• Amanda (7/5): We would stay here again and tell other. It was a good stay overall. It suited me and my family (me, my husband, and adu - It was very close to the beach and close to downtown It was very cold. It smelled musty, and the bedroom TV was difficult. It was stuck in “demo” mode. Also, there was a roll-away bed, which was great, but there were no extra blankets.

• Annette (6/5): Overall, we enjoyed our time at the beach! The apartment was nice, but lacked a lot of kitchen amenities . We prefer to - Easy access to the beach. Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and is very spacious. We stay in upstairs apartment that had a little bit of an ocean view. The kitchen is large, but lacks the basic utensils- potholders, can opener, corkscrew, mixing bowls (used cooking pots to mix batter and as a salad bowl; also did have dishwasher detergent. When we arrived the heat was off and the apartment was very cold- probably 40 degrees. It took until late the evening for the place to feel warm enough to take our coats off. The heating system wasn’t designed for the large open space. Didn’t notice it at first but there’s a space heater, which helped out greatly. Also didn’t notice when we book that there is no table for eating at. For us it was a bummer since we enjoy board and card playing games.
• Lisa (8/5): Great location, friendly staff!! - Great location and very comfortable!! The girl that checked me in was very friendly and helpful!! The beds were comfy and the shower was amazing!! We would rent this again for sure!! There needs to be more kitchen stuff to use. It was very limited to what you could cook. No can opener was the first problem we had. Also there was a stain on the sheets that looked a little odd. I wouldn't use them, they look not very clean.

• dana (10/5): Beach Stay - I loved the location, really close to the beach and walking distance to downtown. The place was clean, no A/C, could use a couple fans for warm nights while sleeping. I needed extra tp and towels, all I had to do was call and they brought them over. I do wish there was a broom and dustpan. Being so close to the beach, we did track in sand. We stayed several days, so it would've been nice to be able to clean up a bit. Other than that, it was great.
• Chelsea (10/5): - The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. There was also no welcome note or guest instructions at the place when we arrived. There was no toaster, but had every other appliance…It seemed like. We had to call and ask for more hand towels, and dishwasher tabs to start the dishwasher. Great location to the beach! Very walkable to downtown! My biggest complaints are the upstairs noise and the dirty floors.
• Sherrie (8/5): - The place we had was great. Entrance was a bit weird - felt a bit outdated, but once we entered the condo, it was lovely. Can see the beach on a clear day. I think the sitting arrangement (only one couch) was a bit of a bummer. Not a lot of room for 4 adults in the living space (we had a bar for eating, not a table) - sat on bar stools and desk chair most of the time. Rooms were great. Roof top deck was great. Outdoor furniture should probably be wiped off. Overall, we loved being there and it worked for what we needed. Our parents stayed with us and thoroughly enjoyed the place.

The marketing on this reservation, including pictures, gave us the impression that we would be sraying in the same downstairs unit with a hot tub. We were disappointed to.learn upon arriving that our accomodations were actually in the upstairs unit, which is much less desirable to us than the downstairs unit. Aside from that, we still enjoyed our stay regardless

We were shocked by how much space the rental had. My only suggestion would be to fix the front door lock. It’s very difficult to lock the top lock. Thanks for a great stay!

• Christine (10/5): - Staff were really nice and accommodating. We came at 2pm and allowed us to check-in early. Very clean and well-stocked with supplies. Kids wanted to use the hot tub outside but had a hard time figuring out on how to open it. Shoutout out to Cherry (?) who went above and beyond by coming over even if it was already 8pm to help us set it up. My kids had a great time because of your extra effort. Would love to stay here again.

• Julie (9/5): Very nice place, great location. - The location was great! The keys didn’t fit the deadbolt, only the handle. Very awkward getting in the front door with the tiny landing and having the door swing in on the right. You had to get yourself and suitcase in and then shut the door so you could go upstairs to the space. There was no fan in the bathroom.
• Scott (7/5): Overall a great stay ☺️ - Location to beach was great! ☺️ Cleanliness was not the best in the kitchen/ dining area. Lots of crumbs on floor and in cracks. A little more supplies for self cleaning would have been beneficial as well since we were there for a few days . (Ie. paper towels, broom, trash bags, dish detergent, bath towels)

Very spacious, comfortable beds, and a view to the ocean from the deck. The neighborhood is quiet and you are close to the amenities of Seaside. We have two boys ages 12 and 10 and the two bedrooms gave a lot of space.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Unprofessional Employee - The person at the front desk was a curt and very passive aggressive when I told her about the dirty couch and table being dirty. She asked if I called the front desk. I said yes but no one answer. She then asked if I left a message. I said no, as I had called earlier to make sure that rollaway beds where available. The man that answered the phone said that room service had left for the day and he didn’t know. Luckily the rollaways were there. I told her that I cleaned and vacuumed the couch. She then proceeded to asked me how I cleaned it, and if I had bought a new vacuum. I said no, I own a housekeeping business and had one in my car. I explained that I wasn’t trying to get a discount but that housekeeping should do a better job. As I wasn’t going to wait until the following day for housekeeping since we wanted to actually use the couch. I said overall the place was good. Her response was “Oh good have a good day!” The location was great and close to the beach. Since I own a cleaning business I know that would’ve wanted to know if the housekeeping was not good so I could do better.

• Lori (8/5): - Very roomy comfortable space. There was some wear and tear, a drawer front broken in the primary room, the recliner in the living room was broken. The place was very clean, just needs a little more attention to detail.
• Melinda (6/5): - Property was not stocked with anything extra— no toilet paper, no hairdryer, no salt and pepper— the basics. We nearly ran out of toilet paper. Not enough hangers or soap. No dishwasher detergent. Communications were poor. We had no welcome letter. We had to request WiFi password. The Oregon Coast is beautiful. But we will find a different place to stay next time.

• Breann (6/5): - The location of the property is great. It's in a quiet neighborhood just steps from the beach and walkway to downtown Seaside shops and restaurants. The lady that checked us in/out was very friendly. We arrived a little early and the house was not ready, but said she would call as soon as housekeeping was done. She called within 30 minutes letting us know we could check in. The house is spacious and has everything one needs. However, the cleanliness was lacking. The kitchen had crumbs in the cabinet and drawers, there was food crusted on the outside of one of the drawers, sand on the side table in the living room, the freezer had crumbs in it, food wrappers left in the guest bedroom nightstand, and the worst was the mold on the wall by the shower in the guest bathroom. It was black and was on the wall and went down through the caulking around the shower down to the floor. Also, if there are guest upstairs you can hear everything.

My baby's knees and hands turned black from the dirty carpet after crawling around for 20 minutes so then we had to hold him constantly. The couches were trashed and the faux leather was peeling off the cushions.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great location and value - Excellent location (almost right on the promenade), nice kitchen, comfy beds and good showers. We loved it and would stay there again. The only little complaint is that the day we stayed there it hadn't been cleaned as thoroughly as it could have been.

There was hair on the pillow, hair in the shower with a dirt ring around it, and a ring around the toilet. This property advertises daily housekeeping, but that’s not the case. The trash can had cheap trash bags that just split when you went to pull the bag. The fridge was dirty as well and the freezer had a lot of sand where the ice was.
• Jennifer (6/5): Great location, not well appointed. - Great location, 1 house off of the promenade and beach. Short walk to restaurants and entertainment. We felt that the unit was not very well equipped. The couches were peeling, there weren't enough towels, coffee, but no filters, a broken chair, and only 1 roll of TP. We did enjoy the views from the deck and the beds were comfortable. The staff's communication was great. We would stay there again.

Black hair all over the floor of the bathroom and dirty q tips. It’s a cute condo but for the price I don’t think it was worth it. Definitely stay somewhere nicer for cheaper.

We will definitely stay there again ! - We liked the layout , clean and the bedrooms were very large . Nice large windows and so close to the beach . There weren’t any extra garbage bags , a light was out in the hallway bathroom so it was very dark and the oven didn’t seem to get as hot as the setting said so it took a long time to cook our pizzas .

• Sophie (5/5): Great location, but property did not represent good value for money and would not recommend - Location was close proximity to each and downtown area. It was also spacious 1. The apartment was missing some key essential items to ensure a comfortable stay. This included no kettle or toilet brush. In addition, there was only 1 wine glass, for a property which could sleep 6. 2. Some of the items were damaged and unusable, such as the sofa. A number of towels were stained with bleach. 3. Not cleaned properly, the shower was dirty, pillow cases had marks Sent an email to the management with photographs
• Johanna (7/5): Good - N/A Unfortunately a car alarm went off several times, therefore it was not quiet, otherwise it was very nice. Also the 'gourmet kitchen' had few items and smaller pot & pans. A very nice, large kitchen, but mostly empty cabinets. It would be nice to have a grill on the deck.

The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. She promises that she will ship my coat to my house as USPS after I informed via phone that I forget to pack home.

• Christina (8/5): Last minute change in plans - We were having so much fun at the beach that we stayed an extra night, thanks to finding This gem. This suite was very comfortable for 4 of us. It had a comfortable queen bed, the area was quiet for sleeping, upstairs outdoor porch worked well for drying towels. We were able to put together homemade meals easily, even with minimal pots and pans and bowls. We wished for a firmer king bed. I would have enjoyed a tub. And a washing machine would have made laundry less work. For finding it on the fly, I was content.

• Dennis (10/5): - Just a block from the beach. Felt contemporary and new with all the kitchen and bedroom amenities you would want. Some of the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but I am a bit of a pillow-snob (we brought our own). Dishwasher was also out of service during our stay, but not a biggie. What was great was each room had its own independent heater and this unit is not cross-vented via central air with the unit upstairs which is more sanitary. Great property!
• Carol (8/5): - BEAUTIFUL and clean place! My family’s already looking into booking another stay here. Only gripe I had is there were no curtains on the sliding door by dining room; I’m just particular about having privacy during the night when lights are on and inside is visible from outside. Also, I saw a couple hair strands on 2 of the pillows in the bedroom, so I set those aside and used the other 2.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Excellent location and really clean, well appointed property. The only drawback was the sound of neighbors overhead. It sounded like a corral of horses was running around all night long making continuous sleep impossible.
• Megan (10/5): Great for families! - We LOVED this place! So roomy, two extra beds on site, fireplace, comfy beds, beautifully furnished and super close to the beach! My kids didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be going back.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - I would not recommend staying here. We were supposed to check in at 4PM on a Friday. Received a call on Thursday that we wouldn't be able to check in until 5PM due to lack of staff... Called at 5PM Friday and was told our room was not ready, but I could come in and fill out paperwork while I waited. I show up to the property to the cleaning crew that was extremely rude. Evelyn very rudely told me my room was not ready and I should walk down the street to Maggie's to do my paperwork if I wanted (by the way, Maggie's is a few blocks down the street I found out on my own, not from the property or the rude house keepers). I ended up not being able to check in until 6:30PM. The inside was newer and clean, but there were no towels in the kitchen, only a couple in the bathroom, no pans, no extra bags, no instructions for check-out, nothing. For the price, definitely not worth the headache to deal with this place.
• Andrey (6/5): Lots of promise - It was a very large place for three people. Neat place well taken care of. One thing that was immediately noticeable is a very heavy dog smell, carpet was littered with dog hair. My kid turned over couch cushions and there was a whole bunch of dog hair inside the couch. There were also couple long hairs found in bedding. Main heating didn’t actually heat, I couldn’t figure out how to use it, ended up just shutting it off and that helped to warm the place up. The first night was chilly. It wasn't terrible but definitely could use a thorough cleaning having a three year old that’s pretty important.

• Timothy R (10/5): So many pluses! Proximity to the ocean is one. - Spotlessly clean. Supremely comfortable. Only one glitch, the Internet wasn’t working in our condo. Hard to maneuver in a strange town w/out the Web or at least maps!! A wonderful staff member named Dakota took good care of us & tried to fix the problem, but even he was stumped because the router was located in another unit & couldn’t effectively reach us. Over-all it was a nice large unit w/room for 6, at least, & that would make the cost quite reasonable. All Kitchen Aid top-of-the-line appliances looked like they’re brand new.

• Nadia (10/5): - Literally the best place I’ve ever stayed at. Has everything included. The rooms are huge! You can definitely fit a whole family of 6 into one bedroom and still have plenty of space around. Definitely will be renting again!
