• Diana (7/5): Flughafennahe, zweckmäßige Unterkunft - Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und sauber. Wir hatten zudem einen Balkon/ Austritt, den wir aber aufgrund des schlechten Wetters nicht nutzen konnten. Es gab auch keine Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel liegt flughafennah und war daher für unseren Zweck gut. Statt des Frühstücks kann man auch einen Kaffee und ein paar leckere Pintxos an der Hotelbar nehmen. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, unser Bett grenzte direkt an die Dusche/Badezimmmer des Nachbarn. Das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant hat uns leider nicht gefallen.

• Andrea (10/5): Mooi,schoon en vriendelijk hotel - Hotel straalt luxe uit. Leuke entree met een gezellige bar en buitenterras. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid. Hotelkamer zeer ruim en wij hadden een terras met uitzicht op de bergen. (Kamer 204). Zeer schoon, zelfs een koelkastje. Ontbijt prima. Elke dag mocht je zelf kiezen hoe je je eieren wilde hebben. Goede koffie,. Personeel enorm vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt op een bedrjjventerrein waar je vanuit daar zeer snel in Bilbao bent. Al met al een zeer goed hotel.
• Ai (7/5): Strategico - Positione strategica, molto silenzioso e comodo. Non male il ristorante, a che se mancano opzioni per vegetariani, il personale é stato molto gentile e professionale. Abbiamo avuto un disguido con l'auto a noleggio e hanno fatto il possibile per darci una mano. Poca comunicazione in inglese, si parla praticamente solo spagnolo.

• Antonio (10/5): Felt like home - The setting of the hotel and the grounds were breathtaking. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel's interior was beautiful and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Sockets were plentiful. The beds were huge. One of the bathrooms was fantastic. There was generally no noise at all. The outdoor seating area was incredibly relaxing. There was a little bit of noise one night, but the drunken guests were more to blame than the hotel. One of our rooms gave us problems turning on the tap for the bath, but I'm sure it would have been sorted if we'd asked.

• Layla (9/5): Perfect relaxing spot close to Airport - Fabulous hotel, close to the airport. It’s a touch further out but well worth it, beautiful green area with gardens to enjoy and you definitely don’t feel close to the airport. The staff were great, they sorted a taxi for early morning airport run. Would definitely recommend this place as a stop over when flying in or o it of Bilbao. Nice size rooms, nice bar and restaurant area.

• NORA (8/5): Kedvesek, jó megközelíthetőség. - Könnyű megközelíthetőség. Szép környezet. A reggeli unalmas volt. Az ágyak kicsik, 140cm széles. A szobák ajtaját nem lehet halkan becsukni, csak zajosan becsukni. Egy fő kivételével a szállodában nem beszélnek angolul.

• Nolwenn (10/5): Exceptionnel, restaurant à ne pas manquer - Le personnel est le plus serviable que j'ai pu rencontrer autant à l'accueil qu'au restaurant. : j'ai eu un petit souci de couture et la personne en charge de la buanderie m'a prêté son nécessaire à couture pour que je puisse solutionner mon problème. Le restaurant était IN-CROY-ABLE !!! Un must-to-do ! Les chambres sont jolies et confortables. Réveil avec les moutons dans le champ d'en face. Il manque un mini-bar ou un frigo pour pouvoir déposer ses éventuels achats alimentaires.
