and recuperate my money.
