Byron (10/5): Home away from home. - Property is in a quiet part of the suburb, rooms are well appointed, parking is spacious and safe, walking distance to the beach and very accommodating hosts. Aircon in room seemed to be low on gas, it was quite warm when I arrived and it struggled to cool the room down.

Damian (8/5): Peaceful and comfortable. - Really enjoyed the guesthouse. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were great as well. Only had one issue, and that was that there was services offered for massages which looked great. So we opted for a full body massage each (which was also great), but the lady who came in to do it charged significantly more than was advertised. The guesthouse just said the prices must be old. We would not have booked the massages if we knew the difference between the price in the menu and what would be charged.

Talent (6/5): Adequate but not great - The breakfast was good and adequate. The location is great and we enjoyed walking to the beach right behind the house. The coffee was served in a flask and came ready made, we did not enjoy that. Overall, we were not happy with the cleanliness of room 6. the ventilation in the room was not up to par, the room needs a thorough and deep clean, especially the bathroom, in fact the toilet seat should be replaced. The towels were not of good quality and the material sheds when wiping. The room also has a damp smell which talks to the poor ventilation.

Heat function on aircon didn't work, shower needs a revamp - the tiling and shower head is unappealing; outside light was not working so it was quite dark when entering unit at night; breakfast was until 9 instead of 10 due to the place being busy however this was somewhat remedied by offering to serve it to our room and would have been nice to have a TV with a Netflix option.

Bn (8/5): Warmly welcoming guest house - The host was willing to accommodate me with my special request The staff was warmly welcoming and willing to go the extra mile for me to feel comfortable. They made me feel at home. 1. First night was not comfortable, as the room was cold coz the heater was not working. HOWEVER, on the second day an alternative heater was provided after insisting that they need to do something about it. In the future, please check if everything is working properly and make necessary maintenance before the guests check in. 2. Same breakfast every day ~ no variety 3. Warm breakfast meals such as oats came as extra costs, not as part of the standard menu.

You are only served 1 small glass of juice after that you have to pay for more. No bread spread was provided. We were served with 2 slices of polony and cheese that looked off. Coffee was served in a flask that was dirty.

My king-size room with balcony, was king-size and very comfortable. The balcony, however, was a little patio, in the parking area. Staring at cars and through the front gate. Not at all what I expected.

Michele (5/5): Very disappointing - Good location for work purposes. The room had obviously just been painted and the fumes were quite strong. The room was decent enough, however the bathroom was not to my standard. I could hear the gate outside the room opening and closing at night. No enough parking space. Unfortunately, the earliest time for breakfast is 07h30, so for business people staying - not good at all. For the price, I expected better.

None really, but rules should be provided when checking in, we only discovered that there is a key box when we checked out early in the morning as we didn’t know what to do with the key. We had to wake Gugu(the lady who works at the guest house) and she was not too pleased with us.
