Sehr wenig Beleuchtung im Schlafbereich und noch weniger Beleuchtung im Eingansbereich des Zimmers.
- sammer (10/5): - Wir waren 3 Nächte mit der ganzen Familie .Großes Lob an das gesamte Personal ,sehr freundlich hilfsbereit .Essen war ausgezeicht. Der Chef war am 1.Tag sehr freundlich aber die restlichen Tage war er sehr distanziert sehr schade könnte sich vom Personal etwas abschauen wie man mit Gästen umgeht.

(9/5): - Gute Preis-Leistung Verhältnis, Tolles Zimmer und super Essen Erstens ist die Kommunikation sehr schlecht (wir wollten ein Wellness Wochenende und dann haben wir erst vor Ort entdeckt dass im Hotel am letzten Tag kein Wellness mehr geöffnet hat). Zweitens gibt es im Wellness Bereich keine Möglichkeit um schmutzige/verschwitzt Badetücher zu wechseln (das hatten wir in noch kein einziges anderes Hotel erlebt).

- Walter (8/5): Vermutlich werden wir für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Bad Hofgastein ein anderes Hotel suchen. - Schöne geräumige Zimmer in einer sehr guten Lage. Die Einrichtung ist schön etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Essen hat im Vergleich zu vergangenen Aufenthalten nachgelassen!

Ich habe zwei DZ gebucht, eines davon war sehr klein Die Duschen in den Zimmern sollten renoviert werden

- Melanie (9/5): - Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Alpenhaus Gastein. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstücksbuffet mit einer großen und vielfältigen Auswahl. Unsere Suite für drei Personen war wirklich großzügig geschnitten und sehr komfortabel. Der Wellnessbereich ist groß, modern und äußerst schön gestaltet – perfekt zum Entspannen. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel, das wir definitiv weiterempfehlen können.

Das Team ist aufmerksam, freundlich und immer mit einem Lächeln zur Stelle. Das Essen? Großartig – kreativ, frisch und regional. Besonders sympathisch: Für das Leitungswasser wird nichts verrechnet – ein kleines, aber feines Zeichen für echte Gastfreundschaft. Einziger Punkt mit Luft nach oben: Der Fitnessraum. Die Geräte sind leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht ideal für ein ausgewogenes Training. Aber ganz ehrlich – bei so viel Entspannung, gutem Essen und schöner Umgebung drückt man da gerne ein Auge zu.

- Stipe (10/5): - Hotel je ispunio moja očekivanja. Lokacija je izvrsna i ima apsolutno sve za kvalitetan odmor. Doručak i večera su bili izvrsni. Također, hotel je jako čist uz profesionalno osoblje. Posebna naplata parking mjesta. Cijena je ok, ali bilo bi jednostvavnije da je već uključeno u cijenu objekta. Također, voljeli bi da smo u sobama sami mogli regulirati temperaturu jer nam je ponekad bilo nedovoljno dobro grijanje. To nikako nije umanjilo naše zadovoljstvo boravka u hotelu!
