• DB Hinds (6/5): Get-away trip for special event. - Location related to the event venue was great. Close to shopping at places to eat. Breakfast selection was basically non-existent; most items were gone and not restocked. Room location- staring at a staircase. Room needs renovation, pant scuffed up on walls or missing in areas, bathroom was not cleaned properly: hair stuck to walls, around faucet in sink. barely enough toilet paper- had to go ask for more. A/C seemed to work however didn't really cool down the room.

• Christine Jade (7/5): Service and facilities are satisfactory except for the bed. - The staff when I checked-in was very helpful and considerate. The bed was uncomfortable. My husband and I sink at the middle of the bed, so we ended up lying apart at the far end sides of the bed. Our back hurt the next morning.

• shellya865 (8/5): Good clean room - The rooms are very clean and basic. Our mattress was terrible, but we noticed they were putting new mattresses in rooms so hopefully they'll be much better. The location is only a couple of miles from downtown and easy to get there.
• Danielle (1/5): Don't stay at this hotel!! - Nothing! Cancelled the reservation within 4 minutes of making it. I was assured I wouldn't be charged then was charged. Hotel is trying to say I was a no show and won't refund my money even though I have text messages proving my cancellation. The hotel is saying booking.com is responsible for the refund and booking.com s saying the hotel is responsible. Beware of both companies as this is terrible customer service experience.

• Jose And Guadalupe (8/5): Overall pleasant but not very clean - Location & quiet area The on house cleaning lady was very rude and no response about our needs of cleaning. My daughters room was unkept and unsanitary when we got there she promise to clean and she never did. ( her name was Mara)

• Brian (5/5): Convenient Location - Friendly Staff - Basic Overnight Stay - The location was great: easy off and on the freeway and close to convenience stores, restaurants and gasoline. Front Desk Clerk was very nice and processed check-in quickly. There was no in-room coffee service. The bed was very low to the floor and well-used. Minimal in-room amenities; very basic stay.

• navarro (7/5): Its was a 7 out of 10 my rooms ceiling had a long crack. And to top it off my AC wasn’t cool enough. My kids woke up mul - Its an a good area. My ace was not cold enough.
• Mara (8/5): Overall stay was great! - Great location. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was very comfy. Free parking. Microwave and refrigerator came in handy! There was no coffee pot in the room. No lamps by the bedside. The jacuzzi doesn’t open until 10:00am.
• Pete (2/5): See above. - Bed was OK. No soft lighting: the overhead lights were very bright and were therefore unused. The telephone was plugged in but not working. There was no coffee in the room. Although the bed was OK with me, my partner's bed was uncomfortable and she woke up with a backache. Also, she took ill during the evening (not the facilities fault) and we had to cut our trip short and leave for home even though we had paid for two nights. (Refund possible?) We will not be staying at this facility again!

• chavarria (10/5): - The location was amazing, it was within walking distance to food and shopping the facility was clean and safe and a really chill vibe. The staff was amazing super helpful made you feel very welcomed. Staff 10/10 The room was a little Dusty the floors felt as if they hadn't been thoroughly mopped and the headboards were Dusty you can tell that the rooms don't get a deep cleaned. The mini fridge you could tell had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. Usable but could have used a good wiping. That being said the beds were clean the restroom and sink area were also very clean.

• Patti (3/5): Would Not Stay again! - Location was okay. It advised FREE BREAKFAST. That’s false advertising. They only had coffee. The room’s floors were dirty which was obvious when I wiped up water with toilet paper. I took this to the front desk who apologized and told housekeeper to clean it. The housekeeper used only a dry rag she wet with only water (no cleaning product). I went back to the front desk to report this. They sent the head housekeeper who cleaned with spray cleaner. The rest of the room was clean.

• Patricia (7/5): - Notification of parking lot resurfacing came the night before our final day. That included closing off the ice-laundry room as well as the pool area and parking. No offer was made to have us relocate to the back away from the noise etc.
• Cristina (6/5): We spend little time in the room mostly to shower at the end of the day and sleep, but the floors were disgusting stains - Location The room was not clean, especially the floors a lot of stains, hair. The tub in the shower had stains and hair in the bathroom floor.

Maybe prioir guest showered with curtain outside of tub ...We had to dry it and also the floors were not swep at all .. also reservation said breakfast but when we arrived they said they no longer offer that. ..other than that it was wonderful.. We have stayed there before and will be back again.

• Lupe (7/5): Average room, could have been better for the cost. - The bed was comfy and was like that the room had a refrigerator and microwave. The floors was so filthy that my socks were black. The cost was too high for the room.

That they increased their charge for pets from $20.00 per pet per night up to $25.00 per pet per night in 6 months. Waking up in our room to the smell of pot being smoked. We are non smokers, have no problem with people that are! Just don't want to smell it, and being in a non smoking facility didn't expect it. Informed staff, they said they would pass it along.

• Porfirio (1/5): Muy incómodo que te saquen de tu cuarto para moverte otro - Está bien es un buen otel ya me abia vi alojado antes es la razón que desidi quedarme Yo reservé y pagué el alojamiento en línea cuando llegue todo estava vien sólo que cuando estaba en el cuarto con mi novia empezó a sonar. El teléfono era de la oficina que tenía que salirme del cuarto porque ese no era mi cuarto me hicieron salir del cuarto para ponerme en otro, lo cual fue muy incómodo después no encontré estacionamiento muy malo

Stayed 3 days and housekeeping only available on certain days. Requested towels, never received. Ran out of toilet paper. Emptied our own trash from the room. Need to have another staff person available to attend to needs of the customer.
