Guest Reviews
- Gerhard Tillmann (8/5): -
- Crespo (9/5): Great place to escape - The staff is great. The attention to guest is superb The 7 am text regarding room cleaning.
- Raene (10/5): Best villa stay in Kerobokan - Best villa during our trip! None so far
- Brittany (1/5): Stay somewhere else.. - Off a semi quiet street close to raw gym. I think the reviews are paid or AI. Bots cause we stayed one night and left… room hot, aircon not good, bed was hard, bathroom was old and a “wet room” so water went everywhere from the shower. Mozzies in the room, bitten when I was sleeping. Dog barking, other people noise. Pool dirty. Just save your money and go elsewhere. Not sure how this place is 4 stars… at all!
- John (10/5): -
- Anna (10/5): -
- Emilie (7/5): - Piscine, calme et gentillesse des hôtes Pas hyper propre, de l’eau chaude mais moins de 5 minutes, assez éloigné des plages mais se fait facilement en scooter.
- Tara (3/5): - Nothing Unaccommodating service throughout no matter the request
Average Facilities, nothing like the photos
No supplied water, only 2 bottles upon arrival
Local stray dogs barking all night literally all night
- sandra (10/5): Paradise in Canggu - Everything about this villa was perfect I had my piece of paradise. I wish I could take the villa with me to every part of Bali I stay in, it is just amazing. And the staff can't do enough for you. Very accommodating and welcoming 🙏🙏 everything was just outside this location restaurants, bar's, massages. Amazing accommodation, thank you so much for having me stay 🙏💞 I cannot think of anything
- Bruno (8/5): Super, à refaire. - Le personnel est réactif, toujours à l'écoute et très sympathique
L'appartement est spacieux et calme. Rien
- Odhran (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marten (8/5): Very good -
- Shahryar (8/5): Loved the property the staff was very nice and helpful. Some things that can be improved is one of the light was flicker - Loved the property the staff was very nice and helpful. Some things that can be improved is one of the light was flickering which could have been better if it was good other than the location is good but it’s in a place from where you will have to go far away to reach most of the spots which was fine for me but if you want to stay close to the beach or want to have some close clubs then you need to keep that in mind rest all was good Loved the property the staff was very nice and helpful. - Joshua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bow (7/5): A quiet and relaxing resort - The staff are really nice and accommodating. The location is close to the action but just far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Smoking was an issue. Despite most (?) of the rooms being nonsmoking, those who are sensitive to it may find it hard to avoid sometimes. Smoke came into my room through the aircon on occasion due to other guests smoking nearby.
Fortunately, the staff was able to move me into another room right away.
- Ena (4/5): Mold Everywhere!!!! Don’t Stay Here. - Mold everywhere. Poorly maintained, mold coming throughout the room , through the paint. We got sick and had to go to the doctor and had to leave early to find another hotel.
- michaeldV0WH (10/5): This is the pace to stay - Great hotel, rooms are as you see in photos big and spaces, quite hotel no party's witch was perfect I stayed 21day training at bali mma, witch is a 5 min walk. And the staff were amazing so polite and made you feel welcome and will help you with anything. They even would clean your room everyday if you wanted, I never beacuse it doesn't need done everyday, but if you want it they will do it. If I go back to bali to train mma I'll only be staying at this place.
Love from scotland.
Michael.
- Jade (8/5): Very good - Staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive Location is perfect for my needs, facilities cover are necessities and staff are beautiful
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Assumpta (10/5): - The place is very lovely, the staff are very very lovely! Beautiful area.
- Alirra (8/5): Very good -
- Sc (5/5): Passable - The smell of the room and bed was a bit hard
- Jeffrey (8/5): Very good - Pool
- Coret (1/5): Bad - The accomodations are not like the pictures...at all...seems like 5 years or more since pictures were taken. We paid for 4 nights/5 days and left the accomodation after spending one night only. Had to book and paid for another hotel as we were very dissapointed and didn't want to spend the holidays in a moldy place. The shower and toilet are outside and barely covered so the tiles of the shower are covered with molds since it's a rainny place..the shower tap ..rusty...felt like there are no big Cleaning at all.we booked for a private villa with pool and the pool was dirty. No way children could swim inside especially with the belly bali. Very very dissapointed especially that we lost our money since we paid for 4 nights already for a private villa and had to paid for another accommodation.
- ??? (10/5): - 最高!
- Tyron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Debora (8/5): Very good - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable . Toilet it's pretty old
- Hayley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lachlan (8/5): Very good -
- Domingos (7/5): Decent place but maybe not for family with young kids - It was quiet and peaceful and the breakfast was good too There were mosquitoes everywhere, we came expecting a kid-friendly pool but it wasn’t because the pool was so deep, the drawers had stains on them and the walls could use a little color. Because of all this (especially the pool) we had to checkout after the first night stay
- Kc (5/5): Passable -
- Oghosa (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend for solo female travellers - Great location, 24 hour security and spacious villa The staff aren’t properly trained and the rooms weren’t clean. There were insects and ants all the time. The sink was faulty in both rooms I stayed in. I also found the staff really rude and sexist. I have a chronic illness that causes me to bleed unexpectedly. They publicly demanded I pay huge charges for small blood stains even though I was staying in the most expensive room. On another day they refused to give me breakfast because I didn’t ask them in time? Even though it was an hour til breakfast ended. Pool wasn’t cleaned thoroughly either so I didn’t risk going in. Really weird unprofessional behaviour. Wouldn’t recommend for female solo travellers.
- Svetlana (6/5): Pleasant - Very Friendly staff
Attentive with Cleaning Daily
Pool in good condition and maintained Outdoor Toilet stank of sewerage
Outdoor Living Area again smelled on and off
No decent streaming like Netfilx, Prime , television transmission poor reception
Very Basic utensils
- Connor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Udesha (8/5): We had a comfortable stay, value for the money we spent. The staff was friendly and helpful. - Value for money, all basic necessities are there.
Big spacious rooms and toilets It could have been more cleaner and the room lights were very dim
Pool looks dirty too
- Kate (6/5): Spacious and quiet but rundown and grimy. Potential but needs a lot of work work. - Beds were comfy, great sized rooms and lovely large villas, private and quiet. Water filter and large fridge. Very nice staff. There’s potential but overhaul needed. Felt dirty and rundown minute I arrived. Pool, outdoor kitchen and bathrooms really grimy. One bathroom really stunk and it would stink out the bedroom. Location was a bit too isolated for kids, hard to walk around with them and traffic was bad in that area. Street dogs and feral cats hanging around all the time and would enter villas given the chance. Didn’t get clean towels and only had 2 pool towels for 4 guests. Towels and linen has stains on them - time to replace them. Bin in kitchen really old and dirty looking. Water would go all over the tiles which were very slippery and our 3 year old slipped multiple times. Would be better suited to young couples or young friends on a budget as a step up from hostels who want to be off the beaten path but still close enough to access Canggu cafes and nightlife. Unfortunately our crew bailed early and have extended stay in Legian which is much cleaner and better suited to young families.
- Leticia (3/5): Beware of aggressive dogs, they will bite!! - The gardens were neat and it was clean. They fail to mention the extra security by the way of vicious dogs. after a long day of travelling my daughter and I arrive at the property and were met with a frightening experience, we were approached by 3 dogs barking, ready to attack us. myself and my 11yr old daughter both love dogs but these dogs were very aggressive, we were extremely lucky to not have been bitten. Yes they bite!! I ended up having to find accomodation elsewhere. I am very protective, as most mothers are of their children and I was not willing to put mine or my daughter’s safety and well-being at risk. This idea of extra security by way of vicious animals is absurd, install a gate. I received a refund however the great lengths I had to go through to avoid cancellation costs, was like pulling teeth. It’s unfortunate because the place looked pretty good. Hopefully the owner realises the risk, before someone is seriously injured. It’s only a matter of time.
- Mathangi (7/5): Good - It was nice and comfortable
- Kee (7/5): Good -
- Amanda (7/5): Pleasant and relaxing. Got a message and nails done without having to leave the hotel. - Staff were so nice and accomodating. Pool area was relaxing. Old doors. Hard to lock the room door.
- Warren (8/5): - Staff were very friendly
- Liam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (7/5): Good - The private pool even though it was very small The pool was small
- Tess (9/5): We loved it! - Staff & location The shower
- Hussein (10/5): - Friendly staff always help use with everything
- Nancy (8/5): Very good - For the villas they should actually provide a king bed instead of queen
- Nancy (8/5): Very good -
- Sneha (7/5): Good - Swimming pool, local pets, quietness. Staff were very helpful in providing amenities. Mosquitoes in kitchen drawers and over cooking items.
- Grant (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hilal (8/5): Very good -
- Teria (10/5): Everything was great - They were nice and everything was accessible. N/A
- Darcy (8/5): Amazing thankyou - Fantastic location great little vila, perfect and affordable
- Hadyn (7/5): Good -
- Kaela (9/5): Superb -
- Coco (6/5): Great staff, location, price. However more measures for guest health & safety should be taken. - The staff were very nice, location great and size of villa perfect The pool turned green on the 3rd day of our stay. After I asked it to be fixed the pool maintenance person came in and ‘fixed’ it and said it was now okay to swim in. It was still green however i swam as I was told it was okay. The pool gave me a staph infection which caused me to be unable to swim for the rest of my trip, with painful sores all over my body. I was purely offered a free breakfast to resolve this issue.
- Jessica (10/5): Great location for bali mma and crossfit wunderlust. - Close to gyms, coffee, laundry,
Beds comfortable.
Private villa is exactly that! Private.
Staff amazing.
Have stayed before, will stay again in the future. Perfect for our needs. Im sad the new road has made more traffic near by but thats progression isnt it. Canggu needed the new detour road.
- Rick (8/5): Very good -
- Megan (8/5): Small and quiet hotel - The room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
The Location was good as it was a 15min drive into Canggu Center. The rooms were very basic and could do with a touch of paint. The bathroom could be a cleaner and updated.
But if you looking for a cheap, nice hotel. This is the one.
- Ijbelle (8/5): Very good - Quiet, Beautiful Garden setting. Lovely staff. Only a small annoyance the balcony light was on all night so the room was not so dark
- Jill (10/5): Loved this place, fantastic value - Private villa with frangipanis Nothing
- Kashmira (6/5): Overall was a good stay - The property was good specially 2bedroom villas, however the deluxe room was ok . swimming pool was amazing . the facility was not so good , no lunch and or dinner facilities . only breakfast was provided was ok that to after 8.reptiles and mosquitoes an issue
- Howman (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were amazing, very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect and the rooms are clean with everything you need. The pool is clean and nice to chill out. Will certainly book again, highly recommended.
- Yau (8/5): A chilled-out Villa and Rooms. - The large spacious room on the ground level facing the pool. The Villa and Rooms just off the main road in Canggu. You would need transport I.e. hiring a scooter or car to get to the main hustle and bustle of Canggu beach to enjoy the vibe. The bed mattress was a bit firm for my liking. The hot water lasted halfway through my shower.
- Megan (1/5): Terrible - What we paid it’s not worth it The whole place didn’t look anything like the photos
- Labbe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Osama (8/5): Great location and comfortable - I stayed in this hotel for one month and my experience was amazing. Great location and friendly staff. The hotel is very comfortable and you will feel yourself at home.
- Sarah (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jaira (6/5): Pleasant - Swimming pool area Bedroom furniture and Bathroom vanity were in very bad condition. Cabinets falling apart. Tiles in the shower very mouldy and dirty. Toilet with permanent stain in the bowl. I didnt find it clean at all. It needs an urgent revamp. Walls in bedroom with sign of infiltration. Property has residents dogs that were barking at night.
- Mary (10/5): We really enjoyed our family stay over and staff are friendly and helpful - It was very nice and simple A kettle would be nice to have one in room
- Daniel (5/5): wouldn't stay again - the pool staff were not very helpful or friendly. location isn't to good, staff left dogs in that barked most night at stupid O'clock in the morning
- Tricia (7/5): Good - good for the price could of been a bit more cleaner, lots of ants everywhere
- Yannick (7/5): Good value for money, but check-in process can be better - Value for money. Good room for price per night We arrived at 00:30 am. But notified the staff in advance through the booking app that we would arrive late into the night. They confirmed there would be no issue. When we arrived, a security guy was sitting at the desk who was unable to communicate in English. It He wouldn’t give us the WiFi password so translating was also not an option.. after an hour and some phonecalls later we were finally handed over the keys to our room.
- Christel (10/5): Exceptional - The friendliness of staff and how accommodating they were. Nothing
- Alessandro (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were very friendly.
- Tate (6/5): Wouldn’t stay again - Lovely pool area and large villa. Main pool outside is pretty. Wifi worked well and villa was quiet. Air con worked well. Shower was very dirty - I could wipe the dirt and grime with my finger so clearly hadn’t been cleaned, towels were dirty. Staff were unhelpful, rude and there was zero service - very unlike Bali. Wifi was good. Location is isolated and about 45 minute walk to the beach. Wouldn’t stay again
- Angeliki (5/5): Not happy with it! - The staff was very friendly and helped a lot when we needed anything. So my friends and I booked a villa and a room to accommodate the 6 of us. The room was smelling moldy and it was so unbearable we had to ask to change rooms. The staff was aware of the issue and without hesitation they gave us the room next door which was smelling slightly better (I understand this is a common problem with all the humidity in Bali but that was on another level!!). The villa on the other hand was not well maintained at all!!! The pool was moldy, with broken tiles and the kitchen was disgusting. The couch was probably never cleaned as you can see in the photos. The owner needs to do a better job at maintaining the place.
- Rebecca (9/5): Superb -
- Hazel (5/5): Passable -
- Camila (6/5): Don't expect a spark place, but it's a good value for money. - The location was good, the pool was nice and stuff member was nice. The rooms need a furniture upgrade , and the bathroom needs a good clean.
We arrived at the hotel around 11:30 pm, after a long flight.
After the shower, I lay down at the bed and, to my surprise, the bed broken with me. With no way to get fixed at the moment and no room available, we had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep. So was kindy stress and not much sleep.
They got fixed on the following day, but it wasn't nice to have this happened.
- Hannah (8/5): Quiet area, clean rooms and lovely staff! - Clean rooms, lovely staff. N/A
- Will (8/5): - Decent enough place to stay, with a lovely private pool. Outdoor area was nice but rooms and bathrooms could do with an upgrade; harsh lighting and poorly finished.
- Henry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ipek (8/5): Very good -
- Oumayma (7/5): Good -
- Anija (8/5): Very good -
- Charlotte (6/5): Pleasant - The private pool villa was good and it served its purpose for the one night we had there. The location wasn't great.
- Vipin (8/5): Very good - Very polite and helpful staff.Clean rooms .Value for the cost. TV didn't work.
- Laura (8/5): Very good - The property was a good distance from the centre of Canggu. The staff were extremely helpful with any issues and questions that we had. It was a walking distance from a supermarket and laundry service. There was a problem with ants (however this was dealt with by the staff immediately). There were cats which roamed the outdoor living space during the night and often wanted to get into the bedrooms.
- Tasha (6/5): Nice but not worth the money - The staff are very nice kick back. The rooms were always cleaned everyday and it was family friendly. It definitely doesn’t look like the pictures it is mouldy and run down. And kitchen utilities not clean and mosquitos are pretty bad if your in the villas…. If they just renovated it maaateeee it would be great!! worst part is the LOCATION. Omg the worst
