I think that was a big plus and the wifi reaches up there so I could take calls for work on the roof as well as at the kitchen table downstairs. Great if you work whilst travelling. Also super near the port but also in a quiet set back area. Great air conditioning Honestly nothing.

Great location The smell of hamburgers and the smoke from the burger joint downstairs on the roof deck. Can’t utilize the rooftop during the day because of it.
• Sarah (9/5): Old Town Perfect. - Loved the location, the house was very updated, great air conditioning, wonderful terrace to relax, and a fully stocked kitchen. Showers tend to soak the bathroom with the half door configuration, and it'd be great if it were a self check-in/out apartment to avoid delays waiting on staff to show up.

• Theocharis (10/5): - Clean, hospitality more than expected. Fruit , water, coffee, and homemade jam given as a welcome. Great location. Parking a little tough but call ahead and they might get u a spot.

Could not have asked for more! - Awesome location, with a souvlaki shop right next door, and easy and quick access to both the old and new towns. this meant we had no need for a car. There is even a crystal clear local beach at the end of the street! We used -public transport & tour buses. The house was amazing with plenty of room for all six of us to have space. Christina, the host also provided some personal touches with some homemade goodies. We would difinetely stay there again. Not a dislike as such. The house does have lots of stairs, so anyone who has difficulty would find this a disadvantage, especially as the washing machine is on ground level, but the clothes line is up 6 flights of stairs. I did a lot of washing while we were there, and I guess I got in a lot of excercise up and down those stairs.

• Yilin (10/5): Above and beyond expectations - A spacious, generously appointed and luxurious home, and with a wonderful host too! We appreciated the ensuites and the extra bathroom downstairs as well as the living spaces. It was close to everything and we simply felt spoilt. This would be perfect for families and certainly excellent for a girls trip. Thank you for your hospitality, Christina!

Christina met us and gave us the keys and made recommendations on where to eat. She was extremely responsive to a requests we made over WhatsApp. Even met us on the last day and printed our boarding passes for us. Wish there was a dryer

• Katy (10/5): Amazing location, fantastic stay!! - This property is in an amazing location! So close to everything in the old town. Arriving at 11pm in peak season we were concerned about noise given the precinct is bars and restaurants but the whole apartment has fabulous sound proofing! Easy to check in with Christina keeping in close contact. Gorgeous place, clean and well planned spaces. Plenty of room!! We loved everything. Probably wouldn’t suit a family with young children given the open stairwells and boardwalk designs within the apartment.

It is also in an amazing location in the old city. Right near restaurants and shops, but not right in the heart of it. There was plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Also only a ten min walk to the right for a swim. Try Albi restaurant! Delish dinner in gorgeous outdoor setting. The Chop next door is great. And Pallas philocaly do amazing croissants. Street parking is near impossible- paid parking down the end to the right, then left. Or free parking, open Car park further around to the right. Nothing
• Anne (8/5): Neoria house was comfortable and clean in a central, though quiet area, with generous facilities - The position (quiet for inner city), cleanliness, facilities and outside areas upstairs and entrance. Robes and quality of toiletries. I had great trouble communicating with our host regarding our arrival time and how I would get into the property. It was not mentioned that she was meeting me there. I did ask often how we would enter the property. I msged from the airport as I had wifi, to say we were now leaving in the taxi. The taxi took us to the wrong Neoria apartments not Neoria house. fortunately my niece arrived and was met by the host later. It was unnecessarily stressful after travelling 30 hours from Australia. One key per apartment for four people was very inconvenient.

• Anonymous (9/5): great for a short stay in old town, not great for kids/babies. - interesting design and excellent location. Not the best fit of you have young children. Also probably not great if you’re more than two couples. it’s pretty tight on each floor. ALSO didn’t like that the electricity shuts off as soon as a door opens. meaning, everyone in your party has to come and go together, or the person staying behind has to go all the way down to switch the ac back on (as it’ll switch off when someone leaves).

• Christina (9/5): Beautiful space in a great location. - The space was wonderful. Traveling with my husband, mother, and aunt, we could spread out and each had not only our own room, but level and bathroom. Also appreciated the water, fruit, and toiletries! Christina was very helpful and accommodating when it came to checking in and out. Wish there was more than one key, or a door code, so that we could more easily do different activities during the day.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Beautiful Chania. - Beautifully designed 2 bedroom property with 3 bathrooms. Located in a quite little street steps from the harbour and old town. Perfect spot to stay with all facilities you could wish for. All AC switches off when you leave, so it can be a bit warm when you return.
• Jim (10/5): Excellent accommodations - This place was amazing... the manager wss great..very friendly and helpful..told us lots of things to do. Location was perfect.. next to shopping, restaurants, sightseeing.. you name it. Just a warning there are a ton of stairs, so if you have any concerns keep that in mind. Would definitely stay here again.

• Artemis (10/5): Exceptional Apartment In Old Town Chania - Neoria houses was a great place to stay. It looks as beautiful as in the pictures and the space is indeed newly renovated -- it seemed literally brand new to us. There were a lot of thoughtful design touches and space usage decisions throughout, and the marriage of the sleek and clean modern aesthetic with touches of homages to ancient ruins was like eye candy for me. Note that the space is somewhat more vertical than horizontal, so be prepared to use the stairs to get to the bedrooms, loft, veranda, etc. The apartment includes a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed on the first floor, 3 bathrooms, laundry and a veranda. Veranda does not have a water view, but has a nice view of some neighboring buildings in old town Chania and is a great place to dry your beach towels or to sit and have coffee. All of the beds were very comfortable, including, somewhat remarkably, the sofa bed. There was a separate air conditioner for each room. The location is fantastic. Right in old town Chania, next to some popular bars and restaurants, minutes from the harbor. Soundproofing is excellent. You hear essentially nothing from outside. Owners/managers are very nice and cleaned the apartment regularly. Felt very welcomed and comfortable in this apartment. While I highly recommend it, I am a little afraid because I suspect that once word gets out, I may not be able to book it next time I am in Chania.
