Giriş kattan oda verildiği için sürekli sesler vardı ve eşimle uyuyamadık. Odanın hemen yanında malzeme deposu olduğu için sürekli kapı çarpma sesine sıçrayarak uyandık. Üst kattan oda talep ettik fakat 1 gece diye odamızı değiştirmediler.

We ordered two single beds and we were told only one blanket was available.Since it was so dirty anyhow and we were not intending to use it, there was no point arguing.

Det var som om at være i et fængsel da der ikke kunne komme frisk luft ind på ingen måder. Det mener meget om hostel og ikke et hotel hvor man kan hører alt det der foregår ude foran døren. Sengene var forfærdelige og meget beskidte. Anbefaler på ingen måder!!!

- Vanessa (2/5): HOTEL HORRIBLE A FUIR DE TOUTE URGENCE - J'ai eu l'occasion d'aller dans une trentaine d'hôtels mais je n'ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi sale et un personnel non professionnel. J'ai demandé à 3 reprises des serviettes J'ai dû relancé le mr de l'accueil en insistant que je les voulais maintenant et son collègue m'a répondu que je devais attendre qu'il finisse sa cigarette. Le mr a fini par m'apporter des serviettes sales humides dans lesquelles il y avait des cheveux. La salle de bain était horrible, la climatisation fuyait dans la chambre. Heureusement que nous y sommes restés que 1 jour le temps de prendre notre avion le lendemain. J'en garde un très très très mauvais souvenir. Je déconseille fortement.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good price but don't go for the economy option - The staff are good in English and helpful. Rooms are good in size and location is close to metro and to shops. The hotel needs to consider having bedsheets and refrigerators in their hotel rooms to get better reviews. Heating was flawed for the economy choice, and the room was underground. Don't go for that option!
- Melih (2/5): - We stayed at the hotel for five days and it was a nightmare.we had to change rooms 3 times and refused to change any more. There are cigarette burns on the bed sheets, and under the bed there was cigarette Buds. The showers leak water into the rest of the bathroom. There was pubic hair of other people on the wall of the shower which weren’t cleaned. The second room the toilet seat fell off as soon as we opened the lid they told us they would come and fix it but nobody came for 24 hours and they offered us to change the room. In the third room we couldn’t sleep for 2 days because of very loud moaning noises. We asked for our money back that we did not already stay but they just said no and offers to change our room. We almost stayed in every room of the hotel because every room has a problem and they are not helpful at all. We were going to stay for 15 days but at the end of the 5th day we couldn’t take it any more and we left the hotel. They did not refund our money but said that they will give us hotel credit and we can come and stay anytime. I got in touch with Expedia multiple times and sent them photographic proof of the problems we were having but that was no help either. I recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel. I was there for an exam I was way past studying in the hotel room because of the problems but once it started affecting my sleep I stormed out of the hotel.

- Robert (6/5): Nice staff. Rooms are average. - The hotel itself is fairly average. It's in a great area near the airport (but that is changing). The water is hot but some rooms are quite small. Things are somewhat outdated. The breakfast is normal at best. On the positive though, the management is incredible kind and allowed us to keep our baggage there at the hotel while we were gone for a week.

The hotel was about 7 - 10 minutes away only and cost us around 30 lira. its a basic simple clean hotel. other customers were noisy at night but that depends on the customers on the day. the toilets were clean. the breakfast was basic and ok. the staff were friendly, helpful and arranged airport taxi for us.

- Morteza (2/5): WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - They have no shame! I have seen bad behaviour, I have seen dirty hotels, bad staffs, overcharging without notice, but this was the worst of all! The receptionist refused to host us when we had a confirmed reservation. They simply sold our room to someone else triple the price and let us hanging in the middle of nowhere! Can you even imagine that? when I asked the guy why he just simply threw us out of the property while shouting at us. I have never been more scared of such a shameless behaviour from a staff.

- Ramsey (6/5): Hotel close to Airport. - Hi, I have chosen this hotel for two main reasons: 1- It is close to the airport 2- the good reviews it has. Who am I? I am male, in my late 30's. I like quiet places and I try to avoid crowded places. My hygiene standards are quite high. Only the Swiss beat them! haha My own honest experience as follows: - Staff were super friendly. Was really happy with them... - Although the hotel is very close to the airport, you'll still have to pay at least 15TL for the transport to the airport (using Uber). - The hotel room was reasonable, no funny smells and everything worked as it should. The bed was as hard as rock (which could suit some people but also could be a problem to others). Some painting was coming off the wall but that is it. - The hotel is directly under the take-off line so expect loads of noises from airplanes with their engine at full load. The windows are not sound proof so if you're sensative sleeper then please avoid, if you're not bothered with that then I would definatly stay there again. Overall, i wont give this hotel 4 out of 5. Maybe 3 out of 5 is more fair. Staff, thank you very much, i wish i could have provided a much more positive feedback but this feedback system definatly help others and it should be as honest as possible.

- Haroon (2/5): Inci express hotel staff steals from your luggage - My stay at Incin Express Hotel was horrible. The staff stole expensive items from my luggage. When I contacted the hotel automatically blamed it on the taxi driver. I my self was in the taxi, the taxi driver never was alone with my luggage. Do not stay at this hotel. They will steal from your luggage. Terrible customer service. The front receptions are terribly rude.

When I reached the Express Inci hotel they told that my booking is for one person sharing a hostel room with many others. This was the last thing I would expect. So, I left at the same moment to look for a proper single room in another hotel. Had to walk and walk to find a suitable hotel. I did not stay at the hotel I booked via Hotels.com.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Easy layover - Had one of those unavoidable overnight layovers on Turkish Air, and needed a close, cheap hotel option. Express Inci was perfect for this. Great price for family of four, with lots of space, 4 separate beds, clean accomodations, excellent AC, fridge with free bottled water, hot tea in room, helpful English-speaking staff, cable w/ flatscreen TV, and a diverse self-serve continental breakfast selection. Taxi had hard time finding location, so bring along the address and phone # on a piece of paper for the driver. (There are other Inci hotels nearby.)

- Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect layover hotel - This hotel does exactly what it is supposed to do with a fabulous level of service. We arrived late at night, were welcomed with a cup of chai, a smile, and an exact understanding of what the layover traveler needs. He offered a wake up call, informed us he could call a can at any time, and it would be able to come in two minutes. We declined the wake up call, but sure enough, he was there smiling and ready for us At 03:30am. I would absolutely stay here again for a layover. The rooms are pretty small and I doubt there are tourist destinations nearby, though, so despite my satisfaction, I cannot recommend it for long term tourism. I do recommend having the address and street shot from the reservations page ready as there are several similarly named hotels, and this is a newer one. Our incoming can't made several wrong stops before calling the hotel for directions.

- Verified traveler (10/5): NICE HOTEL, EXCELLENT STAFF - The hotel is not located in the nicest neighborhood in Istanbul, but the cleanliness, excellent service, the nicest staff, very good breakfast make it an excellent choice for travellers who wants to stay in a hotel thats close to the airport. Highly recommended

- Naomi (8/5): Nice hotel for a good price - The location is was bothered me a little. It was a bit too far from everything else... The receptionists were absolutely great. They gave me advice on the places to go to and how to get around the city. They also had people go with me to the supermarket or the liquor store etc... One thing I was a little annoyed with was that one day, while i was sleeping with a headache, the two cleaning ladies came in and started cleaning even after telling them to please come back later. I literally had to get up to escort them out. I'm pretty sure that the language barrier was also to blame in that situation but you simply don't clean a room while the guest is in unless you have their permission. Otherwise, i had a wonderful stay at Express Inci Hotel and i would definitely recommend it.
