Guest Reviews
- Larry (10/5): -
- Ashley (10/5): - Nice, clean hotel
- Glenn (10/5): - Entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful
- Rebecca (10/5): - Room was on great shape. Just noticed the shower curtain was hung with binded edge facing out instead of towards the wall, very minor detail
- James (10/5): - The property was very clean and inviting. The staff person, Angela on duty when we arrived, was so friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.
- Rebecca (10/5): - Very clean
- Harry (10/5): -
- Michael (10/5): - Nice stay in a quiet, safe area. Easily walkable to a few different restaurants and gas stations. Parking lot was getting resurfaced so that limited the parking a bit but the staff was very helpful and accommodating.
- John (2/5): - Horrible Parking lot was closed down for repave. I, and my wife are Handicapped. No Parking at hotel. Hotel booked more rooms than parking Spaces. We were told to find another parking lot in area and walk back to hotel. My brother who was a separate guest alao handicapped was given the same treatment . Only lit lot was down the street we parked there and then took ride share to hotel.
- Jeffrey (4/5): - E
- Stacy (10/5): -
- Jutte (9/5): Great stay for an overnight work trip! Clean and cool for a great night sleep and hot breakfast before heading off to an - Friendly staff, clean cool room, and hot breakfast! No complaints
- Siva Durga Prasad (10/5): - Good experience
- Nevina (8/5): - Excellent
- Rhonda (10/5): - I would stay there again.
- James (10/5): Comfortable, clean place. Well done! - Everything about the stay was great, and unlike most hotels, the water wasn't so over-softened that you felt greasy in the shower. I've stayed in most of the Chillicothe places, and this one has been the most consistently good.
- Catheryne (10/5): - Great
- Mary (10/5): - Everything was really nice, except the fire alarm went off and no one communicated what was going on. No fire vehicles ever showed up. After 45 minutes i called front desk and girl said oh yeah we can’t figure out how to shut it off. Some kind of communication would have been nice. Other than that it was great!!
- Chris (5/5): Decent stay let down by noise and food - Rooms were a nice size
Staff were excellent and friendly
Close to the main intersection
Good location The noise from outside room was loud, were heard everything from the road side room. We heard all the cars drive past during the night and the loudness of the air con/ HVAC unit above our room.
The hot breakfast food was terrible, we even had to buy our own food just to get something decent to eat. It was tasteless and looking like a dogs dinner!
- Gerald (10/5): - Very nice.
- Stephen (4/5): - Unable to connect to wi fi. 3 college baseball teams in hotel which resulted in noise until 1-2 am. Area around hotel not great. Staff very friendly and accomodating.
- Kathy (10/5): Exceptional - People were very nice
- Cory (8/5): - It was a good stay nothing wrong with the stay.
- Larry (1/5): Bad -
- Floyd (10/5): Breakfast was good and staff were friendly - Bed was very comfortable Everything was good
- Sarah (10/5): - This hotel is quiet and clean. Highly recommend.
- 243DLP (8/5): Good hotel - We stayed here two different times on the way to and from South Carolina. The first time we were in room 411 which was quiet. Initially there was an odor as we walked in the room, but it went away - maybe because there is no fan in the bathroom? The room was nice, soap dispensers on wall of shower, extra towels, Fridge/no freezer, Nice size shower, comfy bed. We had to put the fan on constant as it was warm in the room. Settings for a/c and heat were on the wall. No decaf in the evenings, but regular coffee in the lobby. In the morning they had both and the breakfast was typical. The second time we were in room 315. The internet was very slow and I had to log out to open some of my phone apps. Overall this is a good hotel and we would stay again.
- James (10/5): Well run and comfortable - Very comfortable stay. A little overpriced but really an excellent hotel.
- Harry (7/5): Good -
- Elmer (10/5): - The hotel was very nicely decorated and had a lot of special touches in the room. Nice place to stay
- Brewer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rick (9/5): Superb -
- Bill (9/5): Upscale Property That Checks All Blocks - Clean, modern, well maintained facility and furnishing. Several restaurants within a minutes walk from the hotel. Heated pool and well equipped exercise room. Bottled wine, snacks, and amenities available for purchase. Generous breakfast offerings. Noon checkout. Bed was comfortable but mattress was a bit too soft for my liking.
- Chris (2/5): - I found my hotel on Expedia and it said it was pet friendly and come to find out it wasn’t and was told I wouldn’t get a refund
- MrBill923 (8/5): Will return again - Nice place, not far off highway. Stopped here on way to NC. Also stopped on way back home. Brooklyn at front desk was very nice and helpful with restaurant area info. Elevators were slow, hotel was not busy.
Breakfast was good. Will stay again.
- Nagle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ethan (8/5): Very good -
- Kathleen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Albin (2/5): - Would not recommend.
Drspite being a gold member with Marriott i was not upgraded stating i booked it via expedia. The bedsheets had stain on the them. The room had cheerios lingering on the floor. The shower water is lukewarm. Not happy with my stay
- Hans (10/5): - Great property and great staff
- Sarah (10/5): - Good place to stay. Only little down side was that you can hear the room around you opening and closing their doors. So hearing that while trying to sleep was a bit annoying. Other then that, the room was nice, comfy bed and clean room.
- 428nanj (6/5): Only OK - We spent the night in a room that smelled of disinfectant. There was no real breakfast served. Just cold cereals, coffee and bakery goods.
The staff were nice and they had good facilities….gym, pool etc.
It is within walking distance to The Rooster restaurant.
- Deborah (4/5): Armando saved the day, otherwise I’d never recommend this hotel! - It was convenient and clean. The evening staff were horrible. The woman at the counter was on the computer when I entered and totally ignored me. She couldn’t find my reservation and asked if I had booked for Chillicothe, Missouri. Then she charged me the full rate. When I got to the room and realized what she’d done, I went down to the desk. Another woman said there was nothing she could do and I’d have to talk to the manager in the AM. Fortunately for me, Armando was working in the AM. He assured me, it would be taken care of, and it was!
- Bradley (10/5): Fairfield Chillicothe Love it! - Fairfield was Super clean, new and very nice! The staff was also Great! Love the Fairfield Hotel. 10/10
- Kathleen (9/5): Good trip, good hotel, good food! - Great location! I’m from Indiana and came back for a 3rd visit to the Native American/Hopewell mounds in the area. I had to cancel the 2nd night of my stay because of a family situation. I saw a receipt after I got home and it looks like the hotel charged me anyway. Please help me recoup this.
- Myreviewscount2 (10/5): Pleasant end to our vacation! - We recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Chillicothe, Ohio, and had an excellent experience.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were personable and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the convenient noon check-out time, allowing for a more relaxed departure.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming and spotless place to stay in Chillicothe.
- Rochelle (10/5): - Clean hotel, good breakfast, comfortable bed.
- Josandra (10/5): - Everything about this stay was excellent. Even though it was just for one night, it was an excellent experience!
- Kenneth (10/5): - Nothing to dislike.
- James G (10/5): - Friendly service, clean room.
- Don (10/5): Satisfied - Breakfast was good, missed having toast and bacon as an option. Could have had larger area or location to open suitcase. Needs better lighting for bathroom mirror to apply makeup. No freezer in fridge.
- Kristin (9/5): It served our needs as we were only in town one night. - The lobby area and overall rooms were nice. The breakfast was good. The rooms were a little smaller than most Fairfield Inns we have stayed in. The pool was exceptionally small which was fine because we didn’t have time to truly enjoy it but that may be an issue for someone hoping to use the pool. It was a bit loud and the room had a funny smell. It almost smelled like cigarettes but not really. Just odd. We weren’t there long enough to have it really bother us.
- Lisa (10/5): Wonderful - Very clean. Good location. Quiet. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff. Cups in the room looked like the plastic had been opened
- Ramesh (9/5): Superb -
- Jennie (10/5): - Very clean and quiet. Staff was very attentive and helpful.
- James R (8/5): - Breakfast was lacking!
- Gerrit (6/5): - Nothing special. It was given such high reviews that I expected something outstanding, but no, just a regular run of the mill. Nothing outstanding.
- Judithann (10/5): - Overall, very clean throughout the whole hotel! Great workout equipment, breakfast, and rooms! Nice pool.
- Jessica (10/5): - Great, clean hotel!
- Carrie (10/5): - The set up of the rooms was very accommodating. Very nicely decorated.
- Alison (10/5): - Stayed at this property twice a week apart during travel. Both times clean and quiet. Good breakfast. Easy on and off the highway and access to food options.
- gr8ful4222 (10/5): Great stay - We booked a larger studio room here. This was spacious and clean and had 2 TVs, fridge, microwave, and a large walk-in shower. There was a low shelf for one suitcase, but no luggage rack for the second suitcase. There’s a small laundry room on the 2nd floor with one washer and one dryer; cost is $2.50 in quarters, or you can pay from your cell phone using a QR code. The breakfast was good and varied, with coffee available all day. I’d definitely stay here again.
- Kevin (10/5): - Nice rooms with a convenient location
- Tara (9/5): Superb - Location and clean!
- shellisa (10/5): - Nice clean stay place to stay
- Randall (10/5): - Clean and in good working order
- Samantha (9/5): Superb - The staff were very friendly and accomodating to our needs. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was to be expected. Overall, the experience was great for a one night stay. We did have issues with the latch lock on one of our rooms but the staff were quick to resolve the issue.
- shawn (10/5): - Its newer ... its cleaner ... the staff are amazing! Pool is small but rest of amenities are great.
- Joshua (10/5): Would stay again - Nice place and clean and quiet. Lots of restaurants close by and gas station very close.

- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michelle (10/5): - Hotel staff was very friendly.. The room was clean. My kids loved the pool. Will def stay again.
- Cindy (10/5): - Great complimentary breakfast. Clean.
- James (8/5): - Comfortable and clean. Nicely set up room. The only problem was a vent fan in the bathroom that could not be turned off and made noise. We had to keep the bathroom door closed to sleep. But I've stayed there before and like it a lot, so I'll be back.
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janice (10/5): - Great service the pull out sofa was uncomfortable and there was some empty snack container and water bottle under it when we pulled it out
- Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dianne (9/5): Superb -
- Pamela (8/5): - Nice
- M2DJA (8/5): Clean, comfortable hotel - The staff at this hotel, including front desk personnel, was so warm, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is clean and inviting. The room was very quiet and the bed very comfortable. Other areas including gym were well-maintained. The breakfast was definitely less than optimal including lukewarm, undercooked oatmeal. The coffee bar was good. However, the most notable employee was DeeAnn in the breakfast room! She was such a hard-worker who seemed in constant motion cleaning tables and straightening the chairs as guests left. She was so pleasant and helpful. The breakfast area, thanks to this woman, could pass any white-glove inspection! Thank you.
- Chad (10/5): - All good
- Melody (10/5): - Excellent customer service!!! Breakfast bar had many options, room and hotel was clean and welcoming.
- Kristine (10/5): Great hotel - Great stay. Everything was super clean, beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was great!
