Il personale è estremamente gentile, educato, sorridente e disponibile a tutte le possibili richieste. La stanza di grandi dimensioni, con un terrazzo, è comoda e pulita. Possibilità di parcheggio. Ristorante molto apprezzato. Anche la colazione è ottima. C'è una bella piscina all'aperto, in cui siamo stati anche il giorno della nostra partenza, autorizzati dallo staff, dopo aver lasciato libera la camera.

Denize yakın olduğu için akşamları sahile gidilebilir ve tüm mekanlara yürüme mesafesinde. Aracımız olmadığı halde hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ederim.

Ve asıl sorun yataklardan biri gerçek yatak bile olmayıp bebek yatağı olabilirdi. Sürekli yataktan ses geliyor aşırı rahatsızdı. Konfor açısından berbat bir geceydi. Asıl sorunlardan bir diğeri de otel odasında sineklik yoktu gece 3 arkadaş uyanıp odada sivrisinek avladık saatlerce.

Nous y étions en période très chaude c'est le seul reproche. Le personnel est a l'écoute et très sympathique. La piscine est un plus aussi en période chaude.

Ein sehr unfreundlicher Herr. Wir haben uns nicht wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Unsere Bettwäsche mussten wir nach dem 4. Tag selber abziehen um neue Bettwäsche zu kriegen. Außer die Kellner sind die Menschen leider nicht freundlich. Erst nach der ersten Beschwerde die wir online getätigt haben, wurde uns grade so geholfen. Die Beschreibung mit dem Meerblick ist auch nicht wirklich das wahre. Außer die Lage und der Pool war alles leider nicht so schön.

Rooms were average, however we stayed in July and the reception was the only portion of the building that air conditioning. The rest of the hotel felt as though you had entered a steam room! Also, there is no lift, so you are sweating by the time you reach your room and air conditioning inside the room was not good at all! Staff were rude and unhelpful and did not speak ANY English. We opted to "pay at hotel" but were told our card would be charged anyway?! After leaving, I found my card had been charged twice! No explanation. We had not taken anything from the minibar and left the room in perfect condition?! Contacted the hotel, but was repeatedly disconnected by frustrated staff who only spoke Turkish. Hotels.com were also absolutely useless in helping me and told me to contact the hotel as I had been charged directly by them! Simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Most definitely NOT worth it's 4 star rating! I would not recommend at all.

• Alena (2/5): Very bad attitude of receptionist - After driving 3 hours to Mersin in the night you are expecting comfortable room and good attitude. Smells of sigarete was disgusting inside our room and to our comments to give us different room the answer of men employee on the reception was if you don’t like this room either leave either no any options!!! After arguing of 30 min at 2 am we got what we wanted. Photos aren’t matching reality!
