• e (4/5): - 今回の旅行はホテルにはお金をかけないということで、このホテルに決めました。立地は良かったですが見つけるのに時間がかかりました。部屋は狭く、シャワーを使うと部屋が水浸しになりました。お湯は深夜になると止まるし、エレベーターも止まるので注意が必要です。そして部屋にあるドライヤーは使えないし、全室についてるというWi-Fiも使えない様。共有部分のWi-Fiはかろうじて使えるもののフロアまでエレベーターで上がらなければいけないし、結構大変でした、、、。日本語は通じず英語もあまり通じませんでした。お陰で親切な日本人の方と出会い協力して過ごしました(笑)海外旅行の良い経験というか、やっぱりお金は掛けなきゃダメですね。ある意味思い出になります笑笑

• Verified traveler (4/5): - 尖沙咀駅からすぐだし、ネーザンロード沿いでとても分かりやすい場所にあり、アクセスは最高なのですが、ホテルの水回りが使いづらい点、タオルを貸してもらえなかった点、アメニティはすべて持参する必要があり、私としては満足度は低めです。このレベルのホテルはこのエリアに他にもあるので、他のホテルを次は選ぼうと思います。シングルで泊まる場合、窓がなく換気扇を回しっぱなしにしないと湿気もこもりますので、衛生環境には宿泊者側が気を付けた方が良いです。
• Mainak (6/5): - Very friendly, helpful & competent staff. But they charge 20HKD for 1 towel. Just beware. Otherwise great location.
• Michael (2/5): - Terrible cleanliness. We found dead bugs on the bed sheets we were supposed to sleep on. Upon changing the bed sheets, we found black mold spots on the new sheets. We had to make do by covering the stains with our own towels. We also weren't given the wifi password upon check in (we checked in before the counter closed) and couldn't use the wifi. Only redeeming factor of this entire stay was the location and the nice attitude of the check in guy (not the manager). 100% will not stay here ever again in the future.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 宿泊費を節約したい人はいいと思う！ - 大きなマンションにいくつものゲストハウスの会社が入っている感じです。3泊しましたが1泊は別階の違うところに移動になりました。その点は面倒に思いましたが、大きな部屋が空いていたので3泊共2人で4人部屋に泊めさせてくれたり、オプションツアーのバウチャーを持ってくるのを忘れたと話すと1枚1香港ドルでしてくれたりと大変親切てくれました！部屋は綺麗で新しいわけではないですが清潔感は感じれました！匂いなども大丈夫でした！1泊1人1500円程で泊まれたので十分満足です。立地も駅近くですし空港行きバスの停留所も近いので良かったです。私は友人が英語が堪能だったので大丈夫でしたが英語が全くの人は少し大変かもしれません！(部屋の移動等イレギュラーなことが起こる可能性があるので)なによりスタッフの対応が温かみあがり満足です。ありがとうございました！

• Modtanoi (6/5): - ที่เช็คอินกับห้องพักอยู่ตึกเดียวกัน เช็คอินที่ชั้น 13 ขึ้นลิฟท์ตัวขวามือไป พอถึงแล้วเลี้ยวซ้าย จะเป็นอพาร์ทเม้นท์ซึ่งจะมีประตูห้องข้างหน้าเหมือนห้องปกติ พอเปิดเข้าไปข้างในจะมีห้องพักเยอะและค่อนข้างปลอดภัย มีไดร์เป่าผมให้แต่ไม่มีอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำให้ พนักต้อนรับพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี เมื่อเข้าไปเช็คอินแล้วต้องเสียมัดจำ THB1000 หรือ HKD500 ซึ่งจ่ายเป็นเงินไทยจะดีกว่า แต่จะได้รับคืนเมื่อเช็คเอ้าท์ และสามารถฝากกระเป๋าเดินทางไว้เมื่อเช็คเอ้าท์แล้ว
• Suzyleen (8/5): Very good location in the heart of TST - Very good location. The room is comfortable, clean and has a reliable wifi. However, the building is old and they do not have a nice reception area. The waiting area is the lobby where there are limited chairs and has no aircon (only 1 ceiling fan). Overall, it is still good value for the money. Low rates but comfortable room in the heart of the TST area.
• Franky (10/5): Nice hotel. Perfect for budget travellers - Great hotel for it's price. Perfect for budget travellers. Location is very near the train station and places of interest. Pros: Good location Cheap Comfortable Night and day bus to the airport is just across the road From what i notice, there are Halal food at a nearby building and also mosque nearby (for Muslim travellers) Staff at reception speaks English, so it's not difficult to communicate. They are also friendly. Air con works well, a plus point because it was super hot when i visited HK Cons: Need to fill up a visitor paper if you return to the hotel after 12am as the hotel is located in a residential building. (this is more of the cons of the building, not the hotel itself) There is no fridge but it's not a big problem as there is a 7-11 on the ground floor, so getting yourself a cold drink is not an issue. Overall: Would recommend it to other travellers on a budget. It was up to expectations for the price i pay.
• Tim (2/5): Roach-Infested Box - The "hotel" is actually a closet located in a Hong Kong apartment block. It's really crammed in and there's only a bed, a toilet, a sink, and the shower is built into the floor. Granted, this is central Tsim Sha Tsui and the price was dirt cheap, I would have chosen to pay more for a better room if I'd known it would be this bad. The wifi is spotty and needs to be constantly reset (the staff were actually ok helping me reset the router twice during my stay) and often the signal doesn't reach the room. There were also bugs. I noticed three roaches during my stay and some smaller insects on one of my beds which I'm hoping was just an ant. The walls are paper-thin and you can hear every single person on the floor within a ten-foot radius of the room. Staff was actually ok and helpful in many cases, but they aren't there 24 hours. You need to read the signs and pay attention to them in order to know what to do. Checkout is only between 9AM and 10PM, otherwise you'll need to turn in your room key early or pay your deposit by credit card. In short, you get what you pay for. A tiny, unkept room in the center of Hong Kong.

• SEUL (6/5): 가장 좋은 위치에 있는 게스트하우스 - 홍콩에서 가장 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 마카오로 가기 위한 페리를 타기에도 가깝고, 심포니 오브 라이브를 보기에도 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 무엇보다 교통과 쇼핑에 대해 아주 좋은 위치를 가지고 있습니다.
• gb (6/5): โรงแรมถือว่าดี ตามราคา - ข้อดีที่สุดคือ เดินทางสะดวก ติด MTR โดยรวม....สภาพห้องโอเค เหมือนรูปในโฆษณา ตามราคา, แต่ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ โชคดีที่เตรียมมาเอง,toiletry มีเป็นสบู่เหลวขวดใหญ่ให้ มีทิชชู ห้องน้ำไม่แคบมาก มีน้ำร้อน, มีตู้กดน้ำร้อน-เย็น อันนี้ดีค่ะ, มีการทำความสะอาดวันละ 1ครั้ง แต่ไม่เปลี่ยนปลอกหมอนและผ้าปูที่นอนให้...แต่พอรับได้ค่ะกับห้องราคาเท่านี้ ตอนแรกจะไม่ให้รหัส WIFI แต่พอบอกว่ส ในที่จองแจ้งมาว่ามี...พนง. ก็เลยให้มา ระหว่างวัน ทางโรงแรมมีการปิดสวิตแอร์ ถ้ามีแวะเข้ามาพักที่ห้องแล้วเปิดแอร์ไม่ติด สามารถโทรแจ้ง พนง. ได้ ตามเบอร์ที่เขาให้ไว้ พนักงานให้บริการดีนะคะ แต่ข้อมูลบางอย่างจะไม่ได้แจ้ง หรือแจ้งไม่หมด เช่น กรณีนี้.... คือตอนเข้าพักต้องมจ่าย deposit 300HKD หรือ 2,000 บาทไทย ก่อน แล้วได้คืน ตอนคืนห้องตอน check out.... แต่ถ้าcheck out ก่อน 9.00 น. พนง. แจ้งว่าให้มารับ ก่อน4ทุ่ม ในคืนก่อนวัน check out แต่พอมาแจ้งขอรับ deposit คืน พนง. แจ้งว่า...ให้คืนกุญแจด้วย ซึ่งแปลว่า...จะออกไปไหนไม่ได้อีก หรือถ้าออก ต้องมี 1คนอยู่ในห้อง ซึ่งข้อมูลนี้ พนง. ไม่ได้แจ้ง ซึ่งไม่พอใจคือจุดนี้!!! ดังนั้น ควรให้ข้อมูลตั้งแต่แรกด้วย (อันนี้ถือเป็นข้อเสีย)

• candy♂ (6/5): 駅やバス停に近く立地は良い - 立地は良いが探すまで時間がかかった。テナントがたくさん入った吹き抜け雑居ビルの中にあります。書いてる通りチェックインは別のところで済ませ部屋へ案内してくれる。私は５Fでした。エレベーターが少ないのでタイミングが悪ければ順番待ち必須。よって16階まであるので下りは階段を利用できるので下の階の方が楽。（ホテルの部屋があと何階にあるのか知りません）なんせ部屋が多すぎて、他のホテルもあったり作業所みたいなところもあったりいろんな人たちが入り乱れています。部屋の外にウォーターサーバーがあり、空のペットボトルで水を買わずに汲んでいました。Wifiiは助かりましたが電波が不安定でした。部屋に電話はありません。WechatというLINEに似たアプリでコンタクトがとれそうな感じでした。必要最低限の設備（シャワー、テレビ、エアコンなど）で苦にならない方には向いてると思います。ホテルの場所は地図ではわかりにくいので、写真にある美麗都廈はぜひ参考に！ ホテルらしい入口ではないのでご注意を。チェックインは (13th Floor Flat C2, )13階です。 慣れればどこかわかりますが初めて行くとレセプションがどこかとてもわかりにくいです。
• N (2/5): Cheap and nasty - The room is not on the 16th floor, but on the 5th floor. Don't believe in the page. If it is on the 16th floor, I might have not seen some small insects in the room. Other than the floor problem, I have one more complaint. The door of my room could not be locked, because it was broken. The staff said the entrance of the hotel cannot be opened without password, so no problem. What!? This is very big problem! Therefore, although I have one week reservation, I stayed in only one day. The both of room and staff are terribly bad in quality. I will never stay in this hotel.
• joy (8/5): 前台小哥超超超棒，卫生堪忧 - 前台小哥真的是完美，人帅服务棒哈哈哈，提出的要求和问题都很快解决且有耐心。帮我们换了有窗户的房间，蛮不错的地理位置。就是卫生情况堪忧，被单有黑色小球，有毛发，枕头有油渍。。sad，幸好前台小哥比较好解决啦，总之还是okay

• lizzie (4/5): Shocked - Very dirty appearance hallway floors filthy but the staff Arthur convinced my friend and I to stay and the room we originally booked was Dark due to no windows we paid another 80 Dollars to upgrade to a room with a window. This is not the place for two elderly ladies, I can only say it was a quite a shock. But the staff were very friendly

• らんこす (2/5): 本当に最低の宿泊施設 - 良かった事は立地だけ。 写真と全く違う場末の簡易宿泊所です。 カプセルホテル並みの狭さ、不清潔さ、アメニティーはボロっちいバスタオルのみ。テレビはリモコンがなく聞くと主電源を押し続けろと。また集合住宅の一部をホテル化したもので、同じようなホテルがビルの中にたくさんあり、安全面からも不安要素がいっぱいあります。火事になったら確実にアウトです。

• Ad Syahiran (4/5): - Check in not pleasant. Many guests from many contracts have to wait at the small reception for check in process. They didn't mention about the reception for check in on the website or in a booking so we need to spend an extra 20 mins to find them which is located 4 floors below.
