• CARLA (6/5): Good hotel if you're alone. Rooms are very small but staff was friendly and helpful. - The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and lobby area were clean. I loved the ability to schedule a massage in room as well as the free massage chairs in the lobby. The hotel is right there in the middle of all the action so food and shopping were within feet. I liked the washer and dryer on site and free coffee in the dining. We got a room with three beds for 3 adults but it was a very tight squeeze with hardly any space for luggage or walking around. The toilet and shower were in the same room. The laundry facilities are near the top floor but at least they had them. I wouldn't stay here again just because the size of the room and it was the smallest room and most expensive hotel we stayed at while in Japan.
• Philip (10/5): The Bridge Hotel - Do yourself a favour - Exceptional value for money. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Loved the daily "themes" the Hotel put on and honestly the best Takoyaki I tasted in Japan (and I tried a few). We took part in the complimentary evening drinks and ice cream, massage chairs and the area the Hotel is in you could wander around for days. Shinsaibashi Station is an easy 6 min walk away, as is the Shinsaibashi-Suji covered shopping street, Glico Man is another 2 minutes. I'll stay again 👍. Nothing to dislike

• Léa (9/5): Parfait pour un séjour à Osaka ! - L’hôtel est très bien situé, beaucoup de choses à proximité peuvent être faites à pied et il y a plusieurs lignes de métro. Le quartier est très vivant mais l’hôtel est calme. Les chambres sont d’une taille correcte pour le Japon et le petit déjeuner est très bien. L’hôtel propose également des ateliers thématiques qui changent tous les jours. Remerciement particulier à Dunken et Lolo pour l’atelier de calligraphie ! Je repars avec un super souvenir :) La salle de bains est étroite mais rien de dérangeant.

It was also within walking distance of everything you could want to see while visiting. The option to grab a drink whenever I wanted to in the evening was amazing. So was the option to have some ramen if i was feeling peckish. It was also really cool seeing them host a daily events that were catered to people from away. The massage chairs in the lobby and all the free toiletries were great as well. Honestly, whenever i go back to Osaka I'll be booking the bridge hotel once again.

Perfect for solo travelers! - The location was fantastic — walking distance to multiple convenience stores and right in a fun area with lots of vintage/thrift shopping and great energy. The amenities were honestly 10/10 and made this one of the best hotel experiences of my trip so far. The staff kindly let me check in super early after travel, and my luggage was already waiting for me. I also loved all of the extras: nightly cultural activities like calligraphy and kimono try-ons, free ramen every evening (8:30–9:30 PM), coin laundry on-site, massage chairs in the lobby, and an impressive selection of complimentary toiletries and amenities. Honestly, very little to complain about. If I had to say something, it would just be that the dryers don’t get super hot so plan on running it twice.

Walk to everything. The rooms were a bit dated and small but exceptionally clean and the staff were so friendly. The free icecream, soft drinks and alcohol and 8pm Ramen was fun. Comfortable and fun, nothing fancy, but didn't need to be. This place isn't fancy, but it's in a high-end location and only a few steps to the local station.

• Daniel (10/5): - Unser Aufenthalt im The Bridge Hotel Shinsaibashi war wirklich hervorragend. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Shinsaibashi-Station entfernt, wodurch man Osaka bequem erkunden kann. Besonders praktisch sind die vielen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der direkten Umgebung. Die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und für japanische Verhältnisse angenehm geräumig. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die kostenlosen Snacks und Getränke sowie die entspannte Atmosphäre im Hotel. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service und perfekter Lage – ideal für einen Städtetrip nach Osaka.
• Sébastien (9/5): Un très bon hôtel en plein centre d'un quartier animé d'Osaka - - Le personnel était très sympathique, toujours souriant et serviable (accueil, Takkyubin, etc) - Toutes les choses 'en plus' gratuites proposées par l'hôtel (fauteuils massants, boissons (alcoolisées/non alcoolisées), évènements tous les jours (essayage de kimono, mochi sakura, ramen, Shooting Gallery, Takoyaki, Calligraphie….), glace à volonté…. Enormément de choses ! - Malgré le quartier très animé, l'hôtel reste très calme - Check-in et check out simple et rapide - Le petit déjeuner complet (japonais ou non) - La laverie assez efficace - Mise à part la taille de la chambre comme partout au Japon, je n'ai rien à redire sur ce très bon hôtel que je recommanderais à n'importe qui et où je reviendrais certainement si je revenais à Osaka.

The common area with free drinks and ice creams were an absolute win for us and a great place to eat take out offer a long day sightseeing. For the price there was nothing not to like. Favourite part was that it's walking distance from all the good stuff in Osaka! Breakfast was also quite good. Rooms were quite boring and basic. Wouldn't expect to enjoy staying at the hotel for more than sleeping and breakfast (which was our plan anyway).
• Diana Rosa (10/5): Mucho mejor de lo esperado. - Ubicación: excelente 👌. Metro a 6mn andando. Calle comercial, un 7eleven justo al doblar la esquina. Habitación: bastante pequeña, ya dos personas de constitución media van justito, pero es lo normal. No hay closet, solo dos colgadores unas perchas, tampoco es que haya espacio como para ello. La habitación siempre limpia, con recambio de sabana y toallas diariamente. Amenities bastante completo ( cepillo, peine, cremas, limpiador facial...) Servicios: los sillones de masaje son un must, en la noche hay ramen gratis, básico pero rico. Se puede degustar algunas bebidas gratis, muy buenas por cierto y se agradecen después de una larga caminata. El desayuno me encantó, es de pago pero muy bien, muy completo y variado. Lo recomiendo. Con ese desayuno pudimos aguantar bastante bien gran parte de las mañanas. Hacen actividades muy wuays de 15-18, lo malo es que a esa hora siempre nos pillaba fuera, así que no puedo opinar sobre ello. Staff: súper amables, siempre pendientes a ofrecer ayuda. Muchísimas gracias a tod@s por su excelente trabajo. Sin dudas lo recomiendo. Si vuelvo a Osaka, lo volveré a elegir. El ramen que ofrecen un poco básico por decir algo.

There were so many unexpected and unique inclusions such as free ramen, drinks, an amazing breakfast, massage chairs and rental services for hair styling tools. They had a great combination of Japanese and western foods. The sushi and fish were delicious. They had a wonderful pork and veg stir fry, salads, pastries, and many more. Additionally, every day they had free drinks, special events at 5:00, and ramen. We didn't expect any of that. It was quite fun stopping in for a drink before heading out to dinner. Thank you for a great stay. We'll be back! Highly recommend... and great location.
