• George (8/5): - The amenities are dated and many are not available. However, the room was clean and quiet and for a bargain price was adequate and serviceable. The jacuzzi did not work, but the clerk told us that when we checked in, and we weren't looking to use that anyway. All told, it is a good buy, for bare-bones motel/housing. The only problem we had was that the driveway is after the crest of a hill and somewhat obscured, but that was not terribly problematic. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was pleasant and capable.

• Sara (4/5): - Dirty smelly just gross. Take your money and go somewhere else. There are much better hotels/motels in the area for just a couple dollars more. I can’t stand that these kind of motels are offered on Expedia/hotels.com. They should have better standards.

• Cindy (6/5): - Checking in: The person at the desk informed me that if I booked online I may not have a room. Luckily, unlike the couple checking in before me, I was given a room. Upon entering the room there was a strong smell of cannabis even though this was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Room: Jacuzzi didn’t work (I wouldn’t have used it anyway). The furnishings were well used (nicks and gouges in the wood). The bathroom had been redone. Shower, sink and toilet all seemed new. The bed was fine but the blanket was really old and looked dirty. Cleanliness of the room was ok. I don’t like giving bad reviews but felt I needed to say something so others won’t be surprised.

• Jennifer (2/5): don't stay here - Location seemed sus- people wandering around the back parking lot. They only gave us 2 pillows and 1 towel. The phone did not work, there were drawers missing and mold on the ceiling outside the room.
• Emily (2/5): - We booked here two weeks early and paid in advance. I called and let them know we would be checking in a little late. They gave our room away and we were there by 10 pm. Expedia covered an upgrade, but we couldn't put our one year old to bed until 2 am, once they found is a room. Again, it was reserved and paid for in advance. I don't care if i wanted to leave the room empty. I already paid for it. Glad i got the travel insurance!

• Brent (10/5): Great Spot! - Great deal for a great price! Clean and cool (the air conditioner blasted). I asked for a late check out and got it. Area is good and the parking lot is well lit. I read reviews before staying since it is such a good price. Totally great. The floors are laminate (at least mine was). No stopper in the bath tub. Other than that…superb.

• Richard (8/5): - Good choice along hotel row for low cost no (seriously, NO) frills two night stay. Bathroom is cramped but serviceable and room is acceptably clean. It also appears that all of the rooms had their beds replaced recently so that's also a plus.

• tayler (2/5): - The hotel smelled like animals and pee right when you walked in. The first room they tried to put us in had large stains and cigarette burns on the sheet. The walls are so thin I could legitimately hear the woman coughing next door, as well as her and a man fighting all night and throwing things around the room. Sounded like they were rearranging furniture at 1am. I informed the front desk. We were there for work so sleep was essential and not good, which defined affected my work ethic the following days. We also saw a very weird interaction with a male and female in the elevator. We informed the desk about this as well. I would not recommend staying here what’s so ever unless you are desperate.

• Richard (8/5): - Extremely no frills low cost hotel in Monaca, PA. There are many to pick from as this area experienced a hotel "boom" while a petrochemical plant was being built ten years ago and The Inn Forza is always the lowest cost option. Generally clean but very dated, and the bathroom layout in particular is fairly cramped. One plus is that all of the room beds were recently replaced. If you need a place to sleep and don't care about not having any of the amenities of a higher cost hotel (dining area, phones in the rooms, etc.), then this is the place for you. Staff are generally courteous and attentive.

• Catherine (4/5): - The room was somewhat clean. Stained linen and not maintained fixtures in the room. The bathroom had holes in the wall from old fixtures and the “fireplace” didn’t give any heat. The jacuzzi worked well and the shower pressure was great. The second night my husband and I got back to the room later, around 10 pm or so and our room smelled of cigarette smoke. It was permeating the entire room. Neither of us smoke cigarettes and I have asthma so it was very bothersome for me.

• Pat (10/5): Not without faults but great value - Rooms are really big and there is a lift for the upper floors. Efficient heating. In a budget hotel the lack of carpet in the room is actually a plus. Couldn’t get the water to come out of the shower so we had really enjoyable baths instead!
• Verified traveler (2/5): Stay away - Booked this stay online and then showed up and was immediately disappointed. The place smelled like smoke and was just overall not clean. Tried to cancel my reservation and it was an absolute pain. Ended up having to pay for one of the nights even though i didn’t stay.

A lady keep trying to peek in my window from the outside. Go somewhere else. A homeless shelter would have been a better option.
• Starr (10/5): Excellent hotel - I was skeptical about this hotel since it was such a low price to stay but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, it was quiet and comfortable, I liked that they actually had real blankets on the bed and not just a duvet like most hotels do. I would definitely stay here again in the future!
• Chelsea (2/5): - When I entered the room there was animal droppings on the floor the bathroom sink was full of hair and dirt there was ramen noodles all over the bathroom floor, I was switched to another room and the toilet seat was Completely broken off the tv did not work there was sticky stuff all over the floor it was a complete disaster. I am extremely unhappy.
• Verified traveler (4/5): You get what you pay for. - It was dirty. Like really dirty. My socks were almost black after just a few hours there. The comforters had stains on them. The sheets didn’t look like they were actually washed. I moved the bed to check for bed bugs and it was so dirty behind it. The dresser in the room had three slots, but only two drawers that weren’t placed in the right slots. I sat on the bed and the whole bed like tilted. It was not worth it, no matter the price. My daughter wanted to stay and sleep in our vehicle instead of there. We ended up leaving very quickly.

• Richard (6/5): Better than sleeping in my car - This is a very budget hotel along a row of three or four on Old Brodhead Road. Three floors with a functional elevator but this trip, I was in room 101 which is right next to the coin op laundry. Needless to say, the noise factor (machines, conversations) was significant at all hours of the night. Checked in at 3 PM and was out by 7 AM the next morning. It's adequate and cheaper by almost half (in some cases, well more than half) of the other options. If I were staying longer than one night, I'd spend the money but for a quick trip on a budget, this will do.

• Tina (8/5): - I’m originally from a town over, so this area definitely is safe and convenient. If you familiar with motel6, well there one and the same. Simple place to stay and keep it moving. If you get the African American male, he’s great and make you feel welcomed. But listen up, if you get the women that work here, the energy is off and it makes you want to leave.

• Daniel (6/5): Little sketchy, but not horrible - I've seen worse, but it definitely not somewhere I'd stay if I was traveling with anyone else. Good enough for just me for 2 nights. Loud and smoky on the 3rd floor. The ac was nice and cold and the bed was decently comfortable. Bare minimum type of place but you should probably expect that from the price.
