Но мадам на ресепшене, позволила проживание, пока будет идти разбирательство! По итогу пришлось платить отдельно! Отелю спасибо за понимание и уступки! Сервису букинг минус за неудобства из-за непоняток с оплатой!

Thomas (4/5): Worst stay ever - My luggage was removed from my room during the first day. Reported to the hotel magnetment but the didn't believe me. reported the case to the police. Second day after returning from the police station, I found all my luggage hidden in the cleaning staffs room.

Frank (8/5): Einfaches Hotel in toller Lage - 4 Tage am Ende einer Rundreise, der Aufenthalt diente zum Entspannen: Strand, baden, Frozen Yoghurt essen (auf keinen Fall versäumen!!), an der öffentlichen "Strandbar" mit Blick auf Meer und Sonnenuntergang Goldstar trinken. War super, wie erwartet. Bat Yam ist angenehmer als Tel Aviv, aber im Grunde ein Vorort und TA war schnell zu erreichen (Bus 18, gleich um die Ecke). Jeden Morgen vor dem Frühstück ins Meer gesprungen.
aharon (2/5): שערוריה! - כאשר הגענו ב16:00 לא היה כלל חדר פנוי - חוששני שהמלון עובד לפי שעות! וכאשר דרשנו חדר ובסטנדרט שהזמננו ,זה הרגיז מאוד את בעל-הבית ,וגורשנו בבושת פנים לרחוב! ללא שום אלטרנטיבה מידית !אני מתפלא שחברה רצינית כמוכם עובדת עם רפש כזה! בכל מקרה בbooking זה לא היה קורה !אני דורש פיצוי על הביזיון וההשפלה שעברתי ורק אז אמשיך לעבוד עם Hotels

De plus si vous payez en une autre monnaie que le dollars, ils prennent une commission sur la monnaie de change c'est malhonnête.

Opadaná omítka okolo oken jen dotvářela atmosféru celého hotelu. Jediné co bylo možné hodnotit pozitivně byl vstřícný přístup personálu a pak snídaně. Jinak se jedná spíše o ubytovnu
