• Rajeev (1/5): Terrible experience. The room was filthy, the floors were sticky, smelled heavily of cigaratessmoke. - Location is only good near Bus Stand. Extremely unhygienic conditions. The room was not properly cleaned, with grime in corners and sticky floors. The persistent smell of cigarette smoke made the air unbearable. The bedding was stained, and it took multiple complaints to get any service. The bathroom was filthy and smelly. Disappointing and definitely not recommended.

We feel the security as a concern because when we reached the hotel late at night after visiting the Market we found two men were smoking and urinating right in front of the hotel's main gate. We were accompanied by our female friends. I found it a very serious issue.

Broken toilet seats. No toilet eries . No towels. Only 1 bottle of water for 2 people. Charged us 500 extra for eary check in. Poor mobile signals. Wifi accessibility was troublesome. Broken hanger hooks in bathroom. Water was dripping from the tap connection. Bed linen was dirty with hair strands on it.

• Om (3/5): Don't Choose Shivani - Location 1. They provided a very badly conditioned room. I asked for better than they charge 500 extra in the name of updatation. It is very wrong and I mailed Booking.com to take action. (I have attached a manual bill without GST) I m going to complaint to the Income Tax dept for the same also. 2. When I was in the bar (1st floor) Service boy asked that the Bar menu is an old. We will charge 15% extra (when he notices my room key) I have both of the bills as proof. Never recommend such types of hotels.

We were supposed to use a specific corporate card for the payment. While booking they did provide us with the payment link for 50% advance.
