- タクト (10/5): - 食べ歩きスポットから近いので車で行く場合は運転に十分注意するのと、17時以降は宿の売店以外ほぼ閉まるので早めに買い物を済ませることを気をつけておけば最高の滞在になると思います。 季節にもよりますが、蚊が寄って来やすいので刺された場合に備えて薬があると安心です(虫除けのノーマットは常備されていました)

- Verified traveler (10/5): 近金鱗湖的旅館，頂級服務，賓至如歸。 - 從車站拉大行李一路不分心走到旅館的話大約20分鐘，可以事先和旅館預約接送。旅館優雅別緻且古色古香，房間、料理跟泡湯體驗都讓人驚艷，還有專門的可愛女將服務。離金鱗湖、街道和有名的由布まぶし心餐廳都非常近，下次來由布院仍會優先考慮這裡。

I don't have to worry too much about my kids bothering other people in the public onsen. The room we have is very large in size and very comfortable. Meals are great and service is good. All in all, it was a great experience.

- YEBIN (8/5): 가격대비 조금 생각이 필요해요? - 비가 억수로 와서 쫄딱 젖었음에도 1시간 전 도착했는데 체크인 안해주더라고요. 유노츠보 거리 활성화를 위한 듯 싶었습니다..그렇게 비오는데 사람들이 다 밖에 있었던 것을 보면요. 그래도 전체적인 서비스는 좋았는데요 다만 노천탕이 보수중임에도 미리 사전에 알림없이 원래 가격그대로 받으면서 그냥 양해해달라는 식이었어요. 그부분이 이번 첫 료칸에서 이미지가 안좋았던 부분입니다. 가이세키가 훌륭하다는 주변 지인 평을 듣고 부모님 위해 준비했는데 가이세키가 그닥 훌륭한지는 모르겠어요. 해산물 매우 좋아하는데 신선하다는 느낌이 없었고요, 그건 아마 겨울이라 방안에 히터때문에 음식이 말라서 그런걸 수도 있다고 생각합니다. 오히려 아침식사가 좋았습니다. 처음 가는 료칸이라 다른곳과 비교불가하지만 다음번에는 또가지 않고 다른곳을 가볼 거 같아요. 주변에 가까이 유노츠보거리 편의점있어서 편리했고 조용해서 잘 쉬긴 쉬었습니다.

- C (10/5): - This ryokan is a little hidden gem near the Kirin Lake. The room is spacious and clean. The service is immaculate with attention to details in all aspects. The dinner and breakfast are both elaborate and made of high quality ingredients. Free shuttle service is available, though the ryokan is within walking distance from Yufuin JR Station. A very enjoyable stay and I’d definitely return if I visit Yufuin again in the future. Highly recommended.
- Verified traveler (10/5): 만족스러웠습니다~ - 직원분들도 친절하시고 가이세키 정식 꼬한 만족스러웠습니다. 송영서비스도 편하게 이용할 수 있엇서 좋았습니다. 하지만 제가 갔을 때에는 산토칸 내에 있는 온천이 보수공사 중이어서 옆 료칸의 온천을 이용했었는데 미리 공지를 해주었더라면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다. 저녁과 아침에 다른 탕을 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 주변에 긴린코 호수도 가가이 위치해있어서 산책가게 편리했습니다.

- HWANG (10/5): 긴린코호수 및 유후인중심부 접근성최고의 위치,게다가 훌륭한 시설및 친절함까지... - 노모를 모시고 다녀온 유후인여행...산토칸은 최고의 선택이었습니다. 먼저 긴린코호수와 유후인중심부까지 최고의 접근성을 자랑합니다...새벽에 긴린코호수로 산책다녀오는데 10분도 걸리지 않았습니다...비가 오는바람에 오래 산책하진 못했지만 위치는 정말 만족합니다. 직원들은 모두 친절하고 특히 한국인 직원분 너무 친절하시고 많은 도움 되었습니다. 감사합니다. 또한 일일히 식사를 날라다 주시고 이부자리 챙겨주신 일본인직원분 정말 감사합니다. 가이세키정식도 허접하지 않고 정갈한 맛과 먹고싶은 시각적효과를 보여줍니다. 석식,조식 모두 훌륭합니다. 온천은 1층과 1층같은 지하층에 남탕,여탕 각각 1개씩 있습니다. 총4개인데 매일 바뀌기때문에 모두 4번의 탕을 경험할수 있습니다. 탕시설과 탕물이 정말 좋습니다.가격은 약간 높지만 그만큼 제대로 대접을 받는다는 느낌을 가질수 있었습니다. 주차장도 워낙넓어서 렌트를 해서 간다면 주차걱정은 안해도 됩니다.이번에는 노모와 단둘이 갔지만 다음에는 아내와 아이랑 함께 다시 올 예정입니다. 산토칸은 실망시키지 않을겁니다.

- JIN YOUNG (8/5): 편안한 산토칸 - 서비스에 매우 만족.친절한 직원 덕분에 기분좋게 지내다 왔습니다. 온천도 너무 좋았어요. 정갈한 식다도 매우만족해요. 근거리에 민옌촌 거리도 있어 접근성도 좋고 봄날씨에 매우 편안히 기분좋게 있다 왔습니다.
- Kin Chung (8/5): - 酒店可以安排交通由車站來回，服務員態度友善和熱情，食物安排和種類很多。到附近的景點都很方便，雖然沒有私人風呂，但是也可以在房間的浴缸浸泡，公眾的風呂也不錯。絕對是一間不錯的酒店。

- Shu Yuen (10/5): 如重臨湯布院，定會再選擇此家 - 日本温泉酒店的服務態度-有齊，網站上的酒店評級是三星，勿以此為鑑，這是一間很舒適及精緻的酒店，雖無文物級的建築，但整體依足和式的典範，一泊弍食，及職員可用英語溝通，另人忘懷⋯車站至酒店的交通接送，已是標準動作，只需先行知會他們，距離金鱗湖及湯之坪購物區，只是數分鐘的步行距離.
- kimin (10/5): Excellent! - 생일에 숙박하여 매우 넓은 방으로 업그레이드받았고 사케를 선물로 받었음.직원들 모두 너무 친절했고 청결하고 음식도 맛있었다. 위치 또한 한적하고 조용하면서도 역에서 가까운 곳이라 매우 편리했다.
- SINAE (10/5): 만족 - 너무너무 만족스러웠습니다. 친절한 직원분과 맛있는 가이세키. 방안에 노천탕이 있어서 좋았고, 욕실에 구비된 솔트스크럽제는 너무 좋아서 세개나 사왔어요. 메인거리랑도 가깝고, 특히 긴린코 호수랑 아주아주 가까워요. 조만간 다시 가보고싶은 숙소네요

- Verified traveler (10/5): 쉼을 위한 여행에 좋은 곳 - 두번째 방문이었음. 처음에는 일본인 친구가 예약하여 함께 갔었는데 너무 마음에 들어 이번에 가족과 함께 여행차 방문함. 다만, 처음에는 굉장히 일본스러운 느낌이었는데, 이번 방문시에는 국제화됨과 동시에 상업화된 느낌이 많이 들었음
- Verified traveler (8/5): 일본의 료칸 문화와 특별한 서비스를 경험할 수 있는 곳 - 4인 가족여행이라 2층에 있는 커넥티드 룸을 이용했고 큰 방 1개와 작은 방 1개가 미닫이문으로 구분되어 있고 방에 딸린 실내복도를 통해 개별 화장실과 파우더룸 욕실(온천물 나옴)을 이용할 수 있는 구조임. 작은 방은 큰 방에 비해 절반 정도의 크기로 생각보다 크기가 작다고 느꼈음. 전통있는 료칸답게 모든 직원들이 친절했고 특히 투숙객에 대한 세심한 배려가 돋보였음.각 룸을 전담하고 있는 여직원들의 룸서비스는 매우 헌신적이라고 느껴졌음. 꽤 높은 가격대임에도 개별 전용온천탕이 없는 점은 아쉬웠지만 우리가 묵었던 커넥티드룸이 2층이라 그럴수도 있다고 생각됨. 그렇지만 공용탕을 이용하는데 있어서 별로 불편한 점은 없었음.가장 인상 깊었던 부분은 룸으로 직접 가져와 차려주는 석식인데 10가지 정도의 다양한 일식 요리가 코스요리로 나옴.생각보다 종류와 양이 많아서 일반인이 다먹기는 쉽지 않으니 초반 페이스 조절이 요망됨.저녁 식사 시간만 거의 2시간 가까이 소요됨.전체적으로 료칸여행은 만족스러웠고 특별한 경험이었음

- SUNYOUNG (10/5): 완전 강추행ㅎ - 너무 갑작스럽게 간거라서 ㅜ 결정못하고있다가 후기가 너무 좋아서 예약했어요 ㅎ 일단 자매료칸이 있어서 료칸을 전부 이용할수 있는점 ㅎ 그리고 무엇보다 깨끗하고 가이세키가 너무 고급스러웠고 직원들이 너무 친절했어요 ㅎ 특히 제가 갔을땐 한국인분이 계셔서 너무 좋았고 다음에 또 갈꺼예요
- BUMJUN (10/5): 가족여행 대만족 - 개인 노천탕이 있는 방에 머물렀는데 굉장히 마음에 들었어요 특히 산토칸은 옆 료칸의 대욕장을 쓸수 있어 다양한 온천을 경험할수 있어 더욱 좋았습니다. 그리고 음식이 매우 맛있었어요

- Verified traveler (10/5): Very impressive ryokan - We stayed 1night and it was lovely stay at Santoukan. Staff was attentive and friendly. Kaiseki dinner was beautiful dont miss it
- Ka Lam Alan (10/5): Beautiful place and excellent service - Top of the class, excellent service and they even park your car for you. Food is as expected, excellent and delicious. You ask for it at 7pm and you get it exactly at that. We had a room with private onsen, within a small japanese garden. Definitely recommended if you want some time with your spouse or partner.

- nuchanart (10/5): Superb ! - This hotel is outstanding. I would recommend everyone to stay here. Hotel has free shuttle bus to pick up at JR train station (u just need to book in advance) and also included 2 amazing Kaiseiki meals (very impressive). U can't find delicious Japanese restaurant in this town and most of shops closed after 6:00 pm. So, it is a good idea to find hotel that already included dinner for you. Hotel located near the lake and very close to walking street. We really had an amazing time there.

- Andy (10/5): Top notch onsen ryokan hotel in Yufuin - Everything just fine from the first step you walk into the hotel, nice environment, staffs and the onsen itself. Nothing to complain about, you'll enjoy everything that is well prepared for you.
- Sae Young (10/5): Great Ryokan experience - Best dinner and breakfast experience ever. Onsens had every amenity you could ask for.
