• Christopher (10/5): Safe and Clean - This is our second stay here. I liked it so much I was confident it was clean and safe (very important to my wife). Plus it was very convenient for us.

• Veronica (10/5): Nice for the price - The stay at Palace Inn was very nice. Check in was easy, I got my key and was able to go straight to my room and relax. The room was furnished in a generic sense but the shower stall was amazing. I’m always a sucker for tiled showers instead of pre-fab showers. The room was very spacious as well.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Still my favorite hide away - I have stayed at this hotel many many times. I do understand that Covid hit us all hard. This the first time I have every seen roaches and had a very heavy smell of weed in the room. The shower has always been my favorite but the head was just pouring water out. The covers had holes in them. I will be back because its my favorite place to hide out.

• Beni (10/5): My stay at Palace Inn Westpark - The room it self was very clean comfortable and nice, great tv shows and movies options. Didn't like much the fact that I had to pay cash other than that everything was excellent.

• Denisha (2/5): Racist & Homophobic - He Looked At Me and my Wife Trying to Figure us out and asked how many were staying when that didn't matter I Had a reservation clearly then he proceeded to say We are sold out This whole week When They only had two cars in the parking lot lmao but I'm glad he did bc It looked Disgusting in the poor excuse of a "lobby"
• ESCHELLE (8/5): Great stay - The front desk attendant was very nice. Walked by him a couple of times and each time he asked how we were enjoying our stay and if there was anything we needed. Room very neat and clean. Great bathroom and nice walk- in shower. Property was very quiet.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - During a state wide power outage the hotel wasn’t even open. I booked this too under the impression that they were open and because of the incompetence of whoever is in charge me and my family had to spend the past 48 hours in the cold with no power. I am not happy.

• Diane (8/5): - No carpet so room felt and was clean. No coffee pots in rooms. Also had a bed spread and a sheet. I would have also liked a blanket so didn’t have cover with bed spread that I’m not sure how often are washed.

• Eric (8/5): Nice hotel - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows are flat so you have to ask for more. The bathrooms have been updated and are very nice. There is no artwork so the walls rather stark. The staff was very friendly but don't confuse the breakfast with an actual breakfast, packaged muffins and coffee all to go. There is no place to sit or paper to read. Not the worst thing in the world but they shouldn't advertise an actual breakfast.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - I had my daughter and 1 yr old granddaughter in a business non-smoking king size bed room. Plenty of room for my granddaughter to play with her toys. Table was great to play cards on. The tv channel variety was very enjoyable. The shower is so relaxing that I didn't want to come out of the shower. Quality of the toiletries was very nice.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Pleasent stay. - It was a great stay. Only bad review about this location was the light power switches. Couldnt charge my phone while i slept without turning lights off. Click lights off and no power to outlight. But other than that it was a pleasent stay.
